COMBINATION-SUIT.
wearer.
Application filed May 5, 1914. Serial N 0. 836,458.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that 1, WILLIAM K. JONES, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of Wichita, in the county of Sedgwick and State of Kansas, have invented a new and Improved Combination-Suit, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description The jacket or body of the garment is connected integrally at the front with the trou-.
suit as applied to the person of a wearer.
Figs. 2 and 3 are rear perspective views showing the jacket flap in position over the drop fiap and pockets and buttoned to the latter.
A jacket or coat A and trousers B are integrally connected at the front and the jacket is open along the front median line to permit the wearer to conveniently don or remove the suit. Buttons C normally close the front. The back of the trousers B is provided with a sanitary drop flap having at the sides buttons G adapted to engage button holes formed on the sides ofthe trousers B. The back of the latter is pro vided with pockets K having buttons 1 se- Specification of Letters Patent.

cured to their outer sides. The back of the jacket A is provided at its lower end with an integral covering flap H, extending a distance below the waist line of the drop flap D so as to cover the upper portion of the latter and overlie the pockets K; and the said covering flap H is provided at the lower corners with button holes H, H as shown in Fig. ,2, said button holes being adapted to receive buttons I on the pockets. Thus the said buttons hold the covering flap H normally down, as shown in Fig. 2 and this arrangement prevents the contents of the said pocketin falling out; at the same time protecting them from entrance of dust, etc.
Having thus described my invention, claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent:
The improved garment comprising a jacket, trousers integrally connected therewith at the front and having a sanitary drop flap provided with exterior pockets, the said jacket being provided at the back with a covering flap adapted to overlie the drop flap and pockets, and buttons securing the ,drop flap to the pockets detachably, as described. Y
- In testimony whereof I have signed my name to this specification in the presence of two subscribing witnesses. WILLIAM KETCHUM JONES.
