FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a storage battery showing one form of my new design wherein the top has recessed filler closures and a recessed panel with legends therein;

The bottom of the storage batteries shown in FIGS. 1-7 are plain and unornamented.

The characteristic features of my new design are shown in solid lines and reside in the combination with a substantially rectangular casing of vertical recesses of rectangular cross section at each end of the front and back surfaces, electrical conductor terminal fittings in the recessed ends of the front surfaces, centrally disposed vertical slots in each end of the battery, and a top surface provided with filler closures,- all as shown and described.
