M318073 八 新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 二係為-種打氣筒氣嘴’在此尤指 :先而::術風】嘴變形央固美式/法式接嘴之特殊技術, .二之打_嘴,其 口弟扑5028唬『適用雙氣嘴之打氣簡„、笛 3,5933,、『打氣筒之改良』所示般,可是該等專利前案分 = Μ嘴使㈣’仍會發生頂針無法確實 頁開美式接以之氣Η,此乃頂針會相對徑向晃動所致, =以便有我國公告咖_『打氣筒之進氣嘴接頭』結構產 ,其主要藉模組化推件的凸環部與自動爪的内凹部係呈 相對嵌合’於推動時使自動爪產生凸輪與夾持功能,令自 由頂針移至任何位置均能達到關充氣物的氣Η並確保氣 密效果。 / 可疋该Μ251030專利前案之模組化推件零件實在增加 過多,會降低組裝效率以及製造成本,誠難以經濟實施, 此乃目前技術無法突破之處。 有鑑於此Μ251030專利前案有成本高,組裝效率低之 缺點,乃以多年的專業經驗與心得,經不斷構思、創研, 乃研發出本創作。 【新型内容】 M318073 本創作『打氣筒氣嘴』主要内容係在於:風嘴頭於風 、嘴頂端設有-可供法式接嘴穿入之夾座,夹座頂端設有向 下收束之導引孔,然後在夾座與壓注器間設有復歸彈簧, 使塵注器頂端限制於扳手,至於壓注器底部則間隔的設置 .有活動爪,此等活動爪形狀係與導引孔相對應,且具=徑 向回復彈性,以便配合扳手觸動壓注器下移而對美式接嘴 打氣時,其麈注器底部之活動爪會順應導引孔形狀收束的 #夾固美式接嘴上方之頂針,然後藉由壓注器之持續下移至 f位’令風嘴變形的夾固美式/法式接嘴,如此即能順利 提供美式接嘴/法式接嘴穩定使用之目的。 該等使活動爪-體設置於愿注器之結構,以及央座匹 配的叹置-可連動活動爪徑向夹持之特殊結構,確可節省 製造成本及組裝效率,據以符合經濟之原則及新㈣能, 2大大去除M251030專利前案的不良問題,確實為打氣 籲筒氣嘴提出一有效解決之新穎技術。 為使貝審查委員能進一步瞭解本創作之結構,特徵 及其他目的,兹附以較佳實施例之圖式詳細說明如后: 【實施方式】 §月參閱圖一〜五,本創作氣嘴包括有: -風嘴頭(i 〇 )’其内部具有上下貫穿之組裝孔(1 人立A嘴頭(1 〇 )在組裝孔(丄i )底端外周緣設有螺 "部(1 2 )、頂端徑向的跨設有梢孔(1 3 ),然後在風 6 M318073 嘴頭(1 0 )側向的延設有一接管(i 4 ),此接管(丄4 : ‘之内孔(1 4 0 )係連通組裝孔(i工)及打氣筒高壓氣 體輸出端; 風觜(2 0 ),係為一橡膠製品,其對合於組裝孔(1 1)底部,且具有抵接風嘴頭(1〇)底端之環突緣(2 1),而在風嘴(20)頂端向上突設有圓柱狀之突塊(2 2 ),然後於此風嘴(2 〇 )中心貫設有通孔(2 3 ),且 籲於通孔(2 3 )底端同心的設有較大徑之沉孔(2 4 ),如 圖四所不,其通孔(2 3 )係供法式接嘴(fv )穿掣定位, 請另外配合圖五觀之,沉孔(2 4 )則是專供美式接嘴(Av) 定位之用; 一風嘴蓋(3 0 ),係鎖設於風嘴頭(i 〇 )螺合部(工 2 ),用以將風嘴(2 〇 )固定於組裝孔(1 1 )底部; 一扳手(4 0 ),其一端係位於組裝孔(丄丄)頂端, 籲於該端設有與梢孔(1 3 )相對應之樞孔(4 1 ),用以供 直梢(4 2 )插入梢孔(1 3 )、樞孔(4 1 ),使扳手(4 0 )可以繞直梢(4 2 )中心的轉動,而扳手(4 〇 )於 