The bottom edge of the back pack is fixedly connected to the top edge of the waist belt, and one end of the two shoulder straps is connected to the two ends of the top edge of the back pack, and the other end is connected to the two sides of the carrier. When the carrier is worn on the caregiver, the waist belt is wrapped around the wearer's waist, the two shoulder straps are hung on the caregiver's shoulders, and a space for the baby to sit is formed between the back pack and the caregiver's body (front chest or back). The weight of the baby is transferred to the wearer's hips with the help of the waist belt, and is distributed to the wearer's shoulders with the help of the two shoulder straps. In order to adapt to the riding needs of babies at different growth stages, parents may need to purchase baby carriers of different specifications as the baby grows.

Spatially relative terms such as "below," "beneath," "above," and "above" are used herein for ease of description, particularly to describe the positional relationship of one feature or element to another feature or element as illustrated in the figures. It should be understood that these spatially relative terms are intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use or operation, in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. For example, if the device in the figures is inverted, a feature or element described herein as "below" another feature or element would be oriented "above" the other feature or element. Thus, the exemplary term "below" can encompass both above and below orientations. The device may also be oriented differently (rotated 90 degrees or in other orientations), and the spatially relative terms used herein should be interpreted accordingly. Similarly, unless specifically stated otherwise, the terms "upward," "downward," "vertical," and "horizontal" are used herein for illustrative purposes only.

Although the terms "first" and "second" may be used herein to describe various features or elements, these features or elements should not be limited by these terms unless specifically stated otherwise. These terms may be used to distinguish one feature or element from another. Thus, a first feature or element discussed below could be termed a second feature or element, and similarly, a second feature or element discussed below could be termed a first feature or element without departing from the scope of the present invention.

First implementation method

A first embodiment of the present invention provides a baby carrier comprising a carrier piece and a waist belt. The bottom of the carrier piece is selectively connected to the waist belt, enabling the baby carrier to have at least two operating states. The baby carrier according to the first aspect of the present invention will be described in detail below using several examples.

First embodiment

Referring to Figures 1 and 2 , there are shown front and rear views of a baby carrier 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention when worn by a caregiver (illustrated by a prosthesis 9 ). The baby carrier 100 includes a back bag 1, a waist belt 2, and two shoulder straps 3.

Referring to FIG1 , the back pack sheet 1 is sheet-shaped and generally made of fabric. The back pack sheet 1 has an outer surface 11 and an inner surface 12 (see FIG4 ). The outer surface 11 is the surface of the back pack sheet 1 facing away from the prosthesis 9, and the inner surface 12 is the surface of the back pack sheet 1 facing the prosthesis 9. In some embodiments, the back pack sheet 1 can be made of a single layer of fabric, with the outer surface 11 and the inner surface 12 being two opposing surfaces of the single layer of fabric. In other embodiments, the back pack sheet 1 can include at least two layers of fabric, with the outer surface 11 and the inner surface 12 being made of different fabrics, to ensure both the durability of the back pack sheet 1 and the softness and comfort of the area where the back pack sheet 1 contacts the baby. In some embodiments, a lining may be provided between the outer surface 11 and the inner surface 12. The lining may be made of, for example, a sponge material, and may provide a cushioning effect.

Referring to Figure 1, the backpack piece 1 has a top portion 1a and a bottom portion 1b that are opposite to each other. The top portion 1a has a top edge 101, which corresponds to the baby's head. For smaller babies, when the backpack piece 1 is located on the caregiver's chest, the baby is suitable for riding in the backpack piece 1 facing the caregiver (backward), and the top edge 101 may be close to the back of the baby's head. For older toddlers, when the backpack piece 1 is located on the caregiver's chest, the toddler is suitable for riding in the backpack piece 1 facing away from the caregiver (forward), and the top edge 101 may be located below the toddler's armpits. The bottom portion 1b is used to connect to the waist belt 2 and to support the baby's buttocks.

It should be noted that, unless otherwise expressly specified or limited, directional terms such as "upper," "lower," "top," and "bottom" in the embodiments of the present invention refer to the orientation of the baby carrier 100 or the carrier sheet 1 in the unfolded state (as shown in Figures 3, 13, and 15, where the shoulder strap 3 is shown worn by a caregiver). Furthermore, directional terms such as "left," "right," "outer," and "inner" in the embodiments of the present invention refer to the orientation of the baby carrier 100 when worn by a caregiver as shown in Figures 1 and 2. "Left" and "right" correspond to the caregiver's "left" and "right," "outer" corresponds to the direction away from the caregiver, and "inner" corresponds to the direction facing the caregiver. These directional terms are used solely to clarify the description of the embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to unduly limit the scope of protection of the present invention.

Referring to Figures 1 and 2 , the waist belt 2 can be detachably or fixedly connected to the bottom portion 1b of the back pack 1. When in use, the waist belt 2 is wrapped around the caregiver's waist to distribute the infant's weight across the caregiver's hips. As is known in the art, the length of the waist belt 2 can be adjusted to suit the caregiver's waist size. The waist belt 2 can be equipped with a buckle 6 that connects the two ends of the waist belt 2 by engaging and locking the buckle 6 and separates the two ends by releasing and disengaging the buckle 6, making it easier for the caregiver to don and doff the waist belt 2. Referring to Figure 3 , in some embodiments, the buckle 6 can include a male buckle 61 and a female buckle 62. The male buckle 61 is adjustably positioned at one end of the waist belt 2, while the female buckle 62 is positioned at the other end. The male and female buckles 61 and 62 are detachably connected. In alternative embodiments, the buckle 6 may also have other implementations.

Referring to Figures 1-3 , the first ends of the two shoulder straps 3 are spaced apart and connected to the left and right ends of the top edge 101 of the back pack piece 1. The second ends of the shoulder straps 3 are passed upward over the caregiver's shoulders and then extend downward to be removably connected to the left and right sides of the back pack piece 1 via buckles 5. In some embodiments, two connecting ears 13 extending diagonally upward are provided on each side of the back pack piece 1, and the two shoulder straps 3 are removably connected to the two connecting ears 13 via buckles 5. In some embodiments, the fastener 5 includes a matching first or male fastener 51 and a second or female fastener 52. For example, the second ends of the two shoulder straps 3 are each provided with a male fastener 51, and the outer sides of the two connecting ears 13 are each provided with a female fastener 52. The corresponding shoulder straps 3 and connecting ears 13 are detachably connected via the male and female fasteners 51 and 52. Positioning the female fasteners 52 on the outer sides of the connecting ears 13 prevents the fastener 5 from directly contacting the infant. Furthermore, the connecting ears 13 extend upward at an angle, aligned with the direction of force applied to the shoulder straps 3, which also helps ensure a snug fit between the carrier piece 1 and the infant.

Referring to Figure 2 , in some embodiments, each shoulder strap 3 is crossed behind the caregiver's back and then connected to the connecting lugs 13 on opposite sides via a buckle 5. In some alternative embodiments, the two shoulder straps 3 may not cross behind the caregiver's back but may be directly connected to the connecting lugs 13 on the same side via a buckle 5.

Referring to Figures 1, 3, and 4, the bottom 1b of the backsack panel 1 is selectively connected to the waist belt 2 to adjust the ride height provided by the backsack panel 1 for the infant. It will be appreciated that when a baby is seated in the baby carrier 100, the backsack panel 1 supports the baby under the force of the baby's weight, with the bottom 1b of the backsack panel 1 forming a support base that supports the baby's hips. The ride height can be determined, for example, by referring to the height of the support base's lowest point relative to the waist belt 2 (e.g., the top edge 201 of the waist belt 2). When the baby carrier 100 is used for a smaller baby, the backsack panel 1 provides an appropriate ride height, allowing the baby's head to rest against the caregiver's chest, providing the baby with a sense of security and comfort. When the baby carrier 100 is used for an older child, the carrier section 1 provides the child with an appropriate riding height, preventing the child's head from being too close to the caregiver's head.

