Abstract
Группа изобретений относится к подаче газа в печь. Труба (12) для подачи газа в реакционную камеру (16) внутри печи имеет газонепроницаемое трубчатое уплотнительное устройство (32). Она проходит радиально снаружи трубы и образовывает по сути газонепроницаемый участок вдоль трубы (12). Часть (32а) трубчатого уплотнительного устройства является гибкой в поперечном направлении и/или в осевом направлении для компенсации отклонения участка реакционной камеры и участка, на котором труба (12) входит в печь. Часть (32b) уплотнительного устройства является жесткой. Названное устройство устанавливают между трубой (12) и проходом вставки 18 и подают газ. Изобретения способствуют уменьшению утечки газа.
