Заявленная сталь содержит, мас. %: углерод - 0,1-0,8, кремний - 0,4-0,8, марганец - 1,0-2,0, хром - 17,0-21, алюминий - 0,15-0,30, редкоземельные металлы - 0,08-0,15, никель - 8,0-11,0, кальций - 0,02-0,06, барий - 0,001-0,05 и железо - остальное. Технический результат: получение стали с повышенными характеристиками износостойкости и пластичности при высоком уровне прочности.
