Abstract

Plug for the bottle contains the cap with cylindrical skirt and the thread on the external side, the cover with thread on the internal side surface and hollow bulge on the internal end surface intended for the cap, moreover, the cover from the side of lower end is equipped with preventive ring fixed on the cover with the help of weakened connection for forming the belt of indication of disclosure. Furthermore, the cover on the internal face additionally contains a coaxial bulge located between its side wall and hollow bulge, the cap is equipped with detachable lock, in this case, the upper end of cap is mounted between side wall of cover and its coaxial bulge, and the valve element is located in the detachable lock.

Description

The utility model relates to bottle caps used in the wine and vodka industry for bottling and storing alcoholic products.

A known stopper for a bottle containing a cylindrical sleeve and an inner cap with a groove on the outer side surface, made in the form of one piece, a cap with a groove on the inner side surface and a hollow projection on the inner end surface intended for the cap, and a cap on the side of the lower end equipped with a safety ring fixed on the cover with the help of a weakened connection to form an opening indication belt, which has one or more longitudinal cuts (application VO Me2004118523, class B65039/00, decision on issuance dated 07.21.2004).

The disadvantage of the known bottle cap is that it is not standard and cannot be used on modern factory bottling and capping lines, as these lines are designed to use taller Guala type caps. The reconstruction of the technological line requires large material costs, and for this reason the cost price of finished products will increase. In addition, the reliability of capping the bottles is insufficient, and when draining the liquid from the bottle, there is no compact jet and it is not possible to ensure accurate dosing of the liquid.

The technical result of the proposed useful model is the elimination of the indicated shortcomings, namely the improvement of the design of the cork, ensuring the possibility of its use for capping bottles on standard equipment, increasing the reliability of capping, detecting unauthorized opening of the bottle, reducing the probability of repeated bottling of low-quality wine and vodka products and ensuring accurate dosing of the draining liquid.

The specified technical result is provided due to the fact that the bottle stopper contains a cap with a cylindrical skirt and a groove on the outer side surface, a lid with a groove on the inner side surface and a hollow projection on the inner end surface intended for the cap. The cover on the side of the lower end is equipped with a safety ring fixed on the cover by means of a weakened connection to form a strip of indication of opening, which has one or more longitudinal cuts.

The lid on the inner end surface additionally contains a coaxial protrusion located between its side wall and the hollow protrusion, the cap is equipped with a removable shutter, while the upper end of the cap is installed between the side wall of the lid and its coaxial protrusion.

The removable shutter is made in the form of a combined hollow cylinder and an inner cap with evenly spaced windows on the side wall, which are covered by a hollow projection of the cover, and the area of combination is equipped with an outer ring flange, on the surface of which a cylindrical projection is made for its fixation in the cap. The hollow cylinder is designed to be placed in the neck of the bottle.

The valve element is made in the form of a ball or plate stopper, and the weakened connection is in the form of cuts, or perforation, or a broken bridge.

The opening indication belt is equipped with one or more longitudinal cuts.

Equipping the inner end surface of the cap with an additional coaxial protrusion located between its side wall and the hollow protrusion, equipping the cap with a removable shutter, as well as installing the upper end of the cap between the side wall of the cap and its coaxial protrusion provide an increase in the height of the cork, and as a result of improving the design, an opportunity appears using a stopper to cap bottles on standard factory equipment.

In addition, the presence of a removable shutter with a combined hollow cylinder and an inner cap with evenly spaced windows on the side wall, as well as the presence of an external ring flange with a cylindrical protrusion ensure reliable fixing of the removable shutter in the cap, a tight fitting of the stopper to the bottle neck, and thereby increase reliability capping the bottle and ensure accurate dosing of the pouring liquid thanks to the presence of windows.

Covering the windows with a hollow protrusion eliminates the possibility of liquid evaporation from the bottle during storage and, thereby, ensures the necessary sealing of the bottle.

The presence of a safety ring on the lower end of the cap, fixed on the cap by means of a loose connection to form an opening indication belt, which has one or more longitudinal cuts, allows you to sufficiently reliably detect the fact of unauthorized opening of the bottle.

Equipping the removable shutter with a valve element increases the reliability of bottle capping and reduces the probability of repeated bottling of low-quality wine and vodka products.

All other structural elements set out in the dependent clauses of the useful model formula contribute to the achievement of the set technical result.

The essence of the useful model is explained by the provided drawings, where: Fig. 1 shows a partial section of the general appearance of the plug; in Fig. 2 - a view of the cylindrical sleeve and the inner cap; in Fig. 3 - a view of the removable shutter; Fig. 4 - a view of the cover with a safety ring; Fig. 5 shows variants of the weakened connection between the safety ring and the cover.

The bottle stopper includes a cap 1 with a cylindrical skirt 2 and a groove C on the outer side surface, a lid 4 with a groove 5 on the inner side surface and a hollow protrusion 6 on the inner end surface.

The cover on the inner end surface contains a coaxial protrusion 7, and a removable shutter 8 is installed inside the cap 1, which is made in the form of a hollow cylinder 9 with sealing annular protrusions 10, an inner cap 11 with a closed upper end 12 and windows 13 on the side wall, an outer annular flange 14 and a cylindrical protrusion 15 with sealing ring protrusions 16 and longitudinal ribs 17.

The cylindrical skirt 2 is equipped with longitudinal ribs 18, a transverse retainer 19 with a cone-shaped inner surface 20. The upper end 21 of the cap 1 is installed between the inner side surface of the cap 4 and its coaxial protrusion 7. Longitudinal cuts 22 are made on the transverse retainer 19, and the retainer can be made in in the form of protrusions 23, located discretely or in separate groups.

The cap 1 and the cover 4 contain, respectively, longitudinal projections 24 and 25 for the formation of a slotted connection between them.

The outer side surface of the cover 4 contains corrugation 26.

A gasket 27 can be installed between the inner side surface of the cylindrical skirt 2 and the hollow cylinder 9.

The cover 4 on the side of the lower end 28 is equipped with a safety ring 29 with one or more longitudinal cuts 30, which is fixed on the cover 4 by means of a weakened connection in the form of cuts 31, or perforation 32, or a collapsible jumper 33 (see Fig. 5) .

The valve element 34 is located in the removable shutter 8.

The assembly of the proposed plug and its use are carried out as follows:

Previously, cover 4 is equipped with a weakened connection, which forms a safety ring 29. The weakened connection is made with the help of cuts 31 on the inside of the cover, or perforation 32, or a broken bridge 33. After that, the removable shutter 8 together with the valve element 34 is inserted into cap 1. If necessary, install a gasket 27, after which cap 1 is screwed on from above until it stops, the lid 4 is folded and firmly placed on the neck of the bottle (not shown in the figure) filled with wine and vodka products. At the same time, the hollow cylinder 9 enters the neck of the bottle, the retainer 19 with a conical surface 20 due to the presence of several longitudinal cuts 22 expands when passing through the crown of the neck, then returns to its initial position and rests in the annular protrusion on the neck of the bottle, and the longitudinal ribs 18 provide a tight cork nozzle on the neck of the bottle.

When screwing the cover 4 on the cap 1, the longitudinal protrusions 24 and 25 engage with each other, forming a slotted connection, and this makes it difficult to unscrew the cover.

When the cover 4 is unscrewed, its lower part is separated at the weakened connection and the safety ring 29 is opened in the presence of one longitudinal cut 30 or disintegrates into several parts in the case of a larger number of cuts.

The use of the proposed useful model due to the improvement of the cork design ensures the achievement of the required technical result.