30。 Referring to Figure 5 , in some embodiments, the inner side 32 of each shoulder strap 3 is provided with an opening 30, which houses a foldable lining 301. The lining 301 allows the opening 30 to be opened, thereby increasing the usable width W of each shoulder strap 3 (see Figure 4 ). In some alternative embodiments, the opening 30 may be provided on the outer side 31 of each shoulder strap 3. Alternatively, both the inner side 32 and the outer side 31 of each shoulder strap 3 may be provided with an opening 30.

Referring to Figures 3 and 4 , in some embodiments, the back pack section 1 is detachably connected to the waist belt 2. A first connector 411 is provided on the outer side 11 of the bottom portion 1b of the back pack section 1, and a first connector 412 is provided on the inner side 12 of the bottom portion 1b of the back pack section 1. A second connector 42 is provided on the inner side 22 of the waist belt 2. The second connector 42 selectively connects to the first connector 411 on the outer side 11 of the back pack section 1 or the first connector 412 on the inner side 12 of the back pack section 1, thereby adjusting the ride height provided by the back pack section 1. Methods for adjusting the ride height provided by the back pack section 1 are described below.

Refer to Figures 6 to 8, which illustrate the structure of the baby carrier 100 in a first operating state. In this first operating state, the outer surface 11 of the bottom 1b of the back pack piece 1 faces the inner surface 22 of the waist belt 2. The bottom 1b of the back pack piece 1 is detachably connected to the second connecting piece 42 of the waist belt 2 via a first connecting piece 411. Referring to Figure 6, in this first operating state, the bottom 1b of the back pack piece 1 is connected to the waist belt 2 in an unfolded state.

See Figures 9 to 11 for illustrations of the baby carrier 100 in its second operating position. In this second operating position, the bottom portion 1b of the back pack piece 1 is wrapped around the outside of the waist belt 2 and then folded upward, allowing the first connector 412 on the inner side 12 of the back pack piece 1 to detachably connect with the second connector 42 of the waist belt 2. Referring to Figure 11, in this second operating position, the bottom portion 1b of the back pack piece 1 is folded and connected to the waist belt 2.

Regarding the baby carrier 100 provided in the above embodiment, as shown in FIG7 , when the baby carrier 100 is in the first operating position and the waist belt 2 is wrapped around the caregiver's waist, the bottom 1b of the back pocket piece 1 extends from the top edge 201 of the waist belt 2 to form a bottom support. Thus, in the first operating position, the baby carrier 100 provides a relatively high seating position, suitable for infants. Referring to FIG10 , when the baby carrier 100 is in the second operating position and the waist belt 2 is wrapped around the caregiver's waist, the bottom 1b of the back pocket piece 1 extends from the bottom edge 202 of the waist belt 2 to form a bottom support, because the outer side 21 of the waist belt 2 is not connected to the inner side 12 of the back pocket piece 1 via a connector. Thus, in the second operating state, the baby carrier 100 provides a lower seating position suitable for infants. This not only improves the adaptability of the baby carrier 100 to infants at different growth stages, but also helps reduce the financial burden of purchasing the baby carrier 100 for parents.

Referring to Figures 3 and 4 , in some embodiments, the first connectors 411 and 412 and the second connector 42 may be made of matching Velcro. For example, the first connectors 411 and 412 may have the fleece side of the Velcro, while the second connector 42 may have the hook side. As described above, the second connector 42 is selectively bonded to either the first connector 411 or the first connector 412, thereby connecting the bottom 1b of the back bag panel 1 to the waistband 2.

Referring to Figures 3 and 4 , the first connectors 411 and 412 extend, for example, in the left-right (lateral) direction on the inner and outer sides of the bottom 1b of the back bag sheet 1 and have sufficient width. The first connectors 411 and 412 are, for example, identical in size and overlap in position on the back bag sheet 1. In some alternative embodiments, the first connectors 411 and 412 may be the hook surface of Velcro, and the second connector 42 may be the fleece surface of Velcro.

In addition, in some alternative embodiments not shown, the first connectors 411, 412 and the second connector 42 may also have other implementations. For example, the first connectors 411, 412 and the second connector 42 may be components of a button connection structure or a snap connection structure.

There are various ways to adjust the ride height provided by the carrier section 1 for an infant or young child. For example, in some embodiments (not shown), the second connector 42 is provided on the outer surface 21 of the waist belt 2, omitting the first connector 411 on the outer surface 11 of the carrier section 1 and retaining the first connector 412 on the inner surface 12 of the carrier section 1. In the first operating state, the first connector 412 on the inner surface 12 of the carrier section 1 is detachably connected to the second connector 42 on the outer surface 21 of the waist belt 2. This provides a higher ride height. Furthermore, to ensure the stability of the connection between the carrier section 1 and the waist belt 2 when the baby carrier 100 is in the first operating state, the carrier section 1 and the waist belt 2 may be connected via additional connectors (e.g., buttons, snaps, hooks, etc.). In the second operating state, the bottom 1b of the backpack panel 1 is wrapped around the bottom of the waist belt 2 on the outside, folded upward, then wrapped around the top of the waist belt 2 and folded downward, allowing the first connector 412 on the inner surface 12 of the backpack panel 1 to be detachably connected to the second connector 42 on the outer surface 21 of the waist belt 2. In this state, the backpack panel 1 provides a lower ride height.

In the above embodiment, the baby carrier 100 adapts to the seating needs of infants at different growth stages by adjusting the seating height provided by the carrier piece 1. In some alternative embodiments, the effective use length of the carrier piece 1 can also be adjusted to accommodate the seating needs of infants at different growth stages. This effective use length is, for example, the length from the separation point where the bottom 1b of the carrier piece 1 is free from contact with the caregiver's abdomen, relative to the top edge 101 of the carrier piece 1, when the waist belt 2 is wrapped around the caregiver's waist and the baby is seated in the baby carrier 100.

In some embodiments (not shown), the baby carrier 100 described above can be modified to adjust the effective length of the back pack section 1. For example, the outer surface 11 of the back pack section 1 has a first connector 411, and the inner surface 12 of the back pack section 1 has a first connector 412. The second connector 42 is provided on the outer surface 21 of the waist belt 2. The baby carrier 100 has a first operating state and a second operating state. In the first operating state, the first connector 412 on the inner surface 12 of the back pack section 1 is connected to the second connector 42 on the outer surface 21 of the waist belt 2. In this state, the bottom portion 1b of the back pack section 1 is in an unfolded state, and the back pack section 1 has a first effective length (approximately equal to the length between the top edge 201 of the waist belt 2 and the top edge 101 of the back pack section 1). Furthermore, to ensure the stability of the connection between the back pack section 1 and the waist belt 2 when the baby carrier 100 is in the first operating position, the back pack section 1 and the waist belt 2 may be connected via additional connectors (e.g., buttons, snaps, hooks, etc.). In the second operating position, the bottom portion 1b of the back pack section 1 is wrapped around the inside of the waist belt 2 and then folded forward and upward, connecting the first connector 411 on the outer side 11 of the back pack section 1 to the second connector 42 on the outer side 21 of the waist belt 2. At this point, the bottom portion 1b of the back pack section 1 is folded, and the back pack section 1 has a second effective length (approximately equal to the length between the top edge 201 of the waist belt 2 and the top edge 101 of the back pack section 1). The second effective length is shorter than the first effective length. The first effective length is suitable for older toddlers, while the second effective length is suitable for younger infants.

Second embodiment

Refer to Figure 12, which shows a baby carrier according to the second embodiment of the present invention. For the baby carrier of this embodiment, a different method from the first embodiment is adopted to adjust the effective use length of the back bag piece 1. Similar to the first embodiment, the back bag piece 1 is detachably connected to the waist belt 2. The difference is that at least two third connectors 43 are provided on the outer side surface 11 of the bottom 1b of the back bag piece 1 along the height direction H. A fourth connector 44 is provided on the inner side surface 22 of the waist belt 2 (not shown in Figure 12, see Figure 9). The fourth connector 44 is selectively detachably connected to one of the at least two third connectors 43. It can be understood that the higher the third connector 43 to which the fourth connector 44 is connected, the shorter the effective use length of the back bag piece 1. In the baby carrier 100 shown in Figure 12 , the height direction H aligns with the effective use length of the back bag section 1 . In some alternative embodiments, at least two third connectors 43 may be located on the inner side 12 of the back bag section 1 , and the fourth connector 44 may be located on the outer side 21 of the waist belt 2 . The implementation of the third connectors 43 and the fourth connector 44 can be found in the aforementioned description of the first connectors 411, 412, and the second connector 42 and will not be further described here.

