Abstract
The invention relates to heat power engineering, in particular to gas-consuming boiler plants equipped with contact heat utilizers. A boiler plant has boiler unit with gas-burner device, ventilator, contact water heater with water circulation circuit connected at output to discharge gas duct of boiler unit and connected through gas discharge channel equipped with smoke exhauster to smoke chimney, surface heat exchanger, air heater with gas and air cavities. Outlet of air cavity of air heater is connected with air guide to gas-burner device of boiler unit. Air guide is connected to gas discharge channel between the outlet of contact water heater and smoke exhauster. One cavity of surface heat exchanger is included to water circulation circuit of contact water heater, the other cavity of heat exchanger is connected at inlet to pressure tube of fan, at outlet – to inlet of air cavity of air heater, and gas cavity of the last one is placed in discharge gas duct of boiler unit. The invention provides decrease of consumption of electric energy for displacement of smoke gases, increase of heat effectiveness of the plant, due to decrease of temperature of circulating water at inlet to contact water heater, decrease of metal consumption of the plant, increase of temperature of air hearting and decrease of air consumption for gas drying.
