Description
- This invention generally relates to an article of jewelry whether real or costume, jewel, gemstone, cubic zirconia, wood, glass, or any ornamental item in which it is used for ornamental, transferable purposes on clothing or apparel (shirts, shirt sleeves pants, jackets, hats, ties, scarfs, etc.) or any such items wanting transferable ornamental support
- Typical jewelry is used and intended for attachment to a person's body (ear, finger, neck, etc.) however this intended use is for decorative and transferable ornamental display and wearing of this such application of jewelry , gemstones, or any ornamental item on clothing to enhance the look of everyday clothing and apparel items.
- Similarly, jewelry pins are used to accent clothing; however the pins pierce through the clothing, not in the button area and cause damage to the clothing item. In addition, the application has one pin attachment that inserts through and then is clasped with a backing to hold the pin in place.
- This application is also designed as to cover the existing button easily and create a whole new ornamental look to the clothing item, yet allowing the buttons to remain and be used. This application allows no damage to the button or to the clothing item and is removable.
- Similarly, jewelry pins have been used to pierce through the fabric generally on the lapel area of clothing whereas this article will have a jewel/ornamental front varying in size and shape with a 2 to 4 pins attached to the back of the jewel which will pierce directly through the buttons or button area on an existing shirt, pants, jacket, or any such items wanting transferable ornamental support ,etc. to create an ornamental temporary display and enhance the clothing item without damage to the item while also having the ability to be removed simply. The transferable clothing jewelry will have a metal, plastic, magnetic, etc. 2-4 pins fused or un-fused back to enable the jewel/ornamental piece to attach or to insert directly into the back fastener piece securing it on the inside of the apparel item. It is not limited to an ornamental item to be inserted through the button holes since its application does not require a button. It can also be used without an existing button by inserting the pin prongs through the existing button opening and entering the pins on the back side of the apparel item in the same said way and inserting the pins into the back fastening piece securing it in place.
- This idea enhances and customizes the clothing item or any such items wanting transferable ornamental support simply and without damage to the clothing item itself. It will also take the place and improve upon permanent clothing ornamental buttons by allowing the removal of the transferable ornamental/jewelry item. This will enable the transferable jewelry to be used on another article of clothing or any such items wanting transferable ornamental support instantly. It will also allow for the transferable jewelry items to be removed for cleaning the apparel item without causing damage to the clothing or any such items wanting transferable ornamental support, washer, dryer as permanent ornamental buttons and clothing jewelry generally does.