該端之外周則為凸輪(4 3 ),用以作動組裝孔(丄丄)内 部之構件; 夾座(5 0 ),其軸心貫設有可供法式接嘴(ρν)穿 入之中孔(5 1),然後夾座(5 〇)於中孔(5 1 )底端 向上凹設有較大徑之容孔(5 2 ),此容孔(5 2 )係供突 M318073 塊(22)穿入定位,而夾座(go)於中孔(5丄)頂 端則設有向下收束之錐形導引孔(5 3 ); 一壓注裔(6 0 ),係按裝於夾座(5 〇 )與扳手(4 〇 )間,其頂部並設有環槽(6 1 ),用以供〇形環(6 2 ) ,套掣,使壓注器(6 0 )能以0形環(β 2 )氣密的滑合 .於組裝孔(1 1 )中,而壓注器(6 〇)底部則為較小徑, 以使壓注器(6 〇 )於中段形成肩部(6 3 ),然後在該肩 _ °卩(63)及夾座(5〇)頂面組設有一復歸彈簧(64), 且7接官(14)内孔(140)恒與該復歸彈簧(64) 或壓注器(6 0 )小徑端相對應,以接通内孔(1 4 〇 ) 與組裝孔(1 1 ),而壓注器(6 0 )由底端向上凹設有軸 孔(6 5),此軸孔(6 5)頂端向下延設有一中柱(6 5 〇)用以供一彈黃(66)穿入而固定於軸孔(65)頂 端,此彈簧(66)底端則銜接有一突出壓注器(6〇) "端之中空頂針(67),使頂針(67)伸入;嘴(2〇) 通孔(2 3 )中,而該頂針(6 7)外周在相對導引孔(5 的位置則设有嵌槽(67〇),至於壓注器(6〇)底 :另間隔的設置有軸向剖槽(6 8 ),使壓注器(6 〇 )底 邛具有徑向回復彈力’然後在壓注器(6 0 )底部外周形 成有與導引孔(5 3 )形狀相對應之活動爪(6 9 )’該活 動爪(6 9 )在相對頂針(6 7)嵌槽(6 7 〇)位置則 向突設有夾塊(6 9 〇 )。 8 M318073 如圖二及四所示,本創作使用於法式接嘴()時, 其法式接嘴(FV)由風嘴(2 0 )通孔(2 3 )穿入至壓 注器(6 0 )軸孔(6 5 )中時,其頂針(6 7)會連帶 受㈣克服彈簧(6 6)預設彈力上移,此時才將扳手u -〇)扳起第一段行程,此時壓注器(60)會下壓至圖四 所示之位置時,其壓注器(6〇)會直接緊壓夾座(5〇), 用以壓迫風嘴(2 0 ),迫使風嘴(2 0 )變形夾持法式接 齡嘴(FV)’如此便能提供充氣之使用功能;本創作使用於法 式接嘴(FV) af ’能以壓注器下壓夾座而使風嘴(2 〇 ) 變形夾持法式接嘴(FV)之夾固模式,令法式接嘴(fv) 穩固的固定於氣嘴中,故而能大大改善使用之穩定性。 如圖三及五所示,本創作使用於美式接嘴(AV)時, 其美式接嘴(AV)係穿入至風嘴(2 〇 )沉孔(2 4 )中, 此時才將扳手(4 〇 )扳起第一段行程,此時壓注器(6 ,0)會下壓’令活動爪(69)為導引孔(53)限制而 使夾塊(6 9 0 )收束的夾住頂針(6 7 )嵌槽(6 7 〇 ), 然後扳手(4 0 )持續第二段行程至圖五所示之位置時, 其壓注器(6 0)會直接緊壓夾座(5 〇),用以壓迫風嘴 (2 0),迫使風嘴(2〇)變形夾持美式接嘴(^),在 此同時’頂針(67)會-併的下移至沉孔(24)中, 據以將美式接嘴(AV)中之氣門(AV,)打開,如此便能達 到充氣之使用功能;本創作使用於美式接嘴(av)時,能 M318073 以活動爪(69)央住頂針(67),並使風嘴(2(Π變 形夾持美式接嘴(AV)之替f + π , ;之雙重夾固模式,令美式接嘴(AV) 穩固的固定於氣嘴中,g “η… (67)能確實打_ (AV ),故而增進使用之穩定性。 