Abstract
Description
- The disclosure relates to a technical field of synthetic leather, and more particularly to a multicolored silicone synthetic leather and a preparing method thereof.
- Nowadays, polyurethane (PU) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) are primary in the synthetic leather industry around the world, which release a large amount of harmful substances such as dimethylformamide, butanone, methylbenzene and the like both in production and usage; recycling and processing the waste thereof will generates decomposed products such as hydrogen chloride, dioxin, hydrogen cyanide and the like to harm the environment and creatures.
- PU and PVC synthetic leather further have shortcomings such as aging, temperature sensitiveness, easy hydrolyzation and contamination, poor air permeability, etc.
- The silicone synthetic leather can overcome the shortcomings above, but due to the property of silicone rubber, the silicone synthetic leather available on the market at present is mono-colored, and the colors are limited.
- Aiming at the problem above, the disclosure provides a multicolored silicone synthetic leather and a preparing method. The disclosure is environmentally friendly, harmless to human, and excellent in performance.
- A technical solution provided by the disclosure to solve the technical problem above is as follows.
- A multicolored silicone synthetic leather includes an A colored silica layer, a B colored silica layer and a substrate sequentially disposed from top to bottom. Colors of the A colored silica layer and the B colored silica layer are different.
- Preferably, the A colored silica layer, the B colored silica layer and the substrate are composite and connected in sequence.
- Preferably, a thickness of the A colored silica layer is 0.01-0.1 mm, and a thickness of the B colored silica layer is 0.1-0.3 mm.
- Preferably, the B colored silica layer is composed of silica layers with more than one color.
- Preferably, the A colored silica layer is composed of silica layers with more than one color.
- Preferably, the substrate is superfine fiber, non-woven fabrics, woven fabrics, glass fiber, carbon fiber or plastic films.
- A preparing method of a multicolored silicone synthetic leather adopts silicone slurries with two colors, respectively are a slurry A and a slurry B; the slurry A is coated on release paper for vulcanization, and a thickness for coating is 0.01-0.1 mm; the slurry B is coated on the slurry A after the vulcanization, and times for coating is more than one, and except final coating, the vulcanization is requested for the silicone slurries before next coating in other coating processes; the final coating is attached to a substrate for the vulcanization; the multicolored silicone synthetic leather is obtained after peeling the release paper.
- Preferably, additional ratios of the slurry A and the slurry B are as follows: 0.1-1% slurry A and 5-15% slurry B.
- Preferably, a solid content of the slurry A is 10-70%, and a solid content of the slurry B is 100%.
- Preferably, a diluent adopted by the slurry A is a volatilizable non-poisonous dissolvent whose boiling point is 60-150° C. without contamination.
- Preferably, the vulcanization temperature is 80-150° C., and the vulcanization time is 1-20 minutes.
- Specifically, following steps are included.
- Step 1, preparing the slurry A and the slurry B with different colors and solid contents.
- Step 2, coating the slurry A on the release paper to be 0.01-0.1 mm thick for heating and solidifying at 80-150° C. in a drying tunnel for 1-10 minutes.
- Step 3, coating the slurry B on the slurry A after solidifying for more than one time; wherein a total coating thickness of the slurry B is 0.1-0.3 mm; except final coating, the vulcanization is requested for the silicone slurries before next coating in other coating processes; a vulcanization temperature is 80-150° C., and each vulcanization time is 1-10 minutes.
- Step 4, attaching the substrate to the slurry B after final coating for heating and solidifying at 80-150° C. in a drying tunnel for 1-20 minutes.
- Step 5, peeling the release paper.
- The multicolored silicone synthetic leather and a preparing method of the disclosure, compared with the prior art, have following advantageous effects.
- The process is simple and constant with high efficiencies, and the entire process has no harmful substances or contamination. The prepared silicone leather is environmentally friendly and non-poisonous, and layers with different colors are obvious.

FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a structure of the disclosure. - 1 is a first coating workbench, 2 is a second coating workbench, 3 is a third coating workbench, 4 is release paper, 5 is a first coating nozzle, 6 is a second coating nozzle, 7 is a third coating nozzle, 8 is an attaching roller, 9 is a substrate, 10 is a first drying tunnel, 11 is a second drying tunnel, 12 is a third drying tunnel, 21 is an A colored silica layer, and 22 is a B colored silica layer.
- The accompanying drawing unrestrictedly discloses a structural schematic view of a preferred embodiment of the disclosure, and the technical solution of the disclosure will be illustrated in detail with reference to the accompanying drawing as follows.
- A multicolored silicone synthetic leather of the embodiment includes an A
colored silica layer 21, a B coloredsilica layer 22 and asubstrate 9 composite and connected in sequence from top to bottom. Colors of the Acolored silica layer 21 and the B coloredsilica layer 22 are different. - A thickness of the A
colored silica layer 21 is 0.01-0.2 mm. A thickness of the B coloredsilica layer 22 is 0.1-0.3 mm. - The
substrate 9 is superfine fiber, non-woven fabrics, woven fabrics, glass fiber, carbon fiber or plastic films. - A preparing process of a multicolored silicone synthetic leather employs silicone slurries with two colors, respectively are the slurry A and the slurry B; the slurry A is coated on the release paper 4 for vulcanization. A coating thickness is 0.01-0.2 mm; the slurry B is coated on the vulcanizated slurry A, and the times for coating is more than one. Except final coating, the vulcanization is requested for the silicone slurries before next coating in other coating processes; the final coating is attached to a substrate for the vulcanization; the multicolored silicone synthetic leather is obtained after peeling the release paper.
