4. Weatherproofing material comprising flexible fibrous roofing havin outwardly converging slots therein and a apted to be laid to locate the slots in spaced pairs, and
flexiblefibrous overlapping members having projections engaging said slots, the spaced horizontal distance between each pair of slots being less than the width of-each of the overlapping members; whereby the overlapping members must be flexed to insert their projection'sin said slots. I
