Abstract

A shoe with a decorative tongue comprises a sole, an inner cover unit defining a wearing space, an upper unit including a sock portion and a slip-on portion which are set on the inner cover unit and fixed to the sole, a tongue unit fixed to the slip-on portion, a tightening unit, and a contact layer fixed between the inner cover unit and the sock portion. The sock portion has an instep area, the slip-on portion is higher than the top opening edge in a vertical direction, and defines a slip-on shoe opening. The tongue unit has a back-lying section corresponding to the instep area, an ankle-standing section, and at least one positioning through-hole arranged on the back-lying section, and the top end of the ankle-standing section is higher than the slip-on portion in the vertical direction. The tightening unit includes two tightening decorative sheets and at least one tightening belt connected between the tightening decorative sheets and passing through the positioning through hole.

Description

Shoes with decorated tongues

The present invention relates to a pair of shoes, in particular to a pair of shoes with a decorative shoe tongue.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , a sock shoe is known to include an upper 1, an inner sleeve 2 disposed in the upper 1, and a sole 3 fixed to the bottom of the upper 1. The inner sleeve 2 defines a wearing space 201 and has a top opening end 202. The wearing space 201 forms an entry opening 203 surrounded by the top opening end 202.

Since the upper 1 of the sock does not have the tongue structure commonly seen in general sports shoes, it looks more like a general leisure shoe than a functional sports shoe. In addition, in order to maintain the stability of the user when wearing the sock to prevent the user's heel from slipping out of the shoe, the top opening end 202 of the inner sleeve 2 cannot be lowered above the user's ankle height. In this way, since the opening width of the entry opening 203 is actually smaller than that of ordinary shoes, and since the inner sleeve 2 itself has a certain structural toughness, even if the user tries hard to open the entry opening 203 as much as possible when wearing shoes, it is often difficult to smoothly insert the foot into the wearing space 202 of the inner sleeve 2 at one time.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a shoe with a decorative tongue that can overcome at least one disadvantage of the prior art.

Therefore, the new shoe with a decorated tongue includes a sole, an inner cover unit, an upper unit, a tongue unit, a tightening unit, and a contact layer.

The inner cover unit defines a wearing space with an open top end and a closed bottom end, and includes a top opening end edge.

The upper unit includes a sock portion corresponding to the inner cover unit and sleeved on the inner cover unit, and a slip-on portion extending upward from the sock portion. The sock portion is fixed to the sole and has an instep area. The slip-on portion is higher than the end edge of the top opening in a vertical direction and defines a slip-on shoe opening connected to the wearing space.

The tongue unit is fixed to the wearing part and has a back-lying section corresponding to the instep area of the sock body, an ankle standing section connected to the rear end of the back-lying section and extending upward, and at least one positioning through hole arranged on the back-lying section. The top end of the ankle standing section is higher than the wearing part in the up-down direction.

The tightening unit includes two tightening panels arranged on both sides of the upper unit and connected to the sole, and at least one tightening belt connected between the tightening panels and passing through the positioning through hole.

The connecting layer is fixedly connected between the inner cover unit and the sock body.

The utility of the present invention is that the tongue unit is used in conjunction with the upper unit, which not only makes the shoe look more like a functional general sports shoe, but also makes it convenient for users to wear different styles while maintaining the wearing comfort of a traditional casual shoe. Moreover, the tongue unit has a three-dimensional sense, which can further enhance the appearance of the present invention.

3, 4, and 5, which are an embodiment of the present invention's shoe 100 with a decorated tongue, the shoe 100 includes a sole 10, an inner cover unit 20, an upper unit 30, a tongue unit 40, a tightening unit 50, and a connection layer 60 (see FIG. 7).

As shown in FIGS. 5 , 6 and 7 , the inner sleeve unit 20 defines a wearing space 23 with an open top end and a closed bottom end, and has a top opening edge 21.

The wearing space 23 forms an insertion opening 231 surrounded by the top opening edge 21. In this embodiment, the insertion opening 231 has a first opening width W1 in a front-to-back direction.

In this embodiment, the inner cover unit 20 is made by sewing an inner cover panel 22. The inner cover panel 22 has a lining layer 221, a surface layer 222, and a supporting layer 223 disposed between the lining layer 221 and the surface layer 222.

In this embodiment, the supporting layer 223 is a vertical velvet layer woven between the lining layer 221 and the surface layer 222. However, this is not limited to this. In other variations, the supporting layer 223 may also be a foam layer.

The upper unit 30 includes a sock portion 31 corresponding to the inner cover unit 20 and sleeved on the inner cover unit 20, a sleeve-on portion 32 extending upward from the sock portion 31, and a ring-shaped sewing portion 33 extending downward from the sleeve-on portion 32. In this embodiment, the upper unit 30 is a woven sock, but it is not limited thereto.

The sock portion 31 is fixed to the sole 10 and has an instep area 311 extending forward along the front-rear direction.

