Abstract

This invention is a decorative structure based on texture coating, comprising a base layer, a texture coating layer and a finishing layer. The texture coating layer is connected to the base layer, and a plurality of texture parts are formed on the surface of the texture coating layer. Decorative structures based on textured coatings

This work is about decorative construction, especially decorative construction based on textured paint.

Textured coatings (such as micro-cement paint, Paradise, etc.) can create special textures on the wall, thereby creating a special aesthetic, such as wabi-sabi style, exposed concrete and other styles of artistic wall.

However, after the textured paint is applied on the wall, the distribution position, depth, and density of its special texture are difficult to control. They are easily affected by factors such as the humidity and temperature of the environment, as well as the force distribution of the construction workers. The application effect is often not as good as expected, and the painting is also highly dependent on the experience and skills of the construction workers on site.

There are existing improvement methods, such as sanding and applying textured paint multiple times to adjust. However, sanding is time-consuming, dusty, and prone to causing sudden defects such as reflection, color difference, and whitening. Applying textured paint multiple times can easily cause the surface to have uneven thickness and obvious color difference. Furthermore, these improvement methods are only suitable for local adjustments. If the effect of the application is seriously not as expected, it may even need to be reapplied.

Therefore, in order to improve the problem that the texture distribution and depth of the decorative structure of the texture coating are difficult to control, the present creator proposes a decorative structure based on the texture coating, which includes a base layer, a texture coating layer and a finishing layer. The texture coating layer is connected to the base layer, and the texture coating layer has a plurality of texture parts formed on the surface. The finishing layer is connected to the texture coating layer, and the finishing layer is colored and partially transparent to decorate the texture coating layer.

Furthermore, the substrate layer may be a calcium silicate plate, a marble plate, a cement wall plate, a glass plate or a wooden plate, for example.

Furthermore, there may be a primer layer between the substrate layer and the texture coating layer to better connect the substrate layer and the texture coating layer.

Furthermore, the material of the texture coating layer can be any one or a combination of microcement, clay, diatomaceous earth, concrete, and artistic coating, so as to form a plurality of texture parts on the surface after coating.

Combining the above technical features, the main functions of the decorative structure based on textured coatings can be clearly presented in the following embodiments with diagrams. It should be noted that, for ease of understanding, similar functional components in each diagram will use similar or identical component symbols.

Please refer to Figure 1, which shows the decorative structure (10) based on the texture coating of the present invention, which mainly includes a substrate layer (1), a primer layer (2), a texture coating layer (3), a finishing layer (4) and a transparent protective layer (5), wherein: the substrate layer (1) can be, for example, a calcium silicate plate, a marble plate, a cement wall plate, a glass plate or a wooden plate, and the shape and size are not limited.

The primer layer (2) is applied on the substrate layer (1). The type of primer layer depends on the type of the substrate layer. One of the main purposes is to make the substrate layer (1) have better adhesion with the texture coating layer (3) and fill the fine cracks on the surface of the substrate layer (1). The primer layer (2) can also be used to strengthen and protect the substrate layer (1) to prevent moisture, chemicals and other factors from corroding and damaging the substrate layer (1).

The material of the texture coating layer (3) is, for example, any one or a combination of microcement, clay, diatomaceous earth, concrete, and artistic coating, and can be connected to the substrate layer (1) through the primer layer (2). After coating, the texture coating layer (3) can form a plurality of texture portions (31) on the surface.

The modification layer (4) can be applied to the texture coating layer (3) continuously or intermittently. The modification layer (4) has partial transparency, and the color of the modification layer (4) can correspond to the texture coating layer (3), for example, the color is close to the texture coating layer (3), and the position corresponds to the texture portion (31). By using the partially transparent modification layer (4) corresponding to the color of the texture coating layer (3), a masking effect can be generated, so as to modify the texture portion (31) whose texture presentation effect does not meet expectations (for example, too deep, too wide or too dense).

In detail, the finishing layer (4) can be made of a dilutable paint, so that the paint can be diluted with existing color paint on the market, but it is not limited to this and can also be prepared by oneself. The main ingredients include a color paste, a homogenizer, a resin and water.

The transparent protective layer (5) is connected to the decorative layer (4) and/or the texture coating layer (3) to provide a protective effect (such as acid and alkali resistance, water repellency, etc.).

Please refer to Figures 2 and 3 for the comparison diagrams before and after the finishing layer (4) is attached to the texture coating layer (3). In Figure 2, the texture coating layer (3) originally has more textures. In Figure 3, by applying the finishing layer (4) on the texture coating layer (3), the texture of the texture coating layer (3) can be reduced and diluted to achieve the expected decorative effect.

In contrast, if the original texture of the textured coating layer (3) is less or less obvious, the amount of texture presented by the textured coating layer (3) can be increased and deepened by applying the finishing layer (4) on the portion of the textured coating layer (3) that does not have the texture, so as to achieve the expected decorative effect. In addition, if the presentation effect of the texture coating layer (3) is relatively monotonous, the texture coating layer (3) can be made more diverse in presentation by coating the decoration layer (4) with various colors (color patterns are determined according to requirements) on the texture coating layer (3), so as to provide a customized and unique decorative structure based on a fixed type of texture coating.

A decorative structure based on texture coating comprises: a base layer; a texture coating layer connected to the base layer, the texture coating layer having a plurality of texture portions formed on the surface; and a finishing layer connected to the texture coating layer, the finishing layer being colored and partially transparent to decorate the texture coating layer. A decorative structure based on textured coating as described in claim 1, wherein the substrate layer is a calcium silicate plate, a marble plate, a cement wall plate, a glass plate or a wooden plate. A decorative structure based on texture coating as described in claim 1, wherein a primer layer is provided between the substrate layer and the texture coating layer to connect the substrate layer and the texture coating layer. A decorative structure based on textured coating as described in claim 1, wherein the material of the textured coating layer is any one or a combination of microcement, clay, diatomaceous earth, concrete, and artistic coating. A decorative structure based on a textured coating as described in claim 1, wherein the finishing layer is a diluted coating. A decorative structure based on textured coating as described in claim 1, wherein the color of the finishing layer is similar to that of the textured coating layer. A decorative structure based on textured coating as described in claim 1, wherein the color of the decorative layer corresponds to the color of the textured coating layer. A decorative structure based on a textured coating as described in claim 1, wherein the color of the decorative layer is opposite to that of the textured coating layer. The decorative structure based on texture coating as described in claim 1, wherein the finishing layer comprises a paste, a homogenizer, a resin and water. The decorative structure based on textured coating as described in claim 1 further comprises a transparent protective layer connected to the decorative layer and/or the textured coating layer.
