Abstract

A moisture-permeable and waterproof shoe capable of preventing the upper from being damaged comprises a sole, an upper unit defining an inner space, an inner cover unit arranged in the inner space and capable of being moisture-permeable and waterproof, a contact layer, and a tightening unit. The tightening unit includes a first tightening plate assembly connected to the sole, a second tightening plate assembly connected to the sole, and at least one tightening belt assembly. The first tightening plate assembly has a first main plate body and a protective member. The first main plate body has a plate front edge. The protective member is adjacent to the plate front edge and blocks the first main plate body and the upper unit. The plate front edge does not exceed the protective member in a front-rear direction. The second tightening plate assembly has a second main plate body relative to the first main plate body.

Description

Moisture-permeable and waterproof shoes that prevent cracking of the upper

The invention relates to a pair of shoes, in particular to a pair of moisture-permeable and waterproof shoes which can prevent the upper of the shoe from being cracked.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , a pair of socks is known to include a sole 1, an upper 2 disposed on the sole 1, and a tightening unit 3 connected to the sole 1. The tightening unit 3 includes an outer decorative sheet 301, an inner decorative sheet 302, and an elastic band 303 worn on the outer decorative sheet 301 and the inner decorative sheet 302.

Although such socks are more comfortable to wear than ordinary shoes, since the outer trim 301 and the inner trim 302 are made of relatively hard leather, and the upper 2 is made of relatively soft woven fabric, when the socks are bent and deformed by the user squatting or jumping, the front edge of the outer trim 301 will directly rub against the upper 2, causing the upper 2 to easily crack at the friction point with the outer trim 301.

Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a kind of moisture-permeable and waterproof shoe that can prevent the upper from cracking and can overcome at least one disadvantage of the prior art.

Therefore, the novel moisture-permeable and waterproof shoe capable of preventing the upper from being damaged comprises a sole, an upper unit, an inner cover unit, a contact layer, and a tightening unit.

The upper unit is arranged on the sole and defines an inner space.

The inner cover unit is arranged in the inner space and is moisture permeable and waterproof. The inner cover unit defines a wearing space with an open top and a closed bottom.

The connecting layer is fixed between the upper unit and the inner cover unit.

The tightening unit includes a first tightening plate assembly connected to the sole, a second tightening plate assembly connected to the sole, and at least one tightening belt assembly connected between the first tightening plate assembly and the second tightening plate assembly. The first tightening plate assembly has a first main plate body and a protective member. The first main plate body has a plate front edge. The protective member is adjacent to the plate front edge and blocks the first main plate body and the upper unit. The plate front edge does not exceed the protective member in a front-rear direction. The second tightening plate assembly has a second main plate body relative to the first main plate body. The first main plate body and the second main plate body are located on both sides of the upper unit in a left-right direction.

The effect of the present invention is that the protective member is used in conjunction with the design of the first main sheet. During the bending and deformation process of the present invention, the protective member will block between the first main sheet and the upper unit, which can effectively prevent the front edge of the first main sheet from directly rubbing against the upper unit, thereby avoiding the problem of the upper unit being cracked due to friction with the first main sheet.

3, 4, and 5, which are an embodiment of the novel moisture-permeable and waterproof shoe 100 capable of preventing the upper from being damaged, the moisture-permeable and waterproof shoe 100 comprises a sole 10, an upper unit 20, an inner cover unit 30, a connection layer 40 (see FIG. 8), and a tightening unit 50.

As shown in Figs. 5, 6 and 7, the upper unit 20 is disposed on the sole 10 and includes a sock portion 21 defining an inner space 24, a sleeve portion 22 extending upward from the sock portion 21, and a ring-shaped sewing portion 23 extending downward from the sleeve portion 22. In this embodiment, the upper unit 20 is a knitted sock.

As shown in Fig. 7 and Fig. 8, the inner cover unit 30 is arranged in the inner space 24 and is moisture permeable and waterproof. In this embodiment, the inner cover unit 30 includes an inner cover 31 defining a wearing space 34 with an open top and a closed bottom, and a waterproof group 32.

The inner sleeve 31 has a top opening edge 311 , and the wearing space 34 forms a sleeve entry opening 341 surrounded by the top opening edge 311 .

The sleeve-wearing portion 22 is higher than the top opening end 311 in a vertical direction and defines a sleeve-wearing shoe opening 25 connected to the wearing space 34. In this embodiment, the sleeve-wearing shoe opening 25 has a first opening width W1 in a front-to-back direction, and the sleeve-entering opening 341 has a second opening width W2 in the front-to-back direction.

