Abstract

The utility model relates to bottle caps used in the wine and vodka industry for bottling and storing alcoholic products.

A known stopper for a bottle containing a cylindrical sleeve and an inner cap with a groove on the outer side surface, made in the form of a single part, a cap with a groove on the inner side surface and a cylindrical projection on the inner end surface intended for the cap, and a cap on the side of the lower end equipped with a safety ring fixed on the cover by means of a weakened connection to form an opening indication belt, which has one or more longitudinal cuts (application VO Me2004118523, class B65 О 39/00, decision on issuance dated 07.21.2004)

The disadvantage of the known bottle cap is that it is not standard and cannot be used on modern factory bottling and capping lines, as these lines are designed to use taller Guala type caps. The reconstruction of the technological line requires large material costs, and for this reason the cost price of finished products will increase.

The technical result of the proposed useful model is the elimination of the specified shortcomings, namely, the improvement of the cork design, ensuring the possibility of its use for capping bottles on standard equipment while maintaining the necessary capping reliability.

The specified technical result is provided due to the fact that the cork for the bottle contains a cap with a cylindrical sleeve and a notch on the outer side surface, a cap with a notch on the inner side surface and a protrusion on the inner end surface intended for the cap.

The cylindrical skirt in the area of the joint with the cap is equipped with an internal coaxial protrusion intended for placement in the neck of the bottle, and the upper end of the cap is installed between the inner side surface of the cap and its protrusion. On the outer side surface of the coaxial protrusion, sealing rings are made, and on the inner side surface of the cylindrical skirt, longitudinally located ribs and a transverse retainer with a cone-shaped inner surface are made to ensure the capture of the annular protrusion on the outer surface of the bottle neck.

Longitudinal cuts are made on the transverse fixator, and it can be made in the form of protrusions located discretely or in separate groups.

On the outer side surface of the cap and on the inner side surface of the lid, longitudinal protrusions are made, located on the side of the lower ends for the formation of a slotted connection.

The outer side surface of the cover is corrugated, and a gasket is installed between the inner side surface of the cylindrical skirt and the coaxial projection.

Equipping the cylindrical skirt with an internal coaxial protrusion, which is located in the area of combination with the cap and is intended for placement in the neck of the bottle, as well as placing the upper end of the cap between the inner side surface of the cap and its protrusion provide an increase in the height of the stopper and, as a result of the improvement of the design, the possibility of using the stopper for bottle capping on standard factory equipment.

The presence of an internal coaxial protrusion with sealing rings on the lateral outer surface, connected to the cylindrical skirt, allows you to tightly close the opening in the neck of the bottle, thereby ensuring the necessary sealing and eliminating the possibility of liquid evaporation from the bottle during storage.

The presence of a transverse retainer and longitudinal ribs on the inner surface of the cylindrical skirt ensure a tight fit of the cork and its adhesion to the annular protrusion on the neck of the bottle, which greatly complicates the possibility of pulling the cork out of the bottle and ensures the necessary reliability of bottle capping.

All other structural elements, set out in the dependent clauses of the useful model formula, contribute to the achievement of the required technical result.

The essence of the useful model is explained by the provided drawings, where: in fig. 1 - a partial section of the general appearance of the plug is shown; in fig. 2 - a view of the cylindrical sleeve and the inner cap; in fig. C - view of the cover.

The cork for the bottle contains a cap 1 with a cylindrical skirt 2 and a groove C on the outer side surface, a lid 4 with a groove 5 on the inner side surface and a protrusion 6 on the inner end surface.

The cylindrical skirt 2 is equipped with an internal coaxial protrusion 7 with sealing rings 8, longitudinal ribs 9, a transverse retainer 10 with a cone-shaped inner surface 11. The upper end 12 of the cap 1 is installed between the inner side surface of the cap 4 and its protrusion 6. Longitudinal cuts are made on the transverse retainer 10 13, and it can be made in the form of protrusions 14, located discretely or in separate groups (not shown in the figure).

The cap 1 and the cover 4 contain, respectively, longitudinal projections 15 and 16 for the formation of a slotted connection between them.

The outer side surface of the cover 4 contains corrugation 17.

A gasket 18 can be installed between the inner side surface of the cylindrical skirt 2 and the coaxial projection 7.

The assembly of the proposed cork and its use are carried out as follows:

A gasket 18 is inserted into the cylindrical skirt 2 (if necessary), then the cover 4 is screwed on top of the cap 1 and, when folded, is put on the neck of the bottle (not shown in the figure) filled with wine and vodka products. At the same time, the retainer 10 with a conical surface due to the presence of several longitudinal cuts 13 expands when passing through the crown of the neck, then returns to its original position and rests in the annular protrusion on the neck of the bottle, and the longitudinal ribs 9 ensure a tight fit of the cork on the neck of the bottle.

Coaxial protrusion 7 and sealing rings 8 reliably cover the opening in the neck of the bottle. When screwing the cover 4 on the cap 1, the longitudinal protrusions 15 and 16 engage with each other, forming a slotted connection, and this makes it difficult to unscrew the cover.

The proposed useful model, due to the improvement of the design, provides the possibility of using a cork for capping a bottle on standard equipment while maintaining the necessary reliability of capping.
