COMPRENDE: A) TRANSFECTAR LAS CELULAS CON UN VECTOR QUE HA SIDO TRATADO POR INGENIERIA GENETICA PARA CONTENER UN ADN QUE TIENE LA SECUENCIA CODIFICADORA DE RENINA; B) CULTIVAR LAS CELULAS TRANSFECTADAS EN UN MEDIO DE CULTIVO QUE CONTIENEN LOS INGREDIENTES REQUERIDOS A UN PH ENTRE 6 Y 8 Y ENTRE 32J Y 39JC, PARA HACER CRECER A LAS CELULAS; C) INDUCIR EN EL CULTIVO LA UNION DE LAS SECUENCIAS DE CONTROL CON LA SECUENCIA CODIFICADORA DE RENINA; D) RECUPERAR LA RENINA DEL CULTIVO AL CONVERTIR PRORRENINA EN RENINA Y PURIFICAR LA RENINA OBTENIDA MEDIANTE CROMATOGRAFIA DE INTERACCION HIDROFOBA Y CROMATOGRAFIA DE INTERCAMBIO IONICO.
