Abstract
The invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in gas consuming boiler units that include equipment for heating and humidification of blast air. Boiler unit has boiler unit with furnace, contact air heater with sprinkler and pallet, contact economizer with sprinkler and pallet, this is installed in outward gas duct of boiler unit, contact heat-mass exchanger with sprinkler and pallet inlet section of gas duct of which is connected to output gas duct of boiler unit before economizer, output section – to furnace of boiler unit, and the pallet is connected to sprinkler of air heater, ventilator installed in output section of has duct of heat-mass exchanger, smoke suction device. Installation in addition is equipped with surface air heater installed in gas discharge section between economizer and smoke suction device, pallet of economizer is connected to sprinkler of heat-mass exchange unit, at that section of water duct between the pallet of economizer and the sprinkler of heat-mass exchanger is arranged as two parallel branches with gas heater in one of those, and the pallet of air heater is connected to sprinkler of economizer. The invention provides reliable operation of boiler unit due to prevention of condensation of water vapor in gas supply section, increase of economic effectiveness due to provision of permanent use of utilized heat (hot water) for own needs of the unit, it increases ecological effectiveness of the unit due to decrease of amount of harmful nitrogen oxides formed in the boiler of boiler unit.
