Abstract
(57) Изобретение касается замещенных диазабициклононанов, в частности соединений общей формулы где R1 и R2 - независимо друг от друга С1-С6-алкил или С3-С4-алкилен; R3 и R4 - независимо друг от друга С1-С4-алкил или С3-С5-алкилен при условии, что R1-R4 в сумме содержат не менее 5 углеродных атомов, которые, как обладающие антиаритмической активностью, могут быть использованы в медицине. Для выявления физиологической активности получены новые замещенные соединения указанной общей формулы восстановлением соответствующего тетракарбонила комплексным гидридом металла (КМ) в среде инертного растворителя, например эфира или его смеси с толуолом, при 35-216°С. В качестве КМ используют литий-алюминийгидрид или натрий-бис-[2-метоксиэтокси]дигидроалюминат. Такие соединения влияют на миокардное потребление кислорода и обеспечивают антиаритмическое действие. To reveal the physiological activity, new substituted compounds of the indicated general formula were obtained by reduction of the corresponding tetracarbonyl with a complex metal hydride (CM) in an inert solvent, for example, ether or its mixture with toluene, at 35-216 ° C. Lithium aluminum hydride or sodium bis [2-methoxyethoxy] dihydroaluminate is used as CM. Such compounds affect myocardial oxygen consumption and provide antiarrhythmic effects. Pharmacological action in doses of 0.1-10 mg / kg. 5 tab.
