Abstract
一種電連接器,用於電性連接一晶片模組至一電路板,所述電連接器包括絕緣座體、絕緣基板以及複數導電端子,絕緣座體設有晶片收容腔,所述絕緣基板設有電路板安裝面,每一所述導電端子包括彼此獨立的第一端子和第二端子,所述第一端子包括向上延伸入所述晶片收容腔的彈性接觸臂以及向下延伸的第一連接部,所述第二端子包括向上延伸的第二連接部以及向下延伸至電路板安裝面的接腳,所述絕緣座體固定在所述絕緣基板的上方,且所述第一、第二連接部相互連接而形成一完整的所述導電端子,可在保證端子機械性能良好的同時減少端子的間距。
Description
本發明係關於一種電連接器,尤其是一種用於電性連接一電路板與一晶片模組的電連接器。
相關現有技術請參中國大陸發明專利申請公開第CN108493643A號揭露了一種安裝於電路板上以電性連接晶片模組的電連接器,其包括設有端子孔的絕緣本體以及收容於端子孔的複數導電端子,該等導電端子包括延伸出絕緣本體上表面的上彈臂以及延伸出絕緣本體下表面的下彈臂,所述上、下彈臂呈對稱設置且均為傾斜延伸,當晶片模組壓接於所述電連接器時,所述上、下彈臂因受力而發生彈性形變以在晶片模組和電路板之間達成穩定的電性接觸,然而該電連接器的上述端子孔需要在導電端子組裝時容納上彈臂或者下彈臂通過,需要較大的空間,當需要在電連接器上設置較多端子時,只能通過減短上、下彈臂的延伸長度來縮小端子間距,然而這往往會降低上、下彈臂的機械性能。
是以,鑒於以上問題,實有必要提供一種改良的電連接器來解決以上的問題。
本發明所要達成之目的係提供一種端子間距較小且端子機械性能較佳的電連接器。
為解決前述問題,本發明可採用如下技術方案:一種電連接器,用於電性連接一晶片模組至一電路板,所述電連接器包括絕緣座體、絕緣基板以及複數導電端子,絕緣座體設有晶片收容腔,所述絕緣基板設有電路板安裝
面,每一所述導電端子包括彼此獨立的第一端子和第二端子,所述第一端子包括向上延伸入所述晶片收容腔的彈性接觸臂以及向下延伸的第一連接部,所述第二端子包括向上延伸的第二連接部以及向下延伸至電路板安裝面的接腳,所述絕緣座體固定在所述絕緣基板的上方,且所述第一、第二連接部相互連接而形成一完整的所述導電端子。
為解決前述問題,本發明還採用如下技術方案:一種電連接器,所述電連接器包括彼此上下堆疊的絕緣座體與絕緣基板,以及複數導電端子,絕緣座體設有晶片收容腔及上下貫穿的第一端子孔,所述絕緣基板設有電路板安裝面及上下貫穿的第二端子孔,每一所述導電端子包括彼此獨立的第一端子和第二端子,所述第一端子包括向上延伸入所述晶片收容腔的第一彈性接觸臂以及向下延伸的第一連接部,所述第二端子包括向上延伸的第二連接部以及向下延伸至電路板安裝面的第二彈性接觸臂,所述第一端子自上向下插入而固定在第一端子孔,所述第二端子自下向上插入而固定在第二端子孔,所述第一、第二連接部彼此連接。
與先前技術相比,本發明之電連接器的第一、第二端子孔無需設置為可容納第一、第二彈性接觸臂的大小,可在保證導電端子機械性能良好的同時有效減少導電端子的間距,符合如今電連接器端子數量以及傳輸速率高速成長的趨勢。

以下,將結合第一圖至第七圖介紹本發明的電連接器的實施方式。
如第一圖至第七圖所示,本發明提供了一種電連接器100,用於電性連接一晶片模組(未圖示)至一電路板(未圖示),所述電連接器100包括絕緣座體1、絕緣基板2以及複數導電端子3。絕緣座體1設有晶片收容腔10,所述絕緣座體1包括裸露的上表面12,所述上表面12的四個角落設有凸伸的擋牆13,所述擋牆13圍設形成所述晶片收容腔10,所述晶片模組安裝於所述晶片收容腔10,所述絕緣基板2設有電路板安裝面20,在本實施例中,所述電路板安裝面20即為所述絕緣基板2的下表面,每一所述導電端子3包括彼此獨立的第一端子31和第二端子32,所述第一端子31包括向上延伸入所述晶片收容腔10的彈性接觸臂311以及向下延伸的第一連接部312,所述第二端子32包括向上延伸的第二連接部322以及向下延伸至電路板安裝面20的接腳321,所述絕緣座體1與絕緣基板2彼此上下堆疊,所述絕緣座體1固定在所述絕緣基板2的上方,且所述第一、第二連接部312、322彼此連接而形成一完整的所述導電端子3。所述電連接器100還包括複數設置於所述絕緣基板2和所述絕緣座體1之間的焊接材料4,第一、第二連接部312、322由一焊接材料4焊接固定在一起。
