Be it known that I, Arthur R. Botham, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Transparent Cosmetic Compact, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view in open position taken from the side and. top of a transparent cosmetic compact showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof in closed position with a portion of the compact broken away; and

Fig. 3 is an end elevational View thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a transparent cosmetic compact, substantially as shown and described.