The sleeve-wearing portion 32 is higher than the top opening end edge 21 in a vertical direction, and defines a sleeve-wearing shoe opening 323 connected to the wearing space 23. In this embodiment, the sleeve-wearing portion 32 has a front pull ear 321 and a rear pull ear 322 relative to the front pull ear 321. The top end of the front pull ear 321 is lower than the top end of the rear pull ear 322 in the vertical direction, and the sleeve-wearing shoe opening 323 has a second opening width W2 in the front-to-back direction.

The annular sewing portion 33 extends downward into the wearing space 23 of the inner cover unit 20 and is fixed to the inner surface of the inner cover unit 20. The bottom edge of the annular sewing portion 33 is lower than the top opening end edge 21 in the up-down direction.

In this embodiment, the upper unit 30 is folded back to form the wearing portion 32 and the annular sewing portion 33. It can be understood that during the manufacturing process, the upper unit 30 is formed by folding its top end into the wearing space 23 of the inner unit 20 to form the wearing portion 32 and the annular sewing portion 33. The annular sewing portion 33 is sewn and fixed to the lining layer 221 (see Figure 7).

As shown in FIGS. 4 , 5 and 6 , the tongue unit 40 is fixed to the sleeve portion 32 and includes a tongue body 41 , a fixed stitching line 42 , and a tongue strap 43 .

The shoe tongue 41 has a back-lying section 411 corresponding to the instep area 311 of the sock body 31, an ankle-standing section 412 connected to the rear end of the back-lying section 411 and extending upward, and a fold 413 between the back-lying section 411 and the ankle-standing section 412. The top end of the ankle-standing section 412 is higher than the sleeve-wearing section 32 in the up-down direction.

As shown in Figures 8, 9, and 10, in this embodiment, the tongue body 41 has a tongue piece 44 and a sealing stitch 45. The tongue piece 44 is formed with a cut 441. The sealing stitch 45 sews the cut 441 closed to make the tongue body 41 bend out of the back lying section 411, the ankle standing section 412, and the fold 413. Preferably, the tongue piece 44 has two outer fabric layers 442, two foam layers 443 fixed between the outer fabric layers 442, and an adhesive layer 444 fixed between the foam layers 443.

As shown in FIGS. 3 , 4 and 6 , the fixing stitching line 42 is sewed and fixed along the folding line 413 below the folding line 413 to fix the back-lying section 411 to the wearing portion 32 of the upper unit 30 .

As shown in Figures 4, 6 and 10, the tongue strap 43 has a perforated section 431 fixed to the back-lying section 411, and a lifting section 432 connected to the rear end of the perforated section 431 and adjacent to the standing ankle section 412, the perforated section 431 has a number of positioning perforations 433, and the positioning perforations 433 are set on the back-lying section 411, and the lifting section 432 has a lifting hole 434.

In this embodiment, a blunt angle θ less than 180° may be defined between the ankle-standing section 412 and the back-lying section 411. Preferably, the blunt angle θ is between 100° and 180°.

As shown in FIGS. 3 , 4 and 5 , the tightening unit 50 includes two tightening panels 51 disposed on both sides of the upper unit 30 in a left-right direction and connected to the sole 10 , and a tightening belt 52 connected between the tightening panels 51 .

Each tightening decorative piece 51 has a bottom end portion 511 connected to the sole 10 and a top end portion 512 connected to the tightening belt 52. The top end portion 512 of each tightening decorative piece 51 is formed with a plurality of shoelace through holes 513 arranged at intervals.

In this embodiment, the tightening strap 52 is a shoelace, and the tightening strap 52 is detachably inserted through the shoelace through-hole 513 of the tightening trim 51 and the positioning through-hole 433 of the through-hole section 431 .

As shown in FIG. 7 , the adhesive layer 60 is fixed between the inner cover unit 20 and the sock portion 31 so that the inner cover unit 20 and the sock portion 31 are closely attached. In this embodiment, the adhesive layer 60 is made of adhesive.

11 , when the user wants to wear the shoe 100 of the present invention, the user can use both hands to pull the ankle section 412 of the shoe tongue 41 and the rear pull ear 322 of the sleeve portion 32 forward and backward respectively, so as to relatively pull the front pull ear 321 and the rear pull ear 322 of the sleeve portion 32 apart, so that the second opening width W2 of the sleeve opening 323 of the sleeve portion 32 becomes larger than the first opening width W1 of the sleeve opening 231 of the wearing space 23 of the inner sleeve unit 20, thereby increasing the shoe insertion angle, so as to facilitate the user to insert the foot into the sleeve opening 323 of the sleeve portion 32.

Through the above description, the advantages of the present invention can be summarized as follows:

1. Compared with the conventional art, the present invention utilizes the tongue unit 40 in conjunction with the upper unit 30, which not only looks more like a functional general sports shoe in appearance, but also facilitates the user to wear different styles in appearance, while still maintaining the wearing comfort of conventional casual shoes. Moreover, the tongue unit 40 has a three-dimensional sense, which can further enhance the appearance of the present invention.