Continuing with Figure 12 , in some embodiments, when the fourth connector 44 of the waist belt 2 is connected to the third connector 43, the back pack section 1 below the waist belt 2 can be folded upward and folded relative to the back pack section 1. In some embodiments, the back pack section 1 may also include a first retaining mechanism 15 for maintaining the back pack section 1 in the folded position, thereby enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the baby carrier 100.

Continuing with Figure 12 , in some embodiments, the first positioning mechanism 15 may include a first positioning member 151 and a second positioning member 152 that are detachably connected. The first positioning member 151 may be disposed on the outer surface 11 of the back bag panel 1, and the second positioning member 152 may be disposed on the outer surface 21 of the waistband 2. When the fourth connecting member 44 on the inner surface 22 of the waistband 2 is connected to the third connecting member 43 (not the bottom portion) on the outer surface 11 of the back bag panel 1, the bottom edge 102 of the back bag panel 1 can be folded upward over the bottom of the waistband 2, detachably connecting the first positioning member 151 and the second positioning member 152. The first positioning member 151 and the second positioning member 152 may be, for example, but not limited to, Velcro, snaps, magnetic elements, etc. In alternative embodiments, the first positioning mechanism 15 may also have other implementations.

Third embodiment

Refer to Figures 13 and 14 , which illustrate a baby carrier according to a third embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment employs a different method than the aforementioned embodiments to adjust the effective length of the back pack section 1. As in the aforementioned embodiments, the back pack section 1 is detachably connected to the waist belt 2. The bottom 1b of the back pack section 1 is provided with at least two transversely extending channels 130, arranged sequentially in the height direction H. The waist belt 2 selectively passes through one of the at least two channels 130. It will be appreciated that the higher the channel 130 the waist belt 2 is passed through, the shorter the effective length L of the back pack section 1 is.

In some embodiments, when the waist belt 2 is inserted into the non-bottom channel 130, the back pack section 1 below the waist belt 2 can be folded upward and folded relative to the back pack section 1. Referring to Figure 14 , the back pack section 1 may further include a first retaining mechanism 15 for maintaining the back pack section 1 in the folded state. The first retaining mechanism 15 may, for example, include a first retaining member 151 and a second retaining member 152 that are detachably connected. The first retaining member 151 and the second retaining member 152 are disposed, for example, spaced apart in the height direction on the inner side 12 of the back pack section 1. When the waist belt 2 is inserted into the non-bottom channel 130, the bottom edge 102 of the back pack section 1 is folded upward, detachably connecting the first retaining member 151 and the second retaining member 152. The first positioning member 151 and the second positioning member 152 may be, for example, but not limited to, Velcro, snaps, magnetic elements, etc. In alternative embodiments, the first positioning mechanism 15 may also have other implementations.

Fourth embodiment

Refer to Figures 15 to 17, which illustrate a baby carrier according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. For the baby carrier of this embodiment, a different method from the above-mentioned embodiment is adopted to adjust the effective use length of the back bag piece 1. Unlike the above-mentioned embodiment, the back bag piece 1 is fixedly connected to the waist belt 2. More specifically, the bottom edge 102 of the back bag piece 1 is connected to the top edge 201 of the waist belt 2. The baby carrier 100 has a third working state and a fourth working state. In the third working state, the back bag piece 1 and the waist belt 2 are in an unfolded state, and the back bag piece 1 has a first effective use length L1. In the fourth working state, the bottom edge 202 of the waist belt 2 is folded upward and detachably connected to the back bag piece 1, and the back bag piece 1 has a second effective use length L2. The first effective use length L1 is greater than the second effective use length L2. The baby carrier 100 in the third working state is suitable for older infants, and the baby carrier 100 in the fourth working state is suitable for younger infants.

Referring to Figures 16 and 17 , in some embodiments, in the fourth operating position, the bottom edge 202 of the waist belt 2 is detachably connected to the carrier piece 1 via a second positioning mechanism 16 . The second positioning mechanism 16 is used to maintain the baby carrier 100 in the fourth operating position, ensuring that the carrier piece 1 provides safe and stable support for the baby.

The second retaining mechanism 16 can be implemented in a variety of ways. Referring to Figures 16 and 17 , in some embodiments, the second retaining mechanism 16 may include a first zipper 161, a second zipper 162, and a zipper head 163. The first zipper 161 may be located on the inner side 12 of the back pack panel 1, and the second zipper 162 may be located at the bottom edge 202 of the waistband 2. The first zipper 161 and the second zipper 162 are detachably connected via the zipper head 163. The distance L3 between the first zipper 161 and the bottom edge 102 of the back pack panel 1 (also the top edge 201 of the waistband 2) is no less than the distance L4 between the top edge 201 and the bottom edge 202 of the waistband 2. Furthermore, a canopy 164 is provided on the back pack piece 1 to shield the first zipper 161. The canopy 164 prevents discomfort caused by direct contact between the zipper structure and the infant. Furthermore, in some alternative embodiments, the first zipper 161 may be located on the outer side 11 of the back pack piece 1. Furthermore, in some alternative embodiments, the second positioning mechanism 16 may be implemented in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, cooperating Velcro, snaps, or magnetic elements.

The first aspect of the present invention provides a baby carrier 100 comprising a carrier sheet 1 and a waist belt 2. The bottom of the carrier sheet 1 is selectively connected to the waist belt 2 to adjust the ride height provided by the carrier sheet 1 and/or the effective length of the carrier sheet 1. Thus, the baby carrier 100 can adapt to the riding needs of infants and young children at different stages of growth.

Fifth embodiment

Referring to Figures 18 to 23 , the structure of a baby carrier 100 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. Similar to the first to fourth embodiments described above, the baby carrier 100 includes a back bag 1, a waist belt 2, and two shoulder straps 3.

18 and 19 , the back bag sheet 1 is, for example, in the form of a sheet and includes two opposing surfaces, namely an outer surface 11 and an inner surface 12. When the baby carrier 100 is worn by a caregiver, the outer surface 11 generally faces away from the caregiver, and the inner surface 12 generally faces the caregiver. The back bag sheet 1 is generally made of fabric, but the material of the back bag sheet 1 is not limited to fabric. In some embodiments, the back bag sheet 1 can be made of a single layer of fabric, with the outer surface 11 and the inner surface 12 being two opposing surfaces of the single layer of fabric. In other embodiments, the back bag sheet 1 can include one or more layers of fabric. In this embodiment, two layers of fabric are used as an example for explanation. The fabric layer of the outer surface 11 and the fabric layer of the inner surface 12 can be made of the same or different materials, meeting different requirements, such as ensuring the durability of the carrier sheet 1 and the softness and comfort of the area where the carrier sheet 1 contacts the baby. In some embodiments, a lining can be added between the outer surface 11 and the inner surface 12. The lining can be made of, for example, a more common resin sponge material, or a softer filling such as sponge. The lining can provide a cushioning effect.

Referring to Figure 18 , the carrier piece 1 has a top portion 1a and a bottom portion 1b that are opposed to each other. The top portion 1a has a top edge 101, which corresponds to the baby's head. For smaller babies, when the carrier piece 1 is positioned on the baby's back, the baby is suited to riding in the carrier piece 1 facing the caregiver (rearward facing), and the top edge 101 may be close to the back of the baby's head. For older children, when the carrier piece 1 is positioned on the baby's chest, the baby is suited to riding in the carrier piece 1 facing away from the caregiver (forward facing), and the top edge 101 may be located below the baby's armpits. The bottom portion 1b is connected to the waist belt 2 and is used to support the baby's hips.