述之、、σ構w兒明即可以得知,本創作只須於壓注器 (“)底端設置可徑向收束之活動爪(69),以及於夹 上5 0 )匹配的設置一可連動活動爪(6 9 )徑向夾持 ^引孔(5 3),即能達到穩定且廣泛使用於美式接嘴 奎)/法式接嘴(FV)之功能,且整體成本遠較M25刪 Γ前案更符合經濟原則及新穎功能,是一技術理念上的 门度創作,應符專利申請要件,爰依法提出申請。惟以上 :工:’僅為本創作之-較佳實施例而已,當不能以之限 本,作實施之範圍’即大凡依本創作中請專利範圍所作 句等隻化與修飾’皆應仍屬本創作涵蓋之範圍内。 10 M318073 【圖式簡單說明】 圖一本創作之分解示意圖。 圖二係本創作之立體組合示意圖。 圖二係本創作沿軸向之組合剖面示意圖。 圖四係本創作使用於法式接嘴之軸向組合剖面示意圖 圖五係本創作使用於美式接嘴之軸向組合剖面示意圖 【主要元件符號說明】 • (1〇)風嘴頭(1

Claims (1)

  1. M318073 九、申請專利範圍: 1、一種打氣筒氣嘴,其風嘴頭具一組裝孔及接管, 組裝孔與接管内孔是相連通,而組裝孔頂端組設扳手、底 端則設有可供美式接嘴穿入定位之風嘴,其特徵在於: - 組裝孔於風嘴頂端設有一可供法式接嘴穿入之夾座, 夾座頂端設有向下收束之導引孔,然後組裝孔在夾座與扳 手間氣密的滑合有壓注n,壓注器與夾座間設有復歸彈 鲁ί,使壓/主裔可為板手作動的下移; 而壓注器由底端向上凹設有軸孔,此軸孔中設有彈 簧,彈簧底端則銜接有一突出壓注器底端之頂針,並使頂 針伸入夾座及風嘴中; 壓注器底端則設有與導引孔相對應之活動爪,令該等 活動爪具有徑向回復彈力,俾在扳手連動壓注器下移時, 該活動爪可為導引孔限制的進行夾制,以及藉由壓注器持 籲續下移而迫使風嘴變形的夾持法式/美式接嘴。 2、 如申請專利範圍第i項所述打氣筒氣嘴,其壓注 ?部間隔的設置有軸向剖槽,使壓注器底部具有徑向回 復彈力’然後使壓注器底部外周形成有與導引孔相對應之 活動爪,該活動爪在相對頂針嵌槽位置則徑向突設有夾 塊,而頂針外周則設有可供夾塊夾制之嵌槽。 3、 如申請專利範圍第i項所述打氣筒氣嘴,其壓注 器頂部設有環槽,用以供〇形環套掣,使壓注器能以〇形 13 M318073 ,而壓注器底部則為較小徑,以 ,然後在㈣部^座頂面組設 環氣密的滑合於組裝孔中 使壓注器於中段形成肩部 復歸彈簧。 _4二:請專利範圍第1項所述打氣筒氣嘴,其壓注 軸頂⑽下延設有一中柱’用以供彈簧穿入而固定於 軸孔頂端,彈簧底端則銜接頂針。 5、 如申請專利範圍第1項所述打氣筒氣嘴,其風嘴 φ頭在組裝孔頂端徑向的跨設有梢孔,而扳手—端係位於組 裝孔頂端,於該端設有與梢孔相對應之樞孔,用以供直梢 插入梢孔、樞孔,使扳手可繞直梢中心的轉動,而扳手於 該端之外周職凸輪,用以作動組裝孔内部之壓注器。 6、 如申請專利範圍第!項所述打氣筒氣嘴,其風嘴 頭在組裝孔底端外周緣設有螺合部,用以鎖設一風嘴蓋, 此風嘴蓋係將風嘴固定於組裝孔底部。 7、如申請專利範圍第1項所述打氣筒氣嘴,其風嘴 為一橡膠製品,該風嘴頂端向上突設有突塊,然後於此風 嘴中心貫設有通孔,且於通孔底端同心的設有較大徑之沉 孔,其通孔係供法式接嘴穿掣定位,而沉孔則是專供美式 接嘴定位之用; 夾座其軸心貫設有可供法式接嘴穿入之中孔,然後夾 座於中孔底端向上凹設有較大徑之容孔,此容孔係供突塊 穿入定位,而夾座於中孔頂端則設有向下收束之導引孔。 14
