Abstract
Fish balls comprise cutlet mass of fish, wheat bread, an germinated barley grain product, eggs, butter, fresh bulb onion and slightly fried shredded bulb onion, milk, water, salt, ground black pepper and alga Cystosira. The obtained product is balanced according to chemical composition, enriched with micronutrients, in particular with iodine and selenium in the most digestible form necessary for prophylaxis of iodine and selenium deficit in human organism.