Figures 20 to 23 illustrate the main views and corresponding partial cross-sectional views of the baby carrier 100 in different operating states. The waist belt 2 is selectively connected to the back bag 1 to provide the baby carrier 100 with different operating states. In different operating states, the baby carrier 100 has different shapes, thereby being able to adapt to the riding needs of infants at different stages. When in use, the waist belt 2 is in the shape of a closed ring and is wrapped around the caregiver's waist to distribute the weight of the infant to the caregiver's waist. According to relevant technologies, the length of the waist belt 2 can be adjusted to suit the caregiver's waist size. In some embodiments, the waist belt 2 can be equipped with a buckle 6, which can be snapped or released to facilitate the caregiver's wearing and removing the waist belt 2. Referring to Figure 20 , in some embodiments, the buckle 6 may include a male buckle 61 and a female buckle 62. The male buckle 61 is adjustably mounted on one end of the belt 2, and the female buckle 62 is mounted on the other end of the belt 2. The male buckle 61 and the female buckle 62 are detachably connected. In some alternative embodiments, the buckle 6 may have other embodiments. Furthermore, in some alternative embodiments, the length of the belt 2 may be adjusted in other ways, for example, by using a Japanese buckle or a mesh buckle in conjunction with the webbing.

Referring to Figure 20 , the first ends of the two shoulder straps 3 are spaced apart and connected to the left and right ends of the top edge 101 of the back pack piece 1. The second ends of the shoulder straps 3 are passed upward over the caregiver's shoulders and then extend downward and forward to be removably connected to the left and right sides of the back pack piece 1 via buckles 5. In some embodiments, two connecting ears 13 extending diagonally upward are provided on each side of the back pack piece 1. The shoulder straps 3 are removably connected to the two connecting ears 13 via buckles 5.

As shown in Figure 20, in some embodiments, the fastener 5 includes, for example, matching male and female buckles 51 and 52. For example, the second ends of the two shoulder straps 3 are each provided with a male buckle 51, and the outer sides of the two connecting ears 13 are each provided with a female buckle 52. The corresponding shoulder straps 3 and connecting ears 13 are detachably connected via the male and female buckles 51 and 52. By arranging the female buckles 52 on the outer sides of the connecting ears 13, the fastener 5 is prevented from directly contacting the infant. Furthermore, each connecting ear 13 extends upward at an angle, receiving force along the extension direction of the shoulder strap 3, which also helps to ensure a tight fit between the back bag 1 and the infant. In some embodiments, each shoulder strap 3 is connected to the connecting ear 13 on the opposite side of the caregiver's back after crossing it. In some alternative embodiments, the two shoulder straps 3 may not cross over the caregiver's back but may be directly connected to the connecting ears 13 on the same side via the buckle 5.

Referring to Figures 20 and 22 , in some embodiments, the carrier sheet 1 includes a main body portion 10a and a first tube portion 131 located at the bottom of the main body portion 10a. The waist belt 2 is adapted to pass through the first tube portion 131. Referring to Figure 20 , the first tube portion 131 can be unfolded relative to the main body portion 10a of the carrier sheet 1, corresponding to the first operating position of the baby carrier 100. As will be described below, the baby carrier 100 in the first operating position is suitable for larger children. Referring to Figure 22 , the first tube portion 131 can be folded relative to the main body portion 10a of the carrier sheet 1, corresponding to the second operating position of the baby carrier 100. As will be described below, the baby carrier 100 in the second operating position is suitable for smaller children.

Referring to Figures 18 and 19 , in some embodiments, a second prompting portion 72 is provided on an outer surface 1311 of the first duct portion 131 (the outer surface 1311 is part of the outer surface 11). The second prompting portion 72 is, for example, located near the top edge 1301 of the first duct portion 131. A third prompting portion 73 is provided on an inner surface 1312 of the first duct portion 131 (the inner surface 1312 is part of the inner surface 12). The third prompting portion 73 is, for example, located near the bottom edge of the first duct portion 131, i.e., the bottom edge 102 of the back bag section 1. The second prompting portion 72 and the third prompting portion 73 are spaced apart from each other in the height direction H of the back bag section 1. Referring to Figures 20 and 22 , the waist belt 2 is provided with a first indicator portion 71 on its outer side 21, located near the top edge 201 of the waist belt 2. The correspondence between the first indicator portion 71 and the second indicator portion 72 or the third indicator portion 73 indicates the operating state of the baby carrier 100, thereby helping the caregiver quickly adjust the baby carrier 100 to the appropriate operating state based on the infant's body shape. It should be noted that during normal use, the waist belt 2 generally has a defined outer side 21 and inner side 22. For example, in some embodiments, the side of the waist belt 2 connected to the female buckle 62 via the webbing is the outer side 21, while the other side of the waist belt 2 is the inner side 22. In this way, when the male buckle 61 and the female buckle 62 are engaged, the belt 2 in normal use has a portion that is sandwiched between the buckle 6 and the caregiver's body, which can prevent the buckle 6 from directly contacting the caregiver.

Referring to Figures 20 and 21 , when the baby carrier 100 is worn by a caregiver in the first operating position, the first tube 131 is unfolded relative to the main portion 10a of the carrier sheet 1. The waist belt 2 passes through the first tube 131, and the first indicator portion 71 on the outer side 21 of the waist belt 2 faces the second indicator portion 72 on the outer side 1311 of the first tube 131. Because the main portion 10a of the carrier sheet 1 is not clamped between the waist belt 2 and the caregiver, the carrier sheet 1 has a longer effective use length L5. This effective use length L5 is compatible with the body size of older children, making the baby carrier 100 suitable for older children.

Referring to Figures 22 and 23, when the baby carrier 100 is worn by a caregiver in the second operating position, the first tube portion 131 is folded relative to the main portion 10a of the back pack member 1, with the outer surface 1311 of the first tube portion 131 facing the caregiver and the inner surface 1312 facing away from the caregiver. The waist belt 2 passes through the first tube portion 131, with the first indication portion 71 on the outer surface 21 of the waist belt 2 facing the third indication portion 73 on the inner surface 1312 of the first tube portion 131. Because the main portion 10a of the back pack member 1 includes a portion sandwiched between the waist belt 2 and the caregiver (i.e., the first tube portion 131 presses against the main portion 10a), the back pack member 1 has a shorter effective use length L6. This effective length L6 matches the body size of smaller infants, increasing the infant's seating height without creating a potential suffocation risk. The baby carrier 100 is now suitable for smaller infants.

The first prompt portion 71, the second prompt portion 72, and the third prompt portion 73 may be, for example, but not limited to, patterns, text, color blocks, or any combination thereof, as long as they help the caregiver quickly determine the operating status of the baby carrier 100 by comparing the first prompt portion 71 with the second prompt portion 72 or the third prompt portion 73. In some embodiments, the first prompt portion 71 may be an arrow pattern, the second prompt portion 72 may be a color block (e.g., white), and the third prompt portion 73 may be a color block (e.g., purple). In some alternative embodiments, the first prompt portion 71 may be an arrow pattern, and the second and third prompt portions 72 and 73 may be text, such as "large" and "small."

It should be noted that the effective use length of the back pack piece 1 is, for example, the length between the separation point where the bottom 1b of the back pack piece 1 is no longer in contact with the caregiver's abdomen and the top edge 101 of the back pack piece 1, when the waist belt 2 is wrapped around the caregiver's waist and the infant is seated in the baby carrier 100. In the first operating state shown in FIG20 and the second operating state shown in FIG22 , the separation point where the bottom 1b of the back pack piece 1 is no longer in contact with the caregiver's abdomen is near the top edge 201 of the waist belt 2. Although the carrier piece 1 shown in Figures 20 and 22 is a flat surface, it is understood that when a baby is seated in the baby carrier 100, the carrier piece 1 forms a hood under the baby's weight, enclosing the baby. The bottom 1b of the carrier piece 1 begins to bend after separating from the caregiver's abdomen, forming a bottom that cradles the baby's buttocks.

