Figure 3 is a front elevation of the seat and the shield therefor removed from the tub.
Referring to the drawings, the numeral 1 indicates a bath tub, which ma be of the usual or any preferred make, and Q indicates a seat structure, which is preferably provided with a vertical wall 3, along the side edges and rear portion thereof, the rear portion of said wall being preferably curved to fit' the contour of the body of the bather.
The top edge of the wall 3 is preferably provided with an outwardly extending flange 4, which fits over the top edges of the bath tub 1 for supporting the seat a prescribed distanee from the bottom of the tub.
Extending upwardly from the seat structure 2 and preferably resting on the flange 4, is a shield or hood 5, said shield being formed in one piece or built up of any suitable material, such as tile blocks Or the like and extends a suflicient hei ht above the seat structure to protect the ody 'of the bather and 1929.