所述絕緣座體1設有呈矩陣排列的第一端子孔11,所述第一端子孔11上下貫穿,所述第一端子31包括豎直延伸的第一主體部310及自所述第一主體部310側向彎折延伸的第一固持部313,所述第一固持部313所在平面與所述第一主體部310所在平面之間具有一夾角,所述彈性接觸臂311自第一主體部310向上傾斜延伸,所述第一連接部312自所述第一主體部310向下延伸,所述第一端子31自所述晶片收容腔10向下插入第一端子孔11,所述第一固持部313固定於所述
第一端子孔11。當將所述第一端子31自上向下組裝至所述絕緣座體1時,所述彈性接觸臂311無需穿過所述第一端子孔11,因此第一端子孔11無需設置為可容納彈性接觸臂311的大小,可有效增加第一端子的排佈密度。
所述絕緣基板2設有呈矩陣排列的第二端子孔21,所述第二端子孔21上下貫穿所述絕緣基板2,所述第二端子32包括豎直延伸的第二主體部320及自所述第二主體部320側向彎折延伸的第二固持部323,所述第二固持部323所在平面與所述第二主體部320所在平面之間具有一夾角,所述第二連接部322自所述第二主體部320向上延伸,所述接腳321自所述第二主體部320向下延伸,所述第二固持部323固定於所述第二端子孔21,在本實施例中,所述接腳321自第二主體部320傾斜向下延伸而具有一定的彈性,因此定義所述接腳321為第二彈性接觸臂;所述第二端子32自所述電路板安裝面20向上插入第二端子孔21,所述第一、第二端子31、32一一對應地連接在一起,當將所述第二端子32自下往上組裝至所述絕緣基板2時,所述第二彈性接觸臂無需穿過所述第二端子孔21,因此第二端子孔21無需設置為可容納第二彈性接觸臂的大小,可有效增加第二端子的排佈密度,以滿足如今電連接器端子數量日益增加的需求。
參閱第四圖至第六圖,所述第一端子孔11包括相互貫通的第一收容孔111和第一固持槽112,所述第一收容孔111用於容置所述第一主體部310及第一連接部312,所述第一固持槽112用於容置所述第一固持部313,所述彈性接觸臂311在所述絕緣座體1上的投影超出所述第一端子孔11的範圍。所述第二端子孔21包括相互貫通的第二收容孔211和第二固持槽212,所述第二收容孔211用於容置所述第二主體部320及第二連接部322,所述第二固持槽212用於容置所述第二固持部323,所述接腳321在所述絕緣基板2上的投影超出所述第二端子孔21的範圍。因此,相比於背景技術中的導電端子,本發明所揭示的所述彈性接觸臂311以及接腳321可設置為更長或更高等有利於提升端子機械性能的形態,進
而可實現導電端子3具有良好的機械彈性的同時有效的減少了相鄰導電端子3的間距,符合如今電連接器端子數量以及傳輸速率高速成長的趨勢。
結合第五圖與第六圖可知,所述第一端子孔11排成複數排,相鄰的兩排第一端子孔11錯開排列,在相鄰的三個第一端子31中,其中一個第一端子31的彈性接觸臂311延伸至剩餘的兩個第一端子31之間。所述第二端子孔21排成複數排,相鄰的兩排第二端子孔21錯開排列,在相鄰的三個第二端子32中,其中一個第二端子32的接腳321延伸至剩餘的兩個第二端子32之間。
參閱第三圖至第七圖,在本實施例中,所述彈性接觸臂311與所述接腳321對稱設置,所述彈性接觸臂311包括自所述第一主體部310傾斜向上延伸的第一傾斜部3111,自所述第一傾斜部3111向上凸伸的第一接觸部3112,所述接腳321包括自所述第二主體部320傾斜向下延伸的第二傾斜部3211,自所述第二傾斜部3211向下凸伸的第二接觸部3212,當所述晶片模組壓接所述導電端子3時,所述彈性接觸臂311與所述接腳321因受力而發生彈性形變,可為電連接器100與晶片模組及電路板提供穩定接觸。所述第一連接部312包括自所述第一主體部310彎折至水平延伸的第一焊接平臺3121,所述第二連接部322包括自所述第二主體部320彎折至水平延伸的第二焊接平臺3221,所述第一、第二焊接平臺3121、3221上下對齊設置且通過所述焊接材料4電性相連。所述焊接材料4設置為錫球。
