This bracket is corn/*eniently made of a piece of strap iron and has its upper end 37 offset as seen, and provided with an aperture 38 through which passes the brace rod 39, the lower threaded end of which passes through lthe aperture 40 in the upward and outwardly turned end 41 of the track 31, and has the nut 42 and the lock nut 43 secured thereon. lith the construction shown, the track 3l is free to swing on `the lug 32 as a pivot through several degrees so that it can accommodate itself to the varying angular positions of the track V23. `This swinging transverse track enables me to use the same track and fittings on both sides .of the door. Y i
The operation of my improved support will be readily apparent. TWhen the doors are closed, the tracks 23 are in the full line position shown parallel to the closed doors,
Vand as the doors are opened and folded the hangers 20 run out in the tracks 23, which swing out to the dotted line .position shown in Fig. 2, and which position will be just as far as is necessary to accommodate the open and folded doors, irrespective of their thickness, the number of leaves or lthe position to which they are moved. 'Io illustrate this the-'door on the right-hand side of Fig. 2 is shown asV opened less than the door on the left-hand side withthe result that theV cooperating track 23 is not swung out so far as the track l23 on the other side. `When the doors are closed, the tracks swing back to their normal parallel position, and it will be obvious that' in equipping folding doors with these supports, it is not necessary to supply various sizes of the transverse tracks or to make any adjustment therein, or to supply different tracks for the two sides of Vthe doorway, as-all that is necessary is to mount the tracks in position to receive the rollers 29 when the inner ends are properly adjusted. To prevent the accidental disengagementofthe roller 29 from the track 31, I form the end of the socket 27 of a Z-shaped piece with the lower horizontal flange 30 extending beneath the track 3l, and toV prevent the possible disengagement of the track 3l from lthe supporting bracket 35, Iv pass the cotter pin 44 through a suitable aperture in the bottom of the lug 32.
While I have shown and described my invention as embodied in the form which I at present consider best adapted to carry out its purpose, it will be understood it is capable of modifications, and that I do not desire to be limited in the Vinterpretation of the following claims, except as may be necessitated by the state of theV prior art.
What I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patentof the United States is:

In an apparatus of the class described, the combination with a hanger securedv to a folding door, of a horizontal track there for pivotally supported at its inner end by the door frame` and standing parallel to the closed door, and means for supporting the outer end of said track, upon which means it rolls and permitting it to swing away from the doorway as the door is folded and opened without any increased resistance resulting from said swinging movement.
2. In an apparatus of the class described, the combination of a hanger secured to a folding door, of a horizontal track therefor pivotally supported at its inner end by the door frame and standing parallel to the closed door, and a transverse trackupon which the outer end of the horizontal track rolls outward without any increased resistance-asthe door is folded and opened;v
