Claims (15)

一種適用於方形基板之基板載具,用以收納至少一方形基板,並包括:一載具本體,具有一底部、相對於該底部的一頂部、包圍於該底部與該頂部之間的二側壁、以及位於該底部與該頂部及該二側壁後方的一後壁,並於該載具本體前方形成開口狀;複數側向支持部,位於該載具本體內並分別設於該二側壁上,且各該側向支持部至少具有間距排列的複數支持部件,且各該支持部件具有由突出的一支持突緣、以及位於該支持突緣與該側壁角落間的一導引塊;至少一後端支持部,位於該載具本體內並設於該後壁上,該後端支持部具有至少一連接壁、以及一體形成於該連接壁上作間距排列的複數支持突塊,且各該支持突塊分別對應各該支持突緣的高度位置作配置;以及一門板,組設於該載具本體而封閉該載具本體前方開口處;其中,各該支持突塊上係具有一支持面、以及由該支持面作斜向向上延伸的一爬升面,且該門板封閉該載具本體前方開口處時,推抵所述方形基板而使所述方形基板相對該後壁的一側沿該爬升面作抬升。A substrate carrier suitable for square substrates is used to accommodate at least one square substrate and includes: a carrier body having a bottom, a top opposite to the bottom, two side walls surrounding the bottom and the top, and a rear wall located behind the bottom, the top and the two side walls, and forming an opening at the front of the carrier body; a plurality of side support portions located in the carrier body and respectively provided on the two side walls, and each of the side support portions has at least a plurality of support components arranged at intervals, and each of the support components has a protruding support flange and a guide block located between the support flange and the corner of the side wall; at least one A rear end support portion is located in the carrier body and is provided on the rear wall.