S1。 Referring to Figures 20 and 22 , the width of the main portion 10a of the back pack piece 1 can be non-uniform. This allows the effective width of the bottom portion 1b of the back pack piece 1 to be different when the baby carrier 100 is in the first and second operating positions, thereby better adapting to the baby's body shape. The effective width of the bottom portion 1b of the back pack piece 1 can be determined, for example, by the distance in the left-right direction S where the bottom portion 1b of the back pack piece 1 is separated from the baby's abdomen when the waist belt 2 is wrapped around the baby's waist and the baby is seated in the baby carrier 100. It can be understood that the effective width of the bottom portion 1b of the back pack piece 1 corresponds to the distance the back pack piece 1 separates the baby's legs. In the first operating state shown in FIG20 , the back bag sheet 1 has an effective width S1. In the second operating state shown in FIG22 , the back bag sheet 1 has an effective width S2. The effective width S2 is smaller than the effective width S1.

The first tube 131 and the waist belt 2 are detachably connected via a positioning mechanism 17. This positioning mechanism 17 defines the relative position of the first tube 131 and the waist belt 2, preventing relative sliding between the waist belt 2 and the first tube 131, which could hinder the visual inspection of the corresponding relationship between the first indicator portion 71 and the second indicator portion 72 or the third indicator portion 73.

Referring to Figures 21 and 23 , in some embodiments, the positioning mechanism 17 includes, for example, snap buttons 171 and 173 mounted on the first tube portion 131 and facing each other, and a snap button 172 mounted on the waist belt 2. Referring to Figure 21 , when the baby carrier 100 is in the first operating state, snap button 172 can engage with snap button 171. Referring to Figure 23 , when the baby carrier 100 is in the second operating state, snap button 172 can engage with snap button 173. Of course, the embodiments of the positioning mechanism 17 are not limited to the above examples. For example, the positioning mechanism 17 can include a magnetic buckle mounted on the first tube portion 131 and the waist belt 2, or a buttonhole provided on the first tube portion 131 and a button mounted on the waist belt 2.

It should be noted that, although in the above embodiment, the second prompt portion 72 is located near the top edge 1301 of the first conduit portion 131, the third prompt portion 73 is located near the bottom edge of the first conduit portion 131, and the first prompt portion 71 is located near the top edge 201 of the waistband 2, in actual applications, the positions of the first through third prompt portions 71, 73 are not limited to the above description. For example, in some alternative embodiments, the second prompt portion 72 is located near the bottom edge of the first conduit portion 131, the third prompt portion 73 is located near the top edge 1301 of the first conduit portion 131, and the first prompt portion 71 is located near the bottom edge 202 of the waistband 2. Furthermore, in some alternative embodiments, the first prompt portion 71 can be positioned at a suitable location on the inner surface 22 of the waist belt 2, the second prompt portion 72 can be located on the inner surface 1312 of the first duct portion 131, and the third prompt portion 73 can be located on the outer surface 1311 of the first duct portion 131. In this case, in a first operating state, the first duct portion 131 is unfolded relative to the main portion 10a of the back pack sheet 1, and the first prompt portion 71 faces the second prompt portion 72 located on the inner surface 1312 of the first duct portion 131. In a second operating state, the first duct portion 131 is folded relative to the main portion 10a of the back pack sheet 1, with the outer surface 1311 of the first duct portion 131 facing the caregiver, and the first prompt portion 71 faces the third prompt portion 73 located on the outer surface 1311 of the first duct portion 131.

Sixth embodiment

Figures 24 and 25 illustrate the front and rear views of a baby carrier 100 according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention. This baby carrier 100 is a variation of the fifth embodiment shown in Figures 18 to 23 . The primary difference between this embodiment and the fifth embodiment lies in the placement of the first through third protrusions 71, 73. Unless otherwise specified, the structure of the baby carrier 100 can be found in the description of the fifth embodiment. The following primarily describes the differences between this embodiment and the fifth embodiment.

Referring to Figure 24 , the first indicator portion 71 is disposed on the outer surface 1311 of the first duct portion 131, near the top edge 1301 of the first duct portion 131. The first indicator portion 71, for example, protrudes from the left edge of the first duct portion 131. The second indicator portion 72 is disposed on the outer surface 21 of the waistband 2, near the top edge 201 of the waistband 2. The third indicator portion 73 is disposed on the inner surface 22 of the waistband 2 (see Figure 2 ), near the bottom edge 202 of the waistband 2. The second indicator portion 72 and the third indicator portion 73 are spaced apart in the height direction of the waistband 2 (i.e., the height direction H of the back bag panel 1).

When the baby carrier 100 is in the first operating position, the first tube 131 is extended relative to the main portion 10a of the carrier sheet 1, and the waist belt 2 passes through the first tube 131. At this point, the first and second tips 71 and 72 align. When the baby carrier 100 is worn by a caregiver in the first operating position, the main portion 10a of the carrier sheet 1 is not clamped between the waist belt 2 and the caregiver, and the carrier sheet 1 has a longer effective use length L5. This effective use length L5 is compatible with the body size of older children, making the baby carrier 100 suitable for older children.

Referring to Figure 25 , when the baby carrier 100 is in the second operating position, the first tube 131 is folded relative to the main portion 10a of the back pack member 1, with the outer surface 1311 of the first tube 131 facing the caregiver and the inner surface 1312 facing away from the caregiver. The waist belt 2 passes through the first tube 131. At this point, the first and third tabs 71 and 73 align. When the baby carrier 100 is worn by a caregiver in the second operating position, the main portion 10a of the back pack member 1 has a portion sandwiched between the waist belt 2 and the caregiver (i.e., the first tube 131 presses against the main portion 10a), and the back pack member 1 has a shorter effective length L6. This effective length L6 matches the body shape of smaller babies, and the baby carrier 100 is now suitable for smaller babies.

Of course, the locations of the first, second, and third indicators 71, 72, and 73 on the first tube 131 and waist belt 2 are not limited to the examples above; any location can assist a caregiver in quickly determining the operating status of the baby carrier 100, thereby facilitating adjustments based on the needs of the infant. For example, in some alternative embodiments, the first indicator 71 can be located on the inner surface of the first tube 131, the second indicator 72 on the inner surface 22 of the waist belt 2, and the third indicator 73 on the outer surface 21 of the waist belt 2.

Seventh embodiment

Figures 26 to 28 illustrate exploded views and front views of a baby carrier 100 in different operating states according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention. The baby carrier 100 includes a back pack 1, a waist belt 2, and two shoulder straps 3. The structure of the various components of the baby carrier 100 and their connections can be found in the descriptions of the fifth and sixth embodiments above, unless otherwise specified. The following primarily describes the differences between the baby carrier 100 of this embodiment and those of the fifth and sixth embodiments.

Referring to Figure 26 , the bottom 1b of the backpack sheet 1 is provided with a second conduit portion 132. The second conduit portion 132 has the same function as the first conduit portion 131 in the fifth and sixth embodiments described above, and is also provided for the waist belt 2 to pass through. The second conduit portion 132 is provided with a first positioning member 1501 and two first adjustment members 1502. The first positioning member 1501 is located in the middle of the second conduit portion 132, and the two first adjustment members 1502 are located at either end of the second conduit portion 132. The waist belt 2 is provided with a second positioning member 251 and four second adjustment members 252. The second positioning member 251 is located in the middle of the four second adjustment members 252, and the four second adjustment members 252 are located in pairs at either end of the second conduit portion 132. The first positioning member 1501 is used to detachably connect to the second positioning member 251, and the two first adjusting members 1502 are used to selectively connect to the four second adjusting members 252.

Figure 27 shows a front view of the baby carrier 100 in its first operating state. Referring to Figures 26 and 27 , the waist belt 2 passes through the second tube portion 132, the first positioning member 1501 engages with the second positioning member 251, and the two first adjustment members 1502 respectively engage with the two outermost second adjustment members 252. At this point, the second tube portion 132 is fully extended, providing a relatively wide effective width for the bottom portion 1b of the carrier sheet 1. This effective width is approximately equal to the width S3 of the second tube portion 132. Figure 28 shows a front view of the baby carrier 100 in its second operating state. Unlike the first operating state, the two first adjustment members 1502 are now connected to the two innermost second adjustment members 252. At this point, the second duct portion 132 is contracted, providing the bottom portion 1b of the carrier sheet 1 with a narrower effective usable width. This effective usable width is approximately equal to the contracted width S4 of the second duct portion 132. Effective usable width S4 is smaller than effective usable width S3. It can be understood that when the baby carrier 100 is worn by a caregiver in the first operating position, the wider effective usable width S3 is suitable for larger infants. When the baby carrier 100 is worn by a caregiver in the second operating position, the narrower effective usable width S4 is suitable for smaller infants.