In this embodiment, the inner cover 31 is made by sewing an inner cover panel 33, and the inner cover panel 33 has a lining layer 331, a surface layer 332, a support layer 333 disposed between the lining layer 331 and the surface layer 332, and a moisture-permeable waterproof layer 334 fixed to the outer surface of the surface layer 332. The waterproof assembly 32 has a plurality of waterproof strips 321, which are fixed to the outer surface of the inner cover 31 to cover the sewing of the inner cover 31.

In this embodiment, the supporting layer 333 is a vertical velvet layer woven between the lining layer 331 and the surface layer 332. However, this is not limited to this. In other variations, the supporting layer 333 may also be a foam layer.

The annular sewing portion 23 of the upper unit 20 extends downward into the wearing space 34 of the inner sleeve 31 and is fixed to the inner surface of the inner sleeve 31. The bottom edge of the annular sewing portion 23 is lower than the top opening end edge 311 in the up-down direction. It can be understood that in this embodiment, during the manufacturing process of the upper unit 20, the top end portion is folded back into the wearing space 34 of the inner sleeve 31 to form the wearing portion 22 and the annular sewing portion 23. The annular sewing portion 23 is sewn and fixed to the lining layer 331 (see FIG. 8 ).

The adhesive layer 40 is fixed between the sock portion 21 of the upper unit 20 and the inner cover unit 30 to make the sock portion 21 and the inner cover unit 30 closely fit. In this embodiment, the adhesive layer 40 is made of adhesive.

As shown in Figures 5, 6, and 9, the tightening unit 50 includes a first tightening sheet assembly 60 connected to the sole 10, a second tightening sheet assembly 70 connected to the sole 10, and a tightening belt assembly 80 connected between the first tightening sheet assembly 60 and the second tightening sheet assembly 70.

In this embodiment, the first tightening sheet assembly 60 has a first main sheet body 61, a protective member 62, a first connecting member 63 arranged on the first main sheet body 61, a ring 64, a first belt body 65 extending backward from the first main sheet body 61, and a first connecting member 66 arranged on the first belt body 65.

The first main plate 61 has a first bottom end 611 connected to the sole 10, a first top end 612, and a front edge 613 of the plate. The first top end 612 is formed with a plurality of first belt through holes 614 arranged at intervals.

The protective member 62 is adjacent to the front edge 613 of the sheet and is blocked between the first main sheet 61 and the upper unit 20. The front edge 613 of the sheet does not exceed the protective member 62 in the front-rear direction (see FIG. 4 ).

In this embodiment, the protective member 62 is sewn together with the first main plate 61, and has a protective bottom end 621 connected to the sole 10, and a protective top end 622. The protective top end 622 is higher than the first top end 612 in the up-down direction, and is formed with a ring through-hole 623, and the ring 64 is disposed in the ring through-hole 623, and the ring 64 is located in front of the first belt through-holes 614 in the front-back direction (see FIG. 4). Preferably, the protective member 62 is made by folding an elastic belt 624 in half.

In this embodiment, the second tightening sheet assembly 70 has a second main sheet 71 relative to the first main sheet 61, a second belt body 72 extending backward from the second main sheet 71, and a second coupling member 73 arranged on the second belt body 72.

The second main plate 71 has a second bottom end 711 connected to the sole 10, and a second top end 712. The second top end 712 is formed with a plurality of second belt through holes 713 arranged at intervals.

The second strap 72 can pass around the rear side of the upper unit 20 until the second fastening member 73 is detachably fastened to the first fastening member 66 .

In this embodiment, the first main sheet 61 and the second main sheet 71 are located on both sides of the sock portion 21 of the upper unit 20 in a left-right direction, and the first main sheet 61 fits snugly on the sock portion 21 , and the second main sheet 71 fits snugly on the sock portion 21 .

In this embodiment, the tightening belt assembly 80 has an elastic tightening belt 81, a second connecting member 82 disposed on the elastic tightening belt 81, a third connecting member 83, and a fourth connecting member 84.

The elastic tightening band 81 has a fixed end 811, a free end 812, and a tightening section 813 connected between the fixed end 811 and the free end 812.

The third connecting member 83 is arranged on the tightening section 813 and is adjacent to the fixed end 811. The fourth connecting member 84 is arranged on the fixed end 811. The fixed end 811 passes through one of the first belt through-holes 614 so that the fourth connecting member 84 can be detachably fastened to the third connecting member 83 so that the fixed end 811 is fixed to one of the first belt through-holes 614.

The second connecting member 82 is disposed at the free end portion 812, and the tightening section 813 can pass through the remaining first belt through-holes 614, the second belt through-holes 713 and the ring 64 to enable the second connecting member 82 to be detachably fastened to the first connecting member 63.

