Энергосырьевой комплекс утилизации энергии редуцирования давления магистральных газопроводов, включающий в себя вихревую трубу, турбодетандер с электрогенератором, конденсатосборник, смеситель, отличающийся тем, что вихревая труба выполнена в виде вихревого регулятора давления газа с фазоотделением и содержит подводящий трубопровод, соединенный с винтовым каналом, для обеспечения внутренней положительной обратной связи по "горячему" контуру, с регулируемым по высоте тангенциальным соплом, соединенным с цилиндром температурного разделения и через диафрагму - с отводящим трубопроводом основного потока, соединенным с пилотным устройством, где цилиндр температурного разделения закрыт камерой торможения и содержит крестовину с плавно выпрямляющими поток газа профилированными лопатками и устройство перепуска "горячего" газа после крестовины в центр "холодного" вихря на оси цилиндра температурного разделения, на поверхности которого выполнены фазоотборники в виде кольцевых регулируемых щелей, расположенных по его длине из условия наибольшей эффективности отвода в них тяжелых углеводородов, причем по "холодному" выходу вихревой регулятор последовательно соединен с сепарирующей секцией и с турбодетандером, связанным с электрогенератором, с конденсатосборником и со смесителем газа, а выход фазоотборников вихревого регулятора последовательно соединен с другим входом конденсатосборника и далее с дросселем, выход которого и другой выход кондесатосборника соединены со смесителем газа, выходы жидкой фракции сепарирующей секции и конденсатосборника соединены со смесителем жидкой фракции.An energy-source complex for utilizing energy for pressure reduction of main gas pipelines, including a vortex tube, a turboexpander with an electric generator, a condensate collector, a mixer, characterized in that the vortex tube is made in the form of a vortex gas pressure regulator with phase separation and contains a supply pipe connected to a screw channel to provide internal positive feedback on the "hot" circuit, with a height-adjustable tangential nozzle connected to the cylinder fission and through the diaphragm - with the main flow outlet pipe connected to the pilot device, where the temperature separation cylinder is closed by a braking chamber and contains a cross with smoothly straightening gas flow by shaped blades and a device for transferring “hot” gas after the cross to the center of the “cold” vortex on the axis a temperature separation cylinder, on the surface of which phase collectors are made in the form of annular adjustable slots located along its length from the condition of the greatest efficiency of removal in their heavy hydrocarbons, and the vortex regulator is connected in series to the separating section and to the turbo expander connected to the electric generator, to the condensate collector and to the gas mixer, and the output of the vortex regulator phase collectors is connected in series to the other input of the condensate collector and then to the inductor, the output of which and another outlet of the condensate collector is connected to the gas mixer, the outputs of the liquid fraction of the separating section and the condensate collector are connected to the liquid fraction mixer.
