Abstract

The disclosure provides a spring-grip with convenient holding and adjustable grip, comprising two handles and a spring, wherein the spring comprises a spring body and two spring ends, two ends of the spring body are provided with parallel spring ends, the spring ends are provided with scale lines; the handle comprises a fastening piece, a connecting part and a rod part, the fastening piece, the connecting part and the rod part are integrally formed the handle, and the fastening piece and the rod part are connected by the connecting part, two handles are provided with longitudinal holes, the spring ends are inserted in the holes, and a fastening sleeve is fixedly locked on the fastening piece.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The invention relates to the technical field of sports and fitness equipment, in particular to a spring-grip with convenient holding and adjustable grip.

2. Background Art

With the advancement of the times and the improvement of people's strength training requirements, for the ordinary A-type spring-grip, a spring-grip is generally with only one specification, and there are nine specifications of spring-grips on the market, and the nine specifications of spring-grips are respectively 50 lbs, 75 lbs, 100 lbs, 125 lbs, 150 lbs, 200 lbs, 250 lbs, 300 lbs, and 350 lbs, as the grip of the spring-grips on the market cannot be adjusted, it can not meet the requirements of more fitness person, therefore. In the invention of notification No. CN205182105U authorized on Apr. 27, 2016, “a spring-grip with adjustable grip” is disclosed, it includes spring, turn-knob formula screw and handle, the spring end inserts in the hole of handle tip, and the length that the spring end inserted in the handle tip hole can adjust, a locking hole for screwing the turn-knob formula screw is provided on the tip side of handle, the spring end is locked after the turn-knob formula screw screwed the locking hole. The structure can also adjust the grip by adjusting the depth of the spring inserted into the handle, therefore the specifications of the spring-grip can be adjusted in accordance with users' own situation, but it also has defects as follows: first, the prior art also has adjustable spring-grip, but the user cannot accurately get that which specifications of spring-grip is specifically used, which is not conducive to actual use; second, the spring ends of the prior spring-grip are in the splay shape, which has the consequence that the spring end are more closer to the handle ends, and the distance between the two handles is more farther, which cannot be adapted to the hand, and not convenient to use; third, when fixing the structure mentioned above, external equipment is required to fix by non-installation locking nails, and the installation is cumbersome, and still unable to meet the requirements of use.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a spring-grip with convenient holding and adjustable grip, with simple and reasonable structure, easy to manufacture and install, and more convenient to use, the invention meets the requirements of more fitness people to adjust the grip anywhere and anytime in accordance with their own situation, which is more convenient for them to use.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention adopts a technical scheme:
A spring-grip with convenient holding and adjustable grip, comprising two handles and a spring, wherein the spring comprises a spring body and two spring ends, two ends of the spring body are provided with parallel spring ends, the spring ends are provided with scale lines; the handle comprises a fastening piece, a connecting part and a rod part, the fastening piece, the connecting part and the rod part are integrally formed the handle, and the fastening piece and the rod part are connected by the connecting part, the two handles are provided with longitudinal holes, the spring ends are inserted in the holes, and a fastening sleeve is fixedly locked on the fastening piece.
The scaled lines are labeled as 50 lbs, 75 lbs, 100 lbs, 125 lbs, 150 lbs, 200 lbs, 250 lbs, 300 lbs, and 350 lbs in order from bottom to top, therefore, it is more convenient for users to clearly understand and adjust the grip, and it is more suitable for use.
An outside surface of the handles is provided with grooves or knurls, the grooves or the knurls can avoid the palm from slipping while holding the spring-grip.
The diameter of the spring ends are smaller than the inner diameter of the hole of the handle, which facilitates the installing of the spring ends in the handles, and make the structure more compact and tight.
The fastening piece is provided with at least two plates, and the plates are surrounded as a cylinder, wherein an outside surface of each plate is provided with external thread, the fastening piece is provided with four plates, the fastening piece can be divided into a plurality of plates, the styles are various, and users have greater choices.
An outside surface of the fastening piece is provided with external thread, an inside surface of the fastening sleeve is provided with internal thread, the external thread and the internal thread are cooperated to connect the fastening piece and the fastening sleeve, the fastening piece is installed with the fastening sleeve, which is more convenient for assembly.
Advantageous effects of the invention: compared to the prior art, the invention has advantageous effects that the diameter of the spring ends are smaller than the inner diameter of the hole of the handle, the length of the spring inserting into the hole of the handle can be adjusted, thereby the grip of the spring-grip can be adjusted by lever principle that the longer the lever is, the lighter the grip becomes, the fastening sleeve is fixedly locked on the fastening piece, on the one hand, it is convenient for people to use only one spring-grip to achieve different grip, avoids repeated purchase of different types of spring-grips, and also meets the requirements of different groups of people, on the other hand, external equipment is not required when fixedly locking, and the installation is more convenient, the spring ends are provided with scale lines, and the scaled lines are labeled as 50 lbs, 75 lbs, 100 lbs, 125 lbs, 150 lbs, 200 lbs, 250 lbs, 300 lbs, and 350 lbs in order from bottom to top, therefore, it is more convenient for users to clearly understand and adjust the grip, and it is more suitable for use; two ends of the spring body are provided with parallel spring ends, the spring ends are inserted in the holes of the handle, and two handles thereby are parallel, which is conducive to the hand holding and more convenient for people to use.

