Abstract
Винахід належать до способу лікування або профілактики інфікування зовнішнього отиту та його наслідків шляхом місцевого введення фармацевтично прийнятної композиції в зовнішній слуховий прохід, де зазначена композиція не містить целюлоз, що підвищують в’язкість, або засобів, що підвищують в’язкість, вибраних з альгінової кислоти, желатину, карбомеру акації та цетостеарилового спирту, або адгезивних компонентів, і не є у формі гелю, і де зазначена композиція містить ліпідний носій, і принаймні два активні засоби, вибрані із групи, що складається з антибіотиків, протигрибкових засобів, антипаразитарних засобів, противірусних засобів, нестероїдних протизапальних засобів, знеболювальних засобів, анестетичних засобів і стероїдів, де ліпідний носій є ліпідною емульсією типу «масло у воді», ліпідною мікроемульсією або ліпідною везикулою, та де ліпіди вибирають з фосфоліпідів, які вибирають зі сполук фосфатидилу, що вибираються з фосфатидилгліцерину, фосфатидилінозитолу, фосфатидилхоліну, фосфоліпону 90Н, фосфатидилсерину, фосфатидилетаноламіну, сфінголіпідів, цереброзидів, гангліозидів, кардіоліпінів, трилінолеїнів, лецетину та церамідів, при цьому зазначений спосіб включає введення зазначеної композиції в зовнішній слуховий прохід однією дозою, достатньою для клінічного покращення або повного виліковування даного хворого стану.Також винахід належить до застосування заявленої композиції.
