Abstract

This application is a cooling fan with information display, which mainly displays relevant information such as temperature, speed, current and voltage on the cooling fan, and includes a fan frame, a fan wheel assembly and a display unit. The fan frame has an air outlet surface; the fan wheel assembly is arranged in the fan frame; and the display unit is arranged on the air outlet surface of the fan frame. Most existing cooling fans can only display identification content on the label, and the displayed content is quite monotonous and unchanged. In this way, this application can clearly display relevant information during operation.

This application relates to a heat dissipation fan technology field, especially a heat dissipation fan with information display.

With the continuous development and progress of the computer industry, the frequency and speed of electronic components are constantly increasing, and the heat generated is also increasing. If it is not removed in time, the heat generated during the operation will accumulate and cause the temperature to rise, which will affect the normal operation of the electronic components that generate heat.

The industry usually uses cooling fans to cool down the heat-generating electronic components. Usually, the cooling fan is attached with a label to indicate the brand of the cooling fan or other content. In this way, the cooling fan can only display the content marked on the label, and the displayed content is quite monotonous and has no variability.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present application provides a heat dissipation fan with information display, including a fan frame, a fan wheel assembly and at least one display unit, the fan frame has an air outlet surface; the fan wheel assembly is arranged in the fan frame; the display unit is arranged on the air outlet surface of the fan frame.

In one embodiment, the display unit is connected to the fan wheel assembly in a wired or wireless manner.

In one embodiment, the display unit is used to display one of the temperature, speed, current and voltage of the impeller assembly.

In one embodiment, the display unit is used to variably display the temperature, speed, current and voltage of the impeller assembly.

In one embodiment, the display unit is used to display time.

In one embodiment, a plurality of display units are included, and each of the display units is disposed on the fan frame.

In one embodiment, each display unit is used to display the temperature, speed, current and voltage of the impeller assembly.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 3. The present invention provides a heat dissipation fan with information display, which mainly includes a fan frame 10, a fan wheel assembly 20 and at least one display unit 30.

The fan frame 10 mainly includes a panel 11, an upper frame 12 and a lower frame 13. The panel 11 is generally circular, and the upper frame 12 and the lower frame 13 are rectangular. The panel 11, the upper frame 12 and the lower frame 13 are integrally formed, and the upper frame 12 and the lower frame 13 are respectively formed on the upper and lower sides of the panel 11. An air outlet surface 14 is formed on the upper surface of the upper frame 12, and an air inlet surface 15 is formed on the lower surface of the lower frame 13.

The impeller assembly 20 mainly includes an impeller 21 and a rotor-stator assembly (not shown). The rotor-stator assembly is arranged inside the impeller 21 and is installed and fixed together in the fan frame 10.

The number of display units 30 in this embodiment is four, and each display unit 30 is disposed in the upper frame 12 and formed on the wind outlet surface 14.

In one embodiment, the display unit 30 is connected to the impeller assembly 20 in a wired or wireless manner to display one of the temperature, speed, current and voltage of the impeller assembly 20.

The "wired connection" means electrically connecting the display unit 30 with a conductive wire. The "wireless connection" means installing a wireless transmitter on the fan wheel assembly 20 and a wireless receiver on the display unit 30 to achieve signal transmission between the two.

Furthermore, during the operation of the impeller assembly 20, the program edited in the chip and the temperature, speed, current, voltage and other related parameter data collected by the sensor can be converted into analog signals through the chip calculation and conversion, and then displayed regularly through the display unit 30.

In one embodiment, the display unit 30 can also be a single number for variably displaying the temperature, speed, current and voltage of the impeller assembly 20. Specifically, when a single display unit 30 is used, it can be switched by installing a switch or other components, and the temperature, speed, current and voltage of the impeller assembly 20 can be displayed on the same display unit 30.

In one embodiment, the display unit 30 is used to display time. The time here refers to the current and local time.

Claims (7)

A heat dissipation fan with information display includes: a fan frame having an air outlet surface; a fan wheel assembly disposed in the fan frame; and at least one display unit disposed on the air outlet surface of the fan frame. A heat dissipation fan with information display as described in claim 1, wherein the display unit is connected to the fan wheel assembly by wire or wirelessly. A heat dissipation fan with information display as described in claim 2, wherein the display unit is used to display one of the temperature, speed, current and voltage of the fan wheel assembly. A heat dissipation fan with information display as described in claim 2, wherein the display unit is used to variably display the temperature, speed, current and voltage of the fan wheel assembly. A cooling fan with information display as described in claim 1, wherein the display unit is used to display time. The heat dissipation fan with information display as described in claim 1 includes a plurality of display units, each of which is disposed on the fan frame. A heat dissipation fan with information display as described in claim 6, wherein each display unit is used to display the temperature, speed, current and voltage of the fan wheel assembly respectively.
