Be it known that I, Henry J. Roth, a citizen of the United States and. a resident of Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and. ornamental Design for a Pencil, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a pencil showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a front elevational view of the pencil.

Figure 3 is a side elevational view of the pencil, a fragmentary portion only of the pencil being shown for convenience in illustration.
