Abstract

A method for conversion of energy of gaseous medium (for instance air) to mechanical (electric) energy is characterized by that one obtains two flows of gaseous medium with separation of flow of gaseous medium after it leaves flow-through section of compressor that is mechanically connected to turbine, one of those flows is fed to input of flow-through section of the turbine and the other one – to vortex chamber placed behind the turbine. Axial zone of vortex is formed at outlet from turbine; flows to inlet of flow-through part of turbine and to vortex chamber are fed through concentric circular channels. Flow supplied to vortex chamber can be swirled in circular channel through which output of flow-through section of compressor is connected to vortex chamber; flow after having left vortex chamber is additionally accelerated, it is let out through controlled exhaust device. A device for conversion of energy of gaseous medium (for instance, air) to electric energy (mechanical) has turbine that is mechanically connected to compressor outlet of flow-through section of which is connected to inlet of flow-through section of turbine and to vortex chamber. Turbine has common shaft with compressor and consumer, outlet of flow through section of compressor is connected to inlet of flow-through section of turbine and vortex chamber through concentric circular channels and swirlers are installed in circular channel through which outlet of flow-through section of compressor is connected to vortex chamber intended for formation of vortex. Shaft of turbine is connected to starter; after the vortex chamber controlled exhaust device is installed. Vortex chamber is vortex tube installed coaxially to turbine with possibility of rotation with respect to its long axis as to stator of turbine; at outlet of vortex tube bi-rotary turbine is installed, nozzle blade apparatus of which is installed on vortex tube; shaft of bi-rotary turbine is connected to shaft of turbine or to separate consumer. Method and device promote economy of natural fuel resources, decrease of expenses for transportation of energy carriers.