Second, the present invention utilizes the design of the blunt angle θ between the ankle section 412 and the back section 411 of the shoe tongue body 41 to prevent the ankle section 412 from touching the front side of the user's ankle joint, thereby improving wearing comfort.

3. The present invention utilizes the design of the sleeve-on portion 32 of the upper unit 30 in conjunction with the inner sleeve unit 20 to reduce the height of the top opening edge 21 of the inner sleeve unit 20 at the height of the user's ankle, thereby effectively increasing the first opening width W1 of the sleeve-on opening 231 of the wearing space 23 of the inner sleeve unit 20. Moreover, the user can relatively pull the front pull ear 321 and the rear pull ear 322 of the sleeve-on portion 32 apart through the ankle-standing section 412 of the shoe tongue body 41, so that the second opening width W2 of the sleeve-on shoe opening 323 of the sleeve-on portion 32 is further expanded to be larger than the first opening width W1 of the sleeve-on opening 231 of the wearing space 23 of the inner sleeve unit 20, thereby effectively increasing the shoe-on angle.

In summary, the shoe with a decorative tongue of the present invention not only has the functional appearance of a general sports shoe, but also makes it more convenient for the user to put on or take off the shoe. Moreover, the tongue unit has a three-dimensional sense, so the purpose of the present invention can be achieved.

However, the above is only an example of the implementation of the present invention, and it cannot be used to limit the scope of the implementation of the present invention. All simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the scope of the patent application of the present invention and the content of the patent specification are still within the scope of the present patent.

Claims (10)

A shoe with a decorative tongue, comprising: a sole; an inner cover unit, defining a wearing space with an open top and a closed bottom, and including a top opening edge; an upper unit, including a sock portion corresponding to the inner cover unit and sleeved on the inner cover unit, and a slip-on portion extending upward from the sock portion, the sock portion being fixed to the sole and having an instep area, the slip-on portion being higher than the top opening edge in a vertical direction, and defining a slip-on shoe opening connected to the wearing space; A tongue unit, fixed to the shoe-wearing part, and having a back-lying section corresponding to the instep area of the sock part, an ankle-standing section connected to the rear end of the back-lying section and extending upward, and at least one positioning through-hole provided on the back-lying section, the top end of the ankle-standing section being higher than the shoe-wearing part in the vertical direction; A tightening unit, including two tightening decorative pieces provided on both sides of the upper unit and connected to the sole, and at least one tightening belt connected between the tightening decorative pieces and passing through the positioning through-hole; and A connecting layer, fixedly connected between the inner cover unit and the sock part. A shoe with a decorated tongue as described in claim 1, wherein the upper unit further includes an annular stitching portion extending downward from the slip-on portion, the annular stitching portion extending downward into the wearing space of the inner cover unit and fixed to the inner surface of the inner cover unit, the bottom edge of the annular stitching portion is lower than the top opening end edge in the up-down direction, the slip-on portion has a front pull ear, and a rear pull ear relative to the front pull ear, the top end of the front pull ear is lower than the top end of the rear pull ear in the up-down direction. A shoe with a decorated tongue as described in claim 2, wherein the upper unit is folded back to form the slip-on portion and the ring-shaped sewing portion. A shoe with a decorated tongue as described in claim 1, wherein the tongue unit includes a tongue body and a fixed stitching line, the tongue body has a tongue piece and a sealing stitching, the tongue piece is formed with a notch, the sealing stitching closes the notch, so that the tongue body is bent to form the back-lying section, the ankle section, and a crease between the back-lying section and the ankle section, and the fixed stitching line sews the back-lying section to the wearing part of the upper unit along the crease below the crease. A shoe with a decorated tongue as described in claim 4, wherein the tongue unit has a number of positioning perforations, and the tightening unit includes a tightening strap that passes through the positioning perforations. A shoe with a decorated tongue as described in claim 5, wherein the tongue unit further includes a tongue strap having a perforated section fixed to the back-lying section, and a lifting section connected to the rear end of the perforated section and adjacent to the ankle-standing section, the perforated section having the positioning perforations. A shoe with a decorated tongue as described in claim 6, wherein each tightening panel has a bottom end connected to the sole and a top end connected to the tightening band, the top end of each tightening panel is formed with a plurality of lace perforations arranged at intervals, the tightening band is a shoelace that is detachably inserted through the lace perforations of the tightening panels and the positioning perforations of the perforated section. A shoe with a decorated tongue as described in claim 4, wherein a blunt angle less than 180° can be defined between the standing ankle section and the back lying section. A shoe with a decorated tongue as described in claim 1, wherein the inner cover unit is made by sewing an inner cover piece. The shoe with a decorated tongue as described in claim 9, wherein the inner panel has a lining layer, a surface layer, and a supporting layer disposed between the lining layer and the surface layer.
