Рыбные тефтели включают котлетную массу из рыбы, хлеб пшеничный, зернопродукт пробужденный ячменный, яйца, масло сливочное, лук репчатый свежий и лук репчатый пассерованный, молоко, воду, соль, перец черный молотый и морскую водоросль цистозиру черноморскую. Полученный продукт сбалансирован по химическому составу, обогащен микроэлементами, в частности, йодом и селеном в наиболее усваиваемой форме, необходимыми для профилактики йодо- и селенодефицита в организме человека.
