A method for producing butter with filler includes obtaining high-fat cream, normalization thereof, heating honey, filtering thereof and introduction of honey in high-fat cream, cooling and thermo-mechanical treatment. According to the method preliminary in honey a dry pollen is dissolved, which is pre-shredded into particles of 10 nm – 50 μm at the temperature 30-45 °C with following holding the solution at this temperature during 10-30 min., and then the prepared solution is added directly in high-fat cream during normalization thereof in the amount of 0.3-4.3 % of pollen content in the finished butter. The technical result of the invention consists in producing butter with honey and pollen which is a product for therapeutic purpose.