It should be noted that although the above embodiment uses one first positioning member 1501, two first adjusting members 1502, one second positioning member 251, and four second adjusting members 252 as examples for illustration, in actual applications, their numbers are not limited to the above examples. For example, in some alternative embodiments, the number of first positioning members 1501 and second positioning members 251 can be two or more, the number of first adjusting members 1502 located on the same side of the first positioning member 1501 can be two or more, and the number of second adjusting members 252 located on the same side of the second positioning member 251 can be three or more. It can be understood that by properly arranging the number and position of the first and second adjusting members 1502, 252, and selectively connecting the first and second adjusting members 1502, 252, the bottom portion 1b of the carrier sheet 1 can provide two or more effective widths. Accordingly, the baby carrier 100 has two or more operating states, thus better adapting to the needs of infants and young children of various body shapes.

Eighth embodiment

Figures 29 to 31 illustrate exploded views and front views of a baby carrier 100 in different operating states according to the eighth embodiment of the present invention. The baby carrier 100 includes a back pack 1, a waist belt 2, and two shoulder straps 3. Unless otherwise specified, the structure of the various components of the baby carrier 100 and the connections between them can be found in the descriptions of the fifth to seventh embodiments above. The following primarily describes the differences between the baby carrier 100 of this embodiment and the fifth to seventh embodiments.

Referring to Figure 29, the bottom 1b of the backpack piece 1 is not provided with a pipe portion for the waist belt 2 to pass through. Two first connectors 45 are provided on the left side of the backpack piece 1. The two first connectors 45 are arranged in sequence in the height direction H of the backpack piece 1. Two second connectors 46 are provided on the right side of the bottom 1b of the backpack piece 1. The two second connectors 46 are arranged in sequence in the height direction H of the backpack piece 1. The waist belt 2 is not a whole connecting belt, but includes a first part 2a and a second part 2b that are separated from each other. A third connector 47 is provided at one end of the first part 2a, and the third connector 47 is selectively connected to one of the two first connectors 45. A fourth connector 48 is provided at one end of the second part 2b, and the fourth connector 48 is selectively connected to one of the two second connectors 46. In some embodiments, the other end of the first portion 2a and the other end of the second portion 2b are detachably connected via a buckle 6. In some alternative embodiments, the belt 2 may include a single connecting strap connected between the third connecting member 47 and the fourth connecting member 48. This single connecting strap may be, for example, an elastic band or a webbing with an adjustable buckle (e.g., a Japanese buckle). Of course, the embodiment of the belt 2 is not limited to the above examples; the belt 2 may simply have separate third and fourth connecting members 47, 48.

Referring to Figure 30 , the third connector 47 is detachably connected to the lower of the two first connectors 45, and the fourth connector 48 is detachably connected to the lower of the two second connectors 46. The first connector 45 connected to the third connector 47 and the second connector 46 connected to the fourth connector 48 are substantially at the same height, corresponding to the first operating state of the baby carrier 100. When the baby carrier 100 is worn by a caregiver in the first operating state, the carrier piece 1 has a longer effective use length L5. This effective use length L5 matches the body size of older children, making the baby carrier 100 suitable for older children.

Referring to Figure 31 , the third connector 47 is detachably connected to the uppermost of the two first connectors 45, and the fourth connector 48 is detachably connected to the uppermost of the two second connectors 46. The first connector 45 connected to the third connector 47 and the second connector 46 connected to the fourth connector 48 are substantially at the same height, corresponding to the second operating state of the baby carrier 100. When the baby carrier 100 is worn by a caregiver in the second operating state, the carrier piece 1 has a shorter effective use length L6. This effective use length L6 matches the body size of smaller infants, making the baby carrier 100 suitable for smaller infants.

As can be seen in Figures 30 and 31 , the width (the distance in the left-right direction) between the first connector 45 and the second connector 46 at the same height is approximately equal to the effective width of the bottom portion 1b of the back bag sheet 1 at that location. In some embodiments, the width between the first connector 45 and the second connector 46 on the left and right sides of the back bag sheet 1 varies with height, thereby providing different effective widths for the bottom portion 1b of the back bag sheet 1. For example, the width S6 between the first connector 45 and the second connector 46 at the same height at the top is smaller than the width S5 between the first connector 45 and the second connector 46 at the same height at the bottom. Thus, when the baby carrier 100 is worn by a caregiver in the first operating position, the carrier piece 1 has a longer effective use length L5, while the bottom 1b of the carrier piece 1 has a wider effective use width S5, making it more suitable for larger infants. When the baby carrier 100 is worn by a caregiver in the second operating position, the carrier piece 1 has a shorter effective use length L6, while the bottom 1b of the carrier piece 1 has a narrower effective use width S6, making it more suitable for smaller infants.

Referring to Figure 29 , in some embodiments, the first connecting member 45 and the third connecting member 47 may be two chains that cooperate to form a zipper. The first connecting member 45, for example, extends along the height direction H of the back bag panel 1. The second connecting member 46 and the fourth connecting member 48 may be two chains that cooperate to form a zipper. The second connecting member 46, for example, extends along the height direction H of the back bag panel 1. Of course, the first through fourth connecting members are not limited to zippers; they can be detachably connected. For example, in some alternative embodiments, the first connecting member 45 and the third connecting member 47 may be snaps or Velcro that cooperate with each other, and the second connecting member 46 and the fourth connecting member 48 may be snaps or Velcro that cooperate with each other.

Referring to Figure 31 , in some embodiments, when the third and fourth connectors 47 and 48 of the waist belt 2 are connected to the non-bottom first and second connectors 45 and 46, the carrier piece 1 below the waist belt 2 can be folded upward and folded relative to the carrier piece 1. In some embodiments, the carrier piece 1 may also include a positioning mechanism 18 for maintaining the carrier piece 1 in the folded state, thereby enhancing the appearance of the baby carrier 100.

Continuing with Figure 31 , in some embodiments, the positioning mechanism 18 may include at least one positioning member 181 and at least one positioning member 182. When the third and fourth connecting members 47, 48 of the waist belt 2 are connected to the non-bottom first and second connecting members 45, 46, the bottom edge 102 of the back bag panel 1 can be folded upward, allowing the positioning members 181 and 182 to be removably connected. In some embodiments, positioning member 181 is located above positioning member 182 and between the upper first and second connecting members 45, 46, while positioning member 182 is located, for example, between the lower first and second connecting members 45, 46. Positioning members 181 and 182 may be, for example, but not limited to, Velcro, snaps, magnetic attachments, etc. Of course, in some alternative embodiments, the positioning mechanism 18 may also have other implementations.

It should be noted that while the above embodiment shows two first connectors 45 and two second connectors 46, in actual use, the number of first connectors 45 and second connectors 46 is not limited to two and can be three or more. The multiple first connectors 45 and the multiple second connectors 46 are arranged sequentially in the height direction H of the carrier sheet 1. The third connector 47 selectively connects to one of the multiple first connectors 45, and the fourth connector 48 selectively connects to one of the multiple second connectors 46. In this way, the baby carrier 100 has two or more operating states, better meeting the riding needs of infants and young children of various body shapes.

Ninth embodiment

Figures 32 to 36 illustrate the structure of a baby carrier 100 according to a ninth embodiment of the present invention. The baby carrier 100 includes a back pack 1, a waist belt 2, and two shoulder straps 3. The structures and connections between the various components of the baby carrier 100, unless otherwise specified, can be found in the descriptions of the fifth to eighth embodiments above. The following primarily describes the differences between the baby carrier 100 of this embodiment and the fifth to eighth embodiments.

Referring to Figures 32 and 33 , the bottom 1b of the carrier sheet 1 has two overlapping ducts: a third duct 133 and a fourth duct 134. In other words, the third duct 133 and the fourth duct 134 are located at the same height. In some embodiments, the third duct 133 is located outside the fourth duct 134, and the length S8 of the third duct 133 is greater than the length S7 of the fourth duct 134. The waist belt 2 is selectively inserted into the third duct 133 or the fourth duct 134 to adjust the baby carrier 100 to different operating positions.

