Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con el campo de inmortalización de células y del empleo de éstas como reservorios para el cultivo de virus y la expresión de las proteínas recombinantes. El método para inmortalizar células de pollo requiere la ingeniería genética, e implica colocar ácido nucleico de p53 bajo el control de un promotor de metalotioneína en un vector de genes capaz de dirigir la expresión de p53, introducir el vector de genes en las células de pollo primarias, seleccionar las células inmortalizadas mediante un método adecuado. En las figuras se muestran dos posibles vectores.
