Abstract
A composition of ingredients for making hard biscuits comprises a grain base, yeast, granulated sugar, lactic acid, invert syrup, salt, baking soda and ammonium carbonate salt. In doing so a mixture of dispergated moistened wheat grain and meal of oat flakes’ crumbs is used as the grain base.
