本实用新型公开了一种木质复合板材，包括木制的基材板，所述基材板上设置有立体纹理层，立体纹理层上依次设置有聚氨酯漆层和颜料层，所述立体纹理层为压制有立体纹路或图案的软性材质；立体纹理层上喷涂的聚氨酯漆层使得基材板表面呈现类似皮革的立体感，聚氨酯漆层上喷涂的颜料层能产生类似皮革的色彩质感，因而整个产品既具有木材的强度又具有动物皮革的质感，而且成本低廉绿色环保。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及家具材料领域，具体为一种具备皮革外观和性能的木质复合板材。
背景技术
目前市面上的家具大部分由木材和皮革制造而成，木材包括实木和复合木，因其自然古朴的特点深受消费者青睐，但是原木材料受自身特性的影响，表面所制成的花样和立体感的形态比较呆板，无法多样化变化；而多用于高档家具的皮革，虽然柔软、透气，为真正的绿色制品，但价格较高，应用范围较单一，同时相对木材强度有待提高。
因此，开发处一种具有木材的高强度，还具有类似动物皮革凹凸纹路或图案的质感，并且价格低廉，应用范围广的家居用新材料，克服现有木材和皮革存在的弊端，是目前急需解决的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种兼具木材和动物皮革优点的木质复合板材。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种木质复合板材，包括木制的基材板，所述基材板上设置有立体纹理层，立体纹理层上依次设置有聚氨酯漆层和颜料层。
所述仿立体纹理层为压制有立体纹路或图案的软性材质层。
所述颜料层上设置有不饱和聚酯漆层。
所述不饱和聚酯漆层上还设置有一层高光聚氨酯漆。
本实用新型的有益效果是：立体纹理层上喷涂的聚氨酯漆层使得基材板表面呈现类似皮革的立体感，聚氨酯漆层上喷涂的颜料层能产生类似皮革的色彩质感，因而整个产品既具有木材的强度又具有动物皮革的质感，而且成本低廉绿色环保。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
参照图1、图2所示，一种木质复合板材，包括实木或复合木制备的基材板1，所述基材板上设置有类似动物皮革或其他图案的立体纹理层2，该立体纹理层2为压制有皮革纹路或其他图案的纸或布等软性材质层，立体纹理层2上面依次为聚氨酯漆层3和颜料层4。由于立体纹理层2表面有凹凸不平的纹路，喷涂一层聚氨酯漆后可呈现出类似皮革或其他立体图案的立体感，聚氨酯漆层3上喷涂的一层颜料能产生仿皮革的色彩质感，无论目视，还是用手触摸，都有动物皮革的立体感觉，因而整个产品兼具木材板和动物皮革的优点，同时加工简单，成本相当低廉，符合当今家具产业绿色环保的潮流。
参照图3、图4所示，作为本实用新型的第二实施例，所述颜料层4上还可喷涂一层不饱和聚酯漆层，该不饱和聚酯漆层5能够填平颜料层4凹凸的表面，使之光滑平整，这样整个产品目视有动物皮革的质感，触摸则有透明玻璃的感觉，平滑的特点使得本产品使用范围更广阔。
作为本实用新型更进一步的改进，所述不饱和聚酯漆层5上还设置有一层高光聚氨酯漆，这样整个产品在表面平滑的同时，还具备光亮的效果，增添了皮革木的典雅剔透之美。
上述只是本实用新型优选的实施方式，但不应构成对本实用新型的限制，只要是采用与本实用新型等同的技术方案，也应当在本发明创造的保护范围之内。

1、一种木质复合板材，包括木制的基材板(1)，其特征在于：所述基材板(1)上设置有立体纹理层(2)，立体纹理层(2)上依次设置有聚氨酯漆层(3)和颜料层(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种木质复合板材，其特征在于，所述立体纹理层(2)为压制有立体纹路或图案的软性材质层。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种木质复合板材，其特征在于，所述颜料层(4)上设置有不饱和聚酯漆层(5)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的一种木质复合板材，其特征在于，所述不饱和聚酯漆层(5)上还设置有一层高光聚氨酯漆。
