Abstract

Способ увеличения динамического диапазона оригинальных данных изображения, представляющие изображения, заключается в применении функции расширения к оригинальным данным изображения для получения из них расширенных данных с большим, чем у оригинальных данных, динамическим диапазоном, а также в получении карты расширения, содержащей данные о степени яркости областей, связанных с пикселами на изображении. Затем способ объединяет оригинальные данные изображения с расширенными данными в соответствии с картой расширения, давая улучшенные данные изображения. Устройство для увеличения динамического диапазона данных изображения содержит расширитель динамического диапазона, который генерирует расширенные данные, анализатор яркости генерирует карту расширения, и сумматор объединяет ориг
