Abstract
Установка для синтезу діоксиду титану містить плазмотрон, з'єднаний із джерелом кисню, плазмохімічний реактор, зв'язаний з видатковою ємністю тетрахлориду титану, гартівну камеру з встановленим у нижній частині пневмоімпульсним генератором, теплообмінник типу "труба в трубі", співвісно-прямо підключений до радіального вихідного патрубка гартівної камери, циклон, виконаний із заспокійливою камерою, і фільтр. У середній зоні корпуса плазмохімічного реактора встановлені форсунки для введення тетрахлориду титану, нижче рівня яких виконане кільцеве сопло у вигляді пристінного кільцевого каналу з кільцевим колектором для введення захисного газу - кисню, що формує тонкий вихровий шар захисної газової завіси.