- Additional ratios of the slurry A and the slurry B are as follows: 0.1-1% slurry A and 5-15% slurry B.
- A solid content of the slurry A is 10-70%, and a solid content of the slurry B is 100%.
- The diluent adopted by the slurry A is a volatilizable non-poisonous dissolvent whose boiling point is 60-150° C. without contamination.
- The vulcanization temperature is 80-150° C., and the vulcanization time is 1-20 minutes.
- The liquid silicone rubber is prepared by: thoroughly mixing 1000 grams vinyl silicone oil whose viscosity is 10000 centisthene and 300 grams hydrophobic fumed silica whose specific surface area is 200 m2/g, then adding 20 grams silicone oil containing hydrogen (the hydrogen content is 0.75%; the viscosity is 100 centisthene), 0.4 gram methylbutynol, 4 grams platinum catalyst (the Pt concentration is 3000 ppm), and thoroughly mixing.
- a, 30 grams liquid silicone rubber is added with 70 grams hexamethyldisiloxane and 0.5 gram black dyeing slurry, and the slurry A is obtained after thoroughly mixing. 90 grams liquid silicone rubber is added with 10 grams coffee dyeing slurry, and the slurry B is obtained after thoroughly mixing.
- b, The slurry A is coated on the release paper 4 whose model is leather textured AR-133 by the first coating nozzle 5 on the first coating workbench 1, and the coating thickness is 0.05 mm. After volatilization at 120° C. in the
first drying tunnel 10 for 5 minutes, the slurry B is further coated by the second coating nozzle 6, and the coating thickness is 0.15 mm, and after volatilization at 120° C. in thesecond drying tunnel 11 for 5 minutes, the slurry B is coated for one more time by thethird coating nozzle 7, and the coating thickness is 0.1 mm, and thesubstrate 9 such as superfine fiber whose thickness is 0.6 mm is attached by the attaching roller 8, after volatilization at 120° C. in thethird drying tunnel 12 for 10 minutes and peeling the release paper 4, the black/coffee silicone synthetic leather is obtained. - The differences compared with the embodiment 1 are: the thickness of the slurry A coated on the release paper 4 is 0.01 mml; after volatilization at 120° C. in the
first drying tunnel 10 for 5 minutes, the thickness of the coated slurry B is 0.1 mm, then followed by attaching thesubstrate 9 whose thickness is 0.6 mm and volatilizating at 120° C. for 10 minutes. - The differences of the embodiment compared with embodiment 1 are: the thickness of the slurry A coated on the release paper 4 is 0.1 mml; after volatilization at 120° C. in the
first drying tunnel 10 for 5 minutes, the thickness of the coated slurry B is 0.05 mm; after volatilization at 120° C. in thesecond drying tunnel 11 for 5 minutes, the slurry B is coated for a second time, and the coating thickness is 0.3 mm; after volatilization at 120° C. in thethird drying tunnel 12 for 5 minutes, the slurry B is coated for a third time, and the coating thickness is 0.1 mm, then followed by attaching thesubstrate 9 whose thickness is 0.6 mm and volatilizating at 120° C. for 10 minutes. - The differences of the embodiment compared with embodiment 1 are: the addition is 0.1 gram slurry A and 5 grams slurry B.
- The differences of the embodiment compared with embodiment 2 are: the addition is 1 gram slurry A and 15 grams slurry B.
- The differences between the embodiment and the embodiment 1 are: the B colored
silica layer 22 is composed by silica layers with two colors; the silica layers with two colors respectively are a B1 colored silica layer and a B2 colored silica layer, and the preparing method is similar to that in the embodiment, which is unnecessary to be repeated herein. The obtained B coloredsilica layer 22 is composed with the A colored silica layer to achieve three colors, the colors are vivid. Similarly, the B coloredsilica layer 22 can be composed by silica layers with more colors, and the obtained color levels will be more impressive, and the colors are more various. And the Acolored silica layer 21 can be prepared correspondingly. - The difference between the embodiment and the embodiment 1 is: the slurry A is uncoated to obtain the coffee synthetic leather.
- The differences between the embodiment and the embodiment 1 are: adding 2 grams A slurry whose thickness is 0.2 mm and adding 3 grams B slurry whose thickness is 0.05 mm.
- The embodiments 1-6 can obtain the synthetic leather with various colors, but the comparative examples 1 and 2 can merely obtain the mono-colored synthetic leather; the color is limited and dull.
- The preferred embodiments illustrated with reference to the accompanying drawing above purely are for depicting the disclosure rather than limiting the objective of the disclosure or contents of the claims. Any simple modification and equivalents obtained according to the disclosure should be included in the protective scope of the disclosure.
