Abstract
The ivention relates to the field of electric arc hard-facing, namely to the compound of wire, and it can be used at manufacturing and strengthening of the components of rolling equipment in ferrous metallurgy and heavy machine building. A wire for electric arc hard-facing contains carbon, chromium, manganese, silicon, nickel, molybdenum, copper, vanadium, niobium and iron with following ratio of components, % by weight:The wire for electric arc hard-facing will provide for high output of process, fracture strength and wear resistance of weld metal, operability of the components of metallurgical equipment and reduction of consumption coefficient of shafts per ton of rolled metal.
