Referring more in detail to the drawings:
The reference numeral 1 designates a decoration for the foot 2 of a person and in this view the decoration consists of metal chain or the like and includes a loop 3 engaged over the toe 4. The chain is of one piece and is secured together at 5 and 6 by a link or the like 7 and 8 so that two portions of the chain extend in parallel relation to each other as indicated at The end 10 of the chain extends around the ankle or just above the instep of the user and engaged at one end thereof is a ring 11 for engagement in a fastening ring 12 so secured to a ring 13 in the other free end 14 of the tie members. Also attached to the ring 11 are short chains 15 and 16 with rings 17 and 18 on the end to for additional decoration.
When positioning the decoration on the foot, the loop 3 is placed over the toe 4 of the user and an end of the tie member 10 is wrapped around the ankle of the wearer and the ring 11 secured to the fastening ring 12.

The decorative portions are also numbered the same in the three figures. In FIG. 2 the decorative portion is provided with a plurality of flowers or the like as indicated at 19 and are artificial flowers made of suitable material such as yarn or the like. As many flowers as desired can be placed on the decorative portion.