Referring to Figure 34 , the waist belt 2 is threaded through the third tube 133. The third and fourth tubes 133 and 134 are extended relative to the main portion 10a of the carrier 1, corresponding to the first operating state of the baby carrier 100. When the baby carrier 100 is worn by a caregiver in the first operating state, the main portion 10a of the carrier 1 is not clamped between the waist belt 2 and the caregiver, and the carrier 1 has a longer effective length L5. Simultaneously, the effective width of the bottom 1b of the carrier 1 is approximately equal to the length S8 of the third tube 133. The baby carrier 100 is now suitable for older children.

Referring to Figure 35 , the waist belt 2 is threaded through the fourth tube 134, while the third and fourth tubes 133 and 134 are extended relative to the main portion 10a of the carrier 1. This corresponds to the second operating position of the baby carrier 100. When the baby carrier 100 is worn by a caregiver in the second operating position, the carrier 1 has a longer effective length L5, and the effective width of the bottom 1b of the carrier 1 is approximately equal to the length S7 of the fourth tube 134. The baby carrier 100 is now suitable for smaller infants.

Referring to Figure 36 , the waist belt 2 is threaded through the fourth tube 134. The third and fourth tubes 133 and 134 are folded relative to the main portion 10a of the carrier 1, with the outer surface 1331 of the third tube 133 (see Figure 33 , outer surface 1331 is part of outer surface 11) facing the caregiver, and the inner surface 1342 of the fourth tube 134 (see Figure 33 , inner surface 1342 is part of inner surface 12) facing away from the caregiver. This corresponds to the third operating position of the baby carrier 100. When the baby carrier 100 is worn by a caregiver in the third operating position, the main portion 10a of the carrier 1 has a portion sandwiched between the waist belt 2 and the caregiver, and the carrier 1 has a shorter effective length L7. At the same time, the effective width of the bottom 1b of the carrier sheet 1 is smaller than the length S8 of the third tube portion 133. The baby carrier 100 is now also suitable for smaller babies.

Referring to Figures 32 to 36 , the belt 2 and the duct through which it passes are detachably connected via a positioning mechanism 19. This positioning mechanism 19 is used to define the relative position of the belt 2 and the duct through which it passes, preventing the belt 2 from slipping relative to the duct and causing inconvenience during operation. In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 32 , the positioning mechanism 19 may include positioning members 191 mounted on the walls of each duct and positioning members 192 mounted on the belt 2, with positioning members 191 and 192 detachably engaged. In some embodiments, positioning members 191 and 192 may be, for example, but not limited to, snap fasteners, magnetic fasteners, or Velcro.

It should be noted that while the above embodiment illustrates two overlapping ducts (the third duct 133 and the fourth duct 134) on the bottom 1b of the back pack sheet 1, it is understood that in actual practice, the bottom 1b of the back pack sheet 1 may have three or more overlapping ducts, with the lengths of these ducts increasing or decreasing sequentially from the outer side 11 to the inner side 12 of the back pack sheet 1. The waist belt 2 is selectively inserted into one of the multiple ducts, enabling the baby carrier 100 to operate in a variety of configurations.

Tenth embodiment

Figures 37 and 38 illustrate the structure of a baby carrier 100 according to the tenth embodiment of the present invention. The baby carrier 100 includes a back pack 1, a waist belt 2, and two shoulder straps 3. The structures and connections between the various components of the baby carrier 100, unless otherwise specified, can be found in the descriptions of the fifth through ninth embodiments. The following primarily describes the differences between the baby carrier 100 of this embodiment and those of the fifth through ninth embodiments.

Referring to Figures 37 and 38 , the bottom 1b of the carrier sheet 1 is provided with at least two transversely extending channels 130. These channels 130 are arranged sequentially in the height direction H. The waist belt 2 selectively passes through one of the channels 130, enabling the baby carrier 100 to operate in different modes. It will be appreciated that the higher the channel 130 the waist belt 2 is passed through, the shorter the effective length L of the carrier sheet 1 becomes.

In some embodiments, when the waist belt 2 is inserted into a non-lowest channel 130, the portion of the back bag sheet 1 located below the waist belt 2 can be folded upward and folded relative to the back bag sheet 1 itself. Referring to Figure 38, the back bag sheet 1 may further include a positioning mechanism 15, which is used to maintain the back bag sheet 1 in a folded state. The positioning mechanism 15 may, for example, include a positioning member 151 and a positioning member 152 that are detachably connected. The positioning member 151 and the positioning member 152 are, for example, arranged on the inner side surface 12 of the back bag sheet 1 at intervals from each other in the height direction. When the waist belt 2 is inserted into a non-bottom channel 130, the bottom edge 102 of the back bag sheet 1 is folded upward, so that the positioning member 151 and the positioning member 152 are detachably connected. The positioning member 151 and the positioning member 152 are, for example, but not limited to, Velcro, snaps, magnetic adsorption members, etc. In alternative embodiments, the positioning mechanism 15 may also have other implementation methods.

Continuing with Figures 37 and 38 , the belt 2 is detachably connected to the channel 130 through which it passes, for example, via a positioning mechanism 15a. The positioning mechanism 15a is used to define the relative position of the belt 2 and the channel 130 through which it passes, preventing the belt 2 from sliding relative to the channel 130 and causing inconvenience in operation. In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 37 and 38 , the positioning mechanism 15a may include a positioning member 15a1 mounted on the wall of each channel 130, and a positioning member 15a2 mounted on the belt 2, wherein the positioning members 15a1 and 15a2 are detachably connected. In some embodiments, the positioning members 15a1 and 15a2 may be, for example, but not limited to, snaps, magnetic buckles, or Velcro that cooperate with each other. The positioning member 15a1 can be installed at any suitable position of the channel 130, including but not limited to the middle position and end position of the channel 130.

Eleventh Embodiment

Figures 39 to 43 illustrate the structure of a baby carrier 100 according to the eleventh embodiment of the present invention. The baby carrier 100 includes a back pouch 1, a waist belt 2, and two shoulder straps 3. Unless otherwise specified, the structures and connections between the various components of the baby carrier 100 can be found in the descriptions of the fifth through tenth embodiments above. The following primarily describes the differences between the baby carrier 100 of this embodiment and the fifth through tenth embodiments.

2。 Referring to the front view of the baby carrier 100 shown in Figure 39, each shoulder strap 3 is provided with a male buckle 51, and two female buckles 52 are provided on the left and right sides of the back pack section 1. The male buckles 51 are adapted to be detachably connected to the corresponding female buckles 52, allowing the shoulder straps 3 to form a closed loop. In some embodiments, the two female buckles 52 can be secured to the side edges of the main portion 10a of the back pack section 1 at appropriate heights, for example, using straps 521 or other suitable structures. The connecting ears 13 described above can be omitted from the sides of the back pack section 1. The bottom 1b of the main portion 10a of the back pack section 1 has a channel 135 through which the waist belt 2 is adapted to pass. In some embodiments, the waist belt 2 can be equipped with a buckle 6 that snaps or releases the buckle 6 to facilitate donning and doffing of the waist belt 2 by the caregiver.

When the baby carrier is worn by a caregiver in the position shown in Figure 39, the buckle 6 is fastened to encircle the waist belt 2 around the caregiver's waist, the male buckle 51 and the female buckle 52 are engaged to secure the shoulder strap 3 around the caregiver's shoulders, and the tubing 135 is unfolded relative to the main portion 10a of the carrier 1. The portion of the main portion 10a between the two female buckles 52 is fully unfolded. This corresponds to the first operating state of the baby carrier 100. At this time, because the main portion 10a of the carrier 1 is not clamped between the waist belt 2 and the caregiver, the carrier 1 has a longer effective use length L5 and a wider effective use width S9. The effective use width S9 is approximately equal to the distance between the two side edges of the carrier 1 at the two female buckles 52. The effective length L5 and effective width S9 match the body shape of older children, and the baby carrier 100 is suitable for older children.