In this embodiment, the first connecting member 63 and the second connecting member 82 are a kind of Velcro, the third connecting member 83 and the fourth connecting member 84 are a kind of Velcro, and the first connecting member 66 and the second connecting member 73 are a kind of Velcro.

Thus, as shown in FIG. 10 , when a user wants to wear the moisture-permeable and waterproof shoe 100 of the present invention, the user can use both hands to pull the sleeve portion 22 forward and backward respectively, so that the first opening width W1 of the sleeve portion 22 becomes larger than the second opening width W2 of the sleeve entry opening 341 of the inner sleeve 31, thereby increasing the shoe entry angle, so that the user can insert the foot into the sleeve portion 22. Afterwards, the user can adjust the tightness of the upper unit 20 on the foot through the second belt body 72 (see FIG. 6 ) and the elastic tightening belt 81 (see FIG. 6 ).

As shown in FIG. 11 , when the moisture-permeable and waterproof shoe 100 of the present invention is bent and deformed due to the user's squatting and jumping movements, the protective member 62 will block between the first main plate 61 and the sock portion 21 of the upper unit 20, preventing the front edge 613 of the first main plate 61 from directly rubbing against the sock portion 21.

Through the above description, the advantages of the present invention can be summarized as follows:

1. Compared with the prior art, the present invention utilizes the protective member 62 in conjunction with the design of the first main plate 61. During the bending and deformation process of the present invention, the protective member 62 will block between the first main plate 61 and the sock portion 21 of the upper unit 20, which can effectively prevent the front edge 613 of the first main plate 61 from directly rubbing against the sock portion 21, thereby avoiding the problem of the sock portion 21 being cracked due to the friction with the first main plate 61.

Second, the present invention utilizes the design of the first tightening sheet assembly 60 and the second tightening sheet assembly 70 in conjunction with the tightening belt assembly 80. After the first main sheet 61 and the second main sheet 71 are tightened, the elastic tightening belt 81 can make the second connecting member 82 detachably fastened to the first connecting member 63. After the second belt body 72 passes around the rear side of the upper unit 20, the second connecting member 73 can be detachably fastened to the first connecting member 66. In this way, the user can adjust the tightness of the upper unit 20 on the user's foot through the elastic tightening belt 81 and the second belt body 72, so as to effectively prevent the user's foot from easily slipping out of the inner sleeve 31, thereby further improving the user's stability when wearing.

3. The present invention utilizes the design of the wearing part 22 of the upper unit 20 in conjunction with the inner sleeve 31 to reduce the height of the top opening edge 311 of the inner sleeve 31 above the user's ankle height, thereby effectively increasing the second opening width W2 of the insertion opening 341 of the inner sleeve 31. Moreover, the user can relatively open the wearing part 22 to further expand the first opening width W1 of the wearing shoe opening 25 of the wearing part 22 to be larger than the second opening width W2 of the insertion opening 341 of the inner sleeve 31, thereby effectively increasing the shoe insertion angle.

In summary, the novel moisture-permeable and waterproof shoe capable of preventing the upper from being damaged can effectively prevent the first main plate from directly rubbing against the upper unit during the bending and deformation process, thereby avoiding the problem of the upper unit being damaged due to the friction between the first main plate and the upper unit, and can also effectively prevent the user's foot from easily slipping out of the shoe, so the purpose of the novel shoe can be achieved.

However, the above is only an example of the implementation of the present invention, and it cannot be used to limit the scope of the implementation of the present invention. All simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the scope of the patent application of the present invention and the content of the patent specification are still within the scope of the present patent.

A kind of moisture-permeable and waterproof shoes that can prevent the upper from cracking, comprising: a sole; a vamp unit, which is arranged on the sole and defines an internal space; an inner cover unit, which is arranged in the internal space and is moisture-permeable and waterproof, and defines a wearing space with an open top and a closed bottom; a connection layer, which is fixed between the vamp unit and the inner cover unit; and a tightening unit, which includes a first tightening plate assembly connected to the sole, a second tightening plate assembly connected to the sole, and at least one tightening belt assembly connected between the first tightening plate assembly and the second tightening plate assembly, The first tensioning sheet assembly has a first main sheet and a protective member. The first main sheet has a sheet front edge. The protective member is adjacent to the sheet front edge and is blocked between the first main sheet and the upper unit. The sheet front edge does not exceed the protective member in a front-rear direction. The second tensioning sheet assembly has a second main sheet relative to the first main sheet. The first main sheet and the second main sheet are located on both sides of the upper unit in a left-right direction. A moisture-permeable and waterproof shoe capable of preventing the upper from being damaged as described in claim 1, wherein the protective member is sewn together with the first main plate and has a protective bottom end portion connected to the sole.
