PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A BALL POINT FOUNTAIN PEN Mahlon Edward Hirsch, Erie, Pa., assignor to Louis Marx & Company, Inc., New York, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Mahlon Edward Hirsch, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Erie, in the county of Erie and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Ball Point Fountain Pen, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a pant thereof, in which 2 Fig. 1 is a side elevational View of a. ball point fountain pen, showing my new design when the pen is in closed position, the cap thereof being secured over the tip thereof; and

Fig. 2 is an exploded side elevational view of the same, showing the pen cap about to be secured to the tip of the pen body, thus exposing the pen tip for use.