As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, a spring-grip with convenient holding and adjustable grip, comprising two handles 1 and a spring 2, wherein the spring 2 comprises a spring body 21 and two spring ends 22, two ends of the spring body 21 are provided with parallel spring ends 22, the spring ends 22 are provided with scale lines 221, the scaled lines 221 are labeled as 50 lbs, 75 lbs, 100 lbs, 125 lbs, 150 lbs, 200 lbs, 250 lbs, 300 lbs, and 350 lbs in order from bottom to top, therefore, it is more convenient for users to clearly understand and adjust the grip, and it is more suitable for use; the handle 1 comprises a fastening piece 11, a connecting part 12 and a rod part 13, the fastening piece 11, the connecting part 12 and the rod part 13 are integrally formed the handle, an outside surface of the handles 1 is provided with grooves or knurls, the grooves or the knurls can avoid the palm from slipping while holding the spring-grip, and the fastening piece 11 and the rod part 13 are connected by the connecting part 12, two handles 1 are provided with longitudinal holes 14, the spring ends 22 are inserted in the holes 14, the diameter of the spring ends 22 are smaller than the inner diameter of the hole 14 of the handle 1, which facilitates the installing of the spring ends 22 in the handles 1, and make the structure more compact and tight, the fastening sleeve 3 is fixedly locked on the fastening piece 11, the fastening piece 11 is provided with at least two plates, and the plates are surrounded as a cylinder, wherein an outside surface of each plate is provided with external thread, the fastening piece 11 is provided with four plates, the fastening piece 11 can be divided into a plurality of plates, the styles are various, and users have greater choices, the outside surface of the fastening piece 11 is provided with external thread, the inside surface of the fastening sleeve 3 is provided with internal thread, the external thread and the internal thread are cooperated to connect the fastening piece 11 and the fastening sleeve 3, the fastening piece 11 is installed with the fastening sleeve 3, which is more convenient for assembly.
The fastening piece 11 of the invention is provided with four plates, and the plates are surrounded as a cylinder, wherein an outside surface of each plate is provided with external thread, firstly, inserting the spring ends 22 of the spring 2 into the holes 14 of the handles 1, the users select the appropriate grip by own needs, and keep the scale line that suitable for own grip consistent with the upper end surface of the fastening piece 11, secondly, the fastening piece 11 is fixedly locked by the fastening sleeve 3, thereby the spring 2 and the handles 1 are locked, for example, if the grip of 50 lbs is needed, making the scale line 221 labeled 50 lbs consistent with the upper end surface of the fastening piece 11, and locking with the fastening sleeve 3, for two ends of the spring body 21 are provided with parallel spring ends 22, the spring ends 22 are inserted in the holes 14 of the handles 1, and two handles 1 thereby are parallel, which is conducive to the hand holding and more convenient for people to use.

A spring-grip with convenient holding and adjustable grip, comprising two handles and a spring, wherein the spring comprises a spring body and two spring ends, two ends of the spring body are provided with parallel spring ends, the spring ends are provided with scale lines; the handle comprises a fastening piece, a connecting part and a rod part, the fastening piece, the connecting part and the rod part are integrally formed the handle, and the fastening piece and the rod part are connected by the connecting part, the two handles are provided with longitudinal holes, the spring ends are inserted in the holes, and a fastening sleeve is fixedly locked on the fastening piece.

2. A spring-grip with convenient holding and adjustable grip of claim 1, wherein the scaled lines are labeled as 50 lbs, 75 lbs, 100 lbs, 125 lbs, 150 lbs, 200 lbs, 250 lbs, 300 lbs, and 350 lbs in order from bottom to top.

3. A spring-grip with convenient holding and adjustable grip of claim 1, wherein an outside surface of the handles is provided with grooves or knurls.

4. A spring-grip with convenient holding and adjustable grip of claim 1, wherein the diameter of the spring ends are smaller than the inner diameter of the hole of the handle.

5. A spring-grip with convenient holding and adjustable grip of claim 1, wherein the fastening piece is provided with at least two plates, and the plates are surrounded as a cylinder, wherein an outside surface of each plate is provided with external thread.

6. A spring-grip with convenient holding and adjustable grip of claim 5, wherein the fastening piece is provided with four plates.

A spring-grip with convenient holding and adjustable grip of claim 1, wherein an outside surface of the fastening piece is provided with external thread, an inside surface of the fastening sleeve is provided with internal thread, the external thread and the internal thread are cooperated to connect the fastening piece and the fastening sleeve.
