Abstract
Способ и производственная линия для непрерывного производства сверхтонкой горячекатаной ленты из тонкого сляба, полученного непрерывным литьем, который включает вспомогательную охлаждающую систему, с осуществлением следующих операций: предварительное преобразование путем черновой прокатки (5) тонкого сляба непосредственно после непрерывного литья, индукционный нагрев (8) до фиксированных температур промежуточной ленты, выбранных между 1000 и 1400 °С, конечная прокатка (18) до толщины конечной горячекатаной ленты 0,4 мм не более чем за 6 проходов, поддерживая регулируемую температуру горячекатаной ленты от последней клети чистового прокатного стана б
