Be it known that 1, Solomon M. Sager, a citizen of the United States and a resident of the city of Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Ball Pen or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

On the drawing:

Figure 1 is a top plan view of the ball pen, or similar article, showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a front elevation of the ball pen with the ball tip projected for use and showing the operating plunger depressed.

Figure 3 is a side elevation of the ball pen as shown in Fig. 2.

Figure 4 is a front elevational view of the ball pen with the writing tip retracted and with the operating plunger released.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a ball pen or similar article, as shown and described.
