Abstract

Запропонований спосіб регенерації відпрацьованого порошкоподібного, парафіновмісного каталізатору синтезу Фішера-Тропша на основі кобальту. Спосіб включає в себе піддавання відпрацьованого парафіновмісного каталізатора депарафінізаційній обробці, окисній обробці та відновній обробці. Під час депарафінізаційної обробки відпрацьований парафіновмісний каталізатор щонайменше частково звільняють від парафіну з одержанням звільнених від парафіну частинок каталізатора. Під час окисної обробки пропускають кисневмісний газ через шар звільнених від парафіну частинок каталізатора при робочій температурі Т °С, де 150<Т<450, та регулюють робочу температуру шляхом відведення тепла із шару частинок каталізатора з використанням охолоджуючого обладнання з одержанням окислених частинок каталізатора. Під час відновної обробки відновлюють частинки окисленого каталізатора та, за допомогою цього, регенерують каталізатор.