本發明之電連接器100通過設置上下分體式的導電端子3來實現第一、第二端子孔11、21無需設置為可容納彈性接觸臂311以及接腳321穿過的大小,因此第一、第二端子孔所占面積可設置得盡可能小,能夠有效增加導電端子的排佈密度,有利於滿足如今電連接器端子數量日益增加的需求;與此同時,由於不受端子孔大小的限制,所述彈性接觸臂311以及接腳321可設置為更長或更高等有利於提升端子機械性能的形態,進而可實現導電端子3具有良好的機械
彈性的同時還能有效減少相鄰導電端子3的間距,符合如今電連接器端子數量以及傳輸速率高速成長的趨勢。

- 一種電連接器,用於電性連接一晶片模組至一電路板,其中,所述電連接器包括:絕緣座體,係設有晶片收容腔;絕緣基板,係設有電路板安裝面,所述絕緣座體固定在所述絕緣基板的上方;及複數導電端子,每一所述導電端子包括彼此獨立的第一端子和第二端子,所述第一端子包括向上延伸入所述晶片收容腔的彈性接觸臂以及向下延伸的第一連接部,所述第二端子包括向上延伸的第二連接部以及向下延伸至電路板安裝面的接腳,所述第一、第二連接部彼此連接而形成一完整的所述導電端子,所述電連接器還包括複數焊接材料,所述第一、第二連接部由一所述焊接材料焊接在一起。
- 如請求項1所述之電連接器,其中所述絕緣座體設有呈矩陣排列的第一端子孔,所述第一端子包括豎直延伸的第一主體部及自所述第一主體部側向彎折延伸的第一固持部,所述彈性接觸臂自第一主體部向上傾斜延伸,所述第一連接部自所述第一主體部向下延伸,所述第一端子自所述晶片收容腔向下插入第一端子孔,所述第一固持部固定於所述第一端子孔。
- 如請求項2所述之電連接器,其中所述絕緣基板設有呈矩陣排列的第二端子孔,所述第二端子包括豎直延伸的第二主體部及自所述第二主體部側向彎折延伸的第二固持部,所述第二連接部自所述第二主體部向上延伸,所述接腳自所述第二主體部向下延伸,所述第二端子自所述電路板安裝面向上插入第二端子孔,所述第二固持部固定於所述第二端子孔。
- 如請求項2所述之電連接器,其中所述第一端子孔包括相互貫通的第一收容孔和第一固持槽,所述第一收容孔用於容置所述第一主體部及第一連接部,所述第一固持槽用於容置所述第一固持部,所述彈性接觸臂在所述絕緣座體上的投影超出所述第一端子孔的範圍。
- 如請求項4所述之電連接器,其中所述第一端子孔排成複數排,相鄰的兩排第一端子孔錯開排列,在相鄰的三個第一端子中,其中一個第一端子的彈性接觸臂延伸至剩餘的兩個第一端子之間。
- 如請求項3所述之電連接器,其中所述接腳自第二主體部傾斜向下延伸而具有一定的彈性;所述第二端子孔包括相互貫通的第二收容孔和第二固持槽,所述第二收容孔用於容置所述第二主體部及第二連接部,所述第二固持槽用於容置所述第二固持部,所述接腳在所述絕緣基板上的投影超出所述第二端子孔的範圍。
- 如請求項6所述之電連接器,其中所述第二端子孔排成複數排,相鄰的兩排第二端子孔錯開排列,在相鄰的三個第二端子中,其中一個第二端子的接腳延伸至剩餘的兩個第二端子之間。
- 一種電連接器,其中,所述電連接器包括:絕緣座體,係設有晶片收容腔及上下貫穿的第一端子孔;絕緣基板,係與所述絕緣座體彼此上下堆疊且設有電路板安裝面及上下貫穿的第二端子孔;以及複數導電端子,每一所述導電端子包括彼此獨立的第一端子和第二端子,所述第一端子包括向上延伸入所述晶片收容腔的第一彈性接觸臂以及向下延伸的第一連接部,所述第二端子包括向上延伸的第二連接部以及向下延伸至電路板安裝面的第二彈性接觸臂,所述第 一端子自上向下插入而固定在第一端子孔,所述第二端子自下向上插入而固定在第二端子孔,所述第一、第二連接部彼此連接,每一導電端子的第一、第二連接部由焊接材料固定在一起。
