Abstract

Активатор-змішувач дисперсних сумішей містить герметичну, вертикально встановлену на амортизаторах ємність, яка складається з верхньої і нижньої секцій та забезпечена запірно-роздавальною арматурою, а між секціями установлені мембрана з магнітострикційним перетворювачем, концентратори і мембрани. Крім цього він утримує вертикально встановлену циліндричну ємність, з нижньої сторони якої за допомогою герметизуючої і амортизуючої прокладки закріплене днище, яке встановлене на амортизаторах, а днище забезпечено вихідним патрубком з корковим краном, при цьому з верхньої сторони ємності вертикально установлена конусна ємність, до меншої основи якої, за допомогою герметизуючої і амортизуючої прокладки, встановлена кришка з вхідним патрубком, забезпеченим корковим краном; між ємностями, за допомогою кільцевих герметизуючих і амортизуючих прокладок, горизонтально встановлена мембрана з отворами по периметру центрально і жорстко установленого з нижньої сторони магнітострикційного перетворювача, до якої центрально і жорстко закріплений більшою відкритою основою пустотний конусний концентратор з отворами біля меншої основи, яка жорстко і центрально закріплена до аналогічної основи такого ж концентратора з отворами біля більшої його основи, яка опирається на кільцеву прокладку, а з верхньої сторони горизонтальної мембрани центрально і жорстко малою основою закріплений перший верхній конусний концентратор, з отворами в нижніх крайніх точках, до великої основи якого жорстко стикується другий аналогічний концентратор з отворами у місцях стикування з великою основою чергового аналогічного концентрато�The dispersive mixer activator comprises a sealed, vertically mounted shock absorber tank, which consists of upper and lower sections and is provided with shut-off valves, and a magnetostrictive converter membrane, concentrators and membranes are mounted between the sections.
