Abstract

The present invention relates to a rotatable structure for an island-type tea table, comprising a table body and a supporting shaft column. The bottom of the table body is provided with a shaft-fitting hole, which is rotatably sleeved onto the shaft column. The shaft column is fixed to the ground to form a rotatable supporting structure, allowing the table body to rotate in place. The table body may also be connectable with other table surfaces to expand the usable area, thereby enhancing convenience and flexibility of use.

Description

Rotating structure of the island tea table

This invention relates to a rotating structure for an island tea table, and more particularly to a technology applicable to rotating tabletop structures.

Existing island-style tables are mostly fixed designs, with the table permanently placed in the center of the kitchen or open space for users to eat, prepare food, or chat. However, these tables are limited by length and space configuration, and can usually only seat a fixed number of people. They are difficult to adapt to the needs of increased family members or unexpected guests, resulting in low flexibility and inconvenience in operation.

In addition, traditional island desks are mostly made of heavy materials, which are sturdy but large in size and weight, making it difficult to have rotation or angle adjustment functions. This further limits the desk's configuration or extended use in different directions, so there is still a need for improvement.

In view of the shortcomings of conventional island-style tables in terms of operability, flexibility, and convenience, this invention has completed the rotating structure of the island tea table.

The main objective of this invention is to provide a rotating structure for an island tea table, which includes:

A table body, the table body having a tabletop and a base, the base having a pivot fitting hole, and the bottom of the base having several casters; and

A column body, the column body is provided with a fitting section and a fixed section, the fixed section of the column body is therefore located on the ground, the base of the table body is provided with a column fitting hole, which is fitted into the fitting section of the column body, so that the table body can rotate relative to the column body.

In a preferred embodiment, the fitting section of the shaft body is provided with several supporting cylinders, which make point contact with the bottom surface of the table. In addition to reducing contact friction, it also helps to reduce material usage and structural costs, thereby enhancing the multiple utilities of the invention.

In a preferred embodiment, the several supporting cylinders on the fitting section of the axle can rotate around their own axis, thereby reducing friction when the table rotates and enhancing the multiple utilities of the invention.

In a preferred embodiment, the table body is provided with a number of fasteners around the shaft fitting hole, wherein the fasteners provided in the shaft fitting hole are engaged with the fitting section of the shaft body to fix the table body, thereby enhancing the multiple utilitarianities of the invention.

In a preferred embodiment, the interior of the column is provided with a through hollow section, which provides a passage for wires, water pipes, etc., to pass through to the interior of the table from below, so that the structure has wiring accommodation space, thereby enhancing the multiple utilities of the invention.

In a preferred embodiment, the table body is further provided with a foldable desktop portion, wherein the foldable desktop portion is disposed on one side of the table body and has at least one support leg, and the foldable desktop portion extends to the side of the table body to enhance the multiple utilitarianities of the invention.

In a preferred embodiment, the table body is provided with a receiving groove, and the receiving groove is provided with a light strip to increase the table body's illumination and aesthetics, thereby enhancing the multiple utilitarianities of the invention.

The table and the column work together. The table is fixed on the column. The base of the table has several casters to assist in angle adjustment and positioning. The column has a fitting hole to form a stable support center, allowing the table to rotate 360 degrees. As more users are added, the table can be positioned at different angles and can be combined with other tabletops to expand the usable area and overcome the problem of users not having a place to sit, thereby increasing convenience and flexibility.

To enable your Examining Committee to further understand the structure, features and other purposes of this invention, the following preferred embodiments are illustrated in detail with diagrams. However, the embodiments illustrated in these diagrams are for illustrative purposes only and are not the sole limitation on the patent application.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 3, which show the three-dimensional assembly, three-dimensional disassembly, and side view of the rotating island tea table structure of this invention, which includes:

A table body 10, the table body 10 having a tabletop portion 11 and a base portion 12, the base portion 12 having a pivot fitting hole 120, and the bottom of the base portion 12 having a plurality of wheels 121; and

A column 20 is provided, which has a fitting section 21 and a fixed section 22. The fixed section 22 of the column 20 is located on the ground. The column fitting hole 120 of the base part 12 of the table is fitted into the fitting section 21 of the column 20, so that the table 10 can rotate relative to the column 20.

