Description
本創作為一種美耐板之改良，尤指一種因其輕巧且可捲曲的特性，施工時只需直接佈膠，使得裝修過程省時、簡單且節省成本。其高度彈性讓產品能貼合各類曲面或不規則表面，且適用於室內外各種表面，價格親民，提升了實用性和使用意願的美耐板改良結構。
按，美耐板，是居家裝潢中常見的選材之一。不論是牆壁、天花板還是廚房檯面，都可見其身影。此外，其擁有相對於石材、磚材更為便宜的價格，並可透過加工技術，模仿大理石、實木紋等質地。
首先，美耐板是由含浸特殊樹脂的裝飾色紙及牛皮紙層層堆疊製成，並經過高溫高壓、烘乾等過程處理。因其花色多樣且貼合後無需再上漆，因此被廣泛使用於各種門片、檯面等的表面材料。
其次，美耐板有著耐髒、耐刮及好清理的特性，這使其成為潔癖者的首選材料。由於美耐板的表面毛孔凹洞少，不易藏污納垢，並能承受大部分弱酸鹼的清潔劑及食材髒污，因此被廣泛運用在廚房檯面、桌椅、門片、櫥櫃、牆壁等處。
再者，美耐板有著豐富的樣式選擇。除了單一色彩，還包括木紋、石材、金屬等，其價格也因樣式而異。
清潔方面，美耐板由於具有不易吸附髒污的特性，清潔過程非常簡單，只需用溼布或溫和的清潔劑擦拭即可。然而，要避免使用可能會嚴重
刮傷板材的工具，如鋼刷、砂紙等，且清潔劑應避免使用酸性的，因為酸性會腐蝕美耐板表面，進而降低其使用壽命。
然而，雖然美耐板經過特殊表面處理具有抗刮、抗磨、防燄等效果，但其本身由於是由特殊樹脂和紙材構成，因此不耐高溫、不耐酸鹼。使用時需要特別留意，以避免因高溫造成表面燒焦，一旦焦黑就不可復原。
另外，在選擇黏著劑時也要慎重。美耐板容易遇水膨脹，施工時若使用液態黏膠，可能會導致壁面不平整、不密接、出現縫隙等情況。因此，建議施工前背面預先泡水，以確保施工的穩定性。同時，要選擇無害無污染、低甲醛的黏著劑，施工完後需要通風兩個月再行入住。

雖然美耐板有著以上特性，但現有的美耐板板邊邊緣處是黑色的，目測觀之有一黑色邊框過於突兀且不美觀，且習式美耐板不易貼合於曲面或不規則表面，安裝較不便利，導致目前市面上美耐板的應用範圍有限。是以，要如何解決上述習用之問題與缺失，即為本創作之創作人與從事此行業之相關廠商所亟欲研究改善之方向所在者。
故，本創作之創作人有鑑於上述缺失，乃搜集相關資料，經由多方評估及考量，並以從事於此行業累積之多年經驗，經由不斷試作及修改，始設計出此種新型專利者。
本創作之目的在於提供一種精妙的結構配置，使得美耐板的邊緣處與板材表面融為同一色調，且賦予了美耐板卓越的穿透性，進而達成了無邊框的視覺效果，讓美耐板的整體結構顯得更為鮮明與美觀的美耐板改良結構。又，因其輕巧且可捲曲的特性，施工時只需直接佈膠，使得裝修過程省時、簡單且節省成本。其高度彈性讓產品能貼合各類曲面或不規則表面，且適用於室內外各種表面，價格親民，提升了實用性和使用意願的美耐板改良結構。
為了達到上述或其他目的，本創作一種美耐板改良結構，所述美耐板包括：一底層，其作為基底；以及一印刷同色層，設置於該底層上。
在一較佳實施例中，其中該底層的材質包括含浸底紙或無紡布。
在一較佳實施例中，其中該底層的厚度為5條至30條之間。
在一較佳實施例中，其中該底層的厚度為10條至25條之間。
在一較佳實施例中，其中該底層的厚度為15條至20條之間。
在一較佳實施例中，其中該底層之一面透過直接佈膠固定於一表面上。
在一較佳實施例中，其中該印刷同色層的材質包括環已二醇(PETG)、丙烯、丁二烯或苯乙烯組成聚合物(ABS)。

該底層1其作為基底。較佳地，該底層1的材質包括含浸底紙或無紡布，而該底層1的厚度為為5條至30條之間、10條至25條之間或是15條至20條之間，該底層1之一面可透過直接佈膠固定於一表面上。

需要特別說明的是，本創作美耐板改良結構具有以下優勢：