The rotating island tea table structure of this invention is completed by combining the above structures.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 4, which show the three-dimensional assembly, disassembled, side sectional view, and rotational operation of the rotating island tea table structure of this invention. The structure consists of a table body 10 and a shaft 20. The table body 10 is fixed to the shaft 20. The base 12 of the table body 10 has several casters 121 for assisting in angle adjustment and positioning. The table body 10 has a pivot fitting hole 120 that is fitted into the pivot body 20 to form a stable support center, allowing the table body 10 to rotate 360 degrees in place. When there are more family members or guests visit, the table body can be positioned at different angles and spliced with other tabletops to expand the usable area and overcome the problem of people not having a place to sit, thereby increasing convenience and flexibility.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 4, which show the three-dimensional assembly, three-dimensional disassembly, side sectional view, and rotational operation of the rotating structure of the island tea table of the present invention. In a preferred embodiment, the several supporting cylinders 210 provided on the fitting section 21 of the shaft 20 form point contact with the bottom surface of the table. In addition to reducing contact friction, this also helps to reduce material usage and structural costs, thereby enhancing the multiple utilities of the present invention.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 4, which show the three-dimensional assembly, three-dimensional disassembly, side sectional view, and rotational state of the rotating structure of the island tea table of the present invention. In a preferred embodiment, the several supporting cylinders 210 provided on the fitting section 21 of the shaft 20 can rotate around their own axis, thereby reducing friction when the table 10 rotates and enhancing the multiple utilities of the present invention.

Please refer to Figure 5, which is a reference diagram of the fixing parts of the rotating structure of the island tea table of the present invention being locked onto the shaft body. In a preferred embodiment, a number of fixing parts 122 are provided around the shaft engagement hole 120 of the table body 10. The fixing parts 122 provided in the shaft engagement hole 120 are locked onto the fitting section 21 of the shaft body 20, so as to fix the table body 10 and enhance the multiple utilities of the present invention.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 3 and 6, which show the three-dimensional assembly, three-dimensional disassembly, side sectional view, and pipeline configuration of the rotating island tea table structure of this invention. In a preferred embodiment, the column 20 has a through-hole 23 inside, which provides for the passage of wires, water pipes, etc., from below to the inside of the table, so that the structure has wiring accommodation space to enhance the multiple utilities of this invention.

Please refer to Figure 7, which is a reference diagram of the foldable tabletop configuration of the island tea table of the present invention. In a preferred embodiment, the table body 10 is further provided with a foldable tabletop 13, wherein the foldable tabletop 13 is provided on one side of the table body 10, and the foldable tabletop 13 is provided with at least one support leg 130. The foldable tabletop 13 extends to the side of the table body 10 to enhance the multiple utilitarianities of the present invention.

Please refer to Figure 8, which is a reference diagram of the light strip configuration of the rotating structure of the island tea table of the present invention. In a preferred embodiment, the table body 10 is provided with a receiving groove 123, and the receiving groove 123 is provided with a light strip 30 to increase the illumination and aesthetics of the table body 10, thereby enhancing the multiple utilities of the present invention.

In conclusion, this invention can indeed achieve the aforementioned functions and objectives, therefore this invention meets the requirements for patent application, and thus an application is hereby filed in accordance with the law.

Claims (7)

A rotating structure for an island tea table includes: a table body, the table body having a tabletop and a base, the base having a pivot fitting hole, and the bottom of the base having several wheels; and a pivot having a fitting section and a fixing section, the fixing section of the pivot being placed on the ground, the pivot fitting hole of the base of the table body fitting into the fitting section of the pivot, allowing the table body to rotate relative to the pivot. As described in claim 1, the island tea table rotating structure has several supporting cylinders on the fitting section of the shaft body. As described in claim 2, the island tea table rotating structure has several supporting cylinders on the fitting section of the shaft body that can rotate around their own axis. As described in claim 1, the island tea table rotation structure has several fixing parts around the pivot fitting hole of the table body. As described in claim 1, the island tea table rotating structure has a through-hole section inside the shaft, which provides space for accommodating wiring. As described in claim 1, the island tea table rotation structure further includes a foldable tabletop portion located on one side of the table body, and the foldable tabletop portion having at least one support leg, such that the foldable tabletop portion extends to the side of the table body. As described in claim 1, the island tea table rotating structure includes a receiving groove in the table body, and the receiving groove is equipped with a light strip.