Referring to the rear view of the baby carrier 100 shown in Figure 40 , a limiting member 13a is provided on the inner side 12 of the back pack section 1. The limiting member adjusts the left-right distance between the two female buckles 52, thereby adjusting the left-right distance of the back pack section 1. In this embodiment, the limiting member comprises, for example, a pair of limiting members. More specifically, the limiting member is exemplified by a pair of strap loops 13a, which are spaced apart between the two female buckles 52. Referring to Figure 41 , each female buckle 52 can be passed through an adjacent strap loop 13a, thereby shortening the left-right distance between the two female buckles 52 and, consequently, the left-right distance of the back pack section 1. When the baby carrier 100 is worn by a caregiver in the position shown in Figure 41 , the carrier piece 1 has a relatively long effective use length L5 and a relatively narrow effective use width S10, which is approximately equal to the left-right distance between the pair of strap loops 13a. This corresponds to the second operating position of the baby carrier 100, in which it is suitable for taller and slender infants.

It should be noted that in some embodiments, the number of strap loops 13a on the back pack piece 1 is not limited to one pair. For example, two or more pairs of strap loops 13a may be interspersed between the two female buckles 52. Each female buckle 52 is adapted to selectively pass through a corresponding strap loop 13a in any pair of strap loops 13a, thereby varying the left-right distance between the two female buckles 52 and, consequently, the left-right distance of the back pack piece 1, based on the infant's body shape. Furthermore, in some embodiments, the placement of the strap loops 13a is not limited to the inner side 12 of the back pack piece 1. For example, the strap loops 13a may be located on the outer side 11 of the back pack piece 1, or may be located on both the inner side 12 and the outer side 11 of the back pack piece 1. In other embodiments, the back pack piece 1 may not be provided with the strap 13a, but instead utilize other limiting components to adjust the distance between the left and right sides of the back pack piece 1. Specifically, a pair of first limiting components (e.g., male snaps) may be provided on the inner side 12 of the back pack piece 1, and the strips 521 of each female snap 52 may also be provided with a pair of cooperating second limiting components (e.g., female snaps). In this way, the two female snaps 52, through the limiting components (i.e., the first and second limiting components), can adjust the distance between the left and right sides of the back pack piece 1, specifically, the left-right distance between the two female snaps 52.

Referring to Figures 41 and 42 , the waist belt 2 is detachably connected to the duct 135, for example, via a positioning mechanism 19a. The positioning mechanism 19a serves to define the relative position of the waist belt 2 and the duct 135, preventing the waist belt 2 from slipping relative to the duct 135 and causing inconvenience during operation. In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 42 , the positioning mechanism 19a may include a positioning member 19a1 mounted on the wall of the duct 135 and a positioning member 19a2 mounted on the waist belt 2, with the positioning members 19a1 and 19a2 being detachably connected. In some embodiments, the positioning members 19a1 and 19a2 may be, for example, but not limited to, snap fasteners, magnetic fasteners, or Velcro. In some embodiments, the positioning member 19a1 can be placed at one or both ends of the conduit portion 135. This makes it easier for a caregiver to reach into the conduit portion 135 and disconnect the positioning member 19a1 from the positioning member 19a2. Of course, the placement of the positioning member 19a1 is not limited to the ends of the conduit portion 135.

Referring to the rear view of the baby carrier 100 shown in Figure 43, the tube portion 135 is folded relative to the main portion 10a of the back pack section 1. The waist belt 2 is passed through the tube portion 135, and each female buckle 52 is passed through the adjacent strap loop 13a. This corresponds to the third operating position of the baby carrier 100. When the baby carrier 100 is worn by a caregiver in the third operating position, the main portion 10a of the back pack section 1 has a portion sandwiched between the waist belt 2 and the caregiver, and the back pack section 1 has a shorter effective length L8. Simultaneously, the back pack section 1 has a narrower effective width S10. The baby carrier 100 is now suitable for smaller infants.

The outer piece portion has a first top edge, and the left and right ends of the first top edge are respectively provided with upwardly extending connecting belts, and each of the connecting belts is respectively provided with a first coupling member. The inner piece portion has a second top edge, and the bottom of the inner piece portion and the bottom of the outer piece portion are joined to form the bottom of the backpack piece, and the bottom of the backpack piece is used to support the buttocks of the infant. The waist belt is connected to the inner piece portion. The first ends of the two shoulder straps are connected to the second top edge at intervals from each other, and the second ends of the two shoulder straps are respectively connected to the left and right sides of the outer piece portion. Each shoulder strap is provided with a second fastener that removably engages with the corresponding first fastener. A height adjustment assembly is disposed on the inner panel and at least one of the two shoulder straps to adjust the height of the second top edge relative to the first top edge. The following describes the baby carrier according to the third embodiment of the present invention in detail through several examples.

Twelfth Embodiment

Figures 44 to 51 illustrate a baby carrier 300 according to a twelfth embodiment of the present invention. The baby carrier 300 primarily comprises a back pack 310, a waist belt 320, two shoulder straps 330, and a height adjustment assembly 345. Figures 44 and 45 show the front and side perspective views of the baby carrier 300 when worn by a wearer (illustrated by a prosthesis 9 in the figures) in normal use. When the baby carrier 300 is in normal use, the infant can be securely enclosed in the seating space 340 of the back pack 310, while the wearer, such as a caregiver, can freely use their hands. In the use configuration shown in Figures 44 and 45 , the carrier sheet 310 wraps the infant in front of the caregiver's body. As known from related art, in a use configuration not shown, the carrier sheet 310 can also wrap the infant on the caregiver's back. Figures 46 and 49 show the front view of the baby carrier 300 worn on the prosthesis 9 in the open position. In this configuration, the infant can be placed in or taken out of the carrier sheet 310 through the upper opening.

Referring to Figures 45 to 48 , the backpack panel 310 includes an outer panel 311 and an inner panel 312, which enclose a seating space 340 for an infant or young child. The outer panel 311 has a first top edge 3111. Upwardly extending connecting straps 3112 are provided at the left and right ends of the first top edge 3111, each of which is provided with a first fastening member 3113. The inner panel 312 has a second top edge 3121, which is connected to the first ends 331 of the two shoulder straps 330. The bottom of the inner panel 312 joins with the bottom of the outer panel 311 to form the bottom 313 of the backpack panel 310, which is used to support the infant or young child's hips.

320。 The waist belt 320 is connected to the inner panel 312 and, when in use, is wrapped around the caregiver's waist to distribute the infant's weight across the caregiver's hips. As is known in the art, the length of the waist belt 320 can be adjusted to suit the caregiver's waist size. The waist belt 320 can be equipped with a buckle (not shown) that connects the two ends of the waist belt 320 by engaging and locking the buckle and detaches the two ends of the waist belt 320 by releasing and detaching the buckle, making it easier for the caregiver to don and doff the belt 320.

Referring to Figures 45 and 46 , the first ends 331 of the two shoulder straps 330 are spaced apart and connected to the second top edge 3121. The second ends 332 of the shoulder straps 330 are passed over the caregiver's shoulders and then extend downward to connect to the left and right sides of the outer panel 311, respectively. Each shoulder strap 330 is provided with a second fastener 3321 on the front shoulder side. These second fasteners 3321 removably engage with the corresponding first fastener 3113, forming a pocket-shaped seating space 340 within the backpack panel 310. This pocket-shaped seating space 340 ensures both safety and comfort for the infant. The first fastener 3113 and the second fastener 3321 can employ any suitable structure.

Referring to Figures 44 and 45 , in this embodiment, an auxiliary guard sheet 315 may be further provided at the first top edge 3111. The lower edge (not numbered in the figures) of the auxiliary guard sheet 315 is connected to the first top edge 3111, and the auxiliary guard sheet 315 can be unfolded or folded along its lower edge. Buckles 3151 are provided on both sides of the auxiliary guard sheet 315. An upper row of buckles 3159 and a lower row of buckles 3158 are longitudinally provided along the upper edge of the outer sheet 311. The buckle 3151 selectively engages with either the upper row of buckles 3159 or the lower row of buckles 3158 to provide different usage modes. For example, when the infant is facing the caregiver's chest, the buckle 3151 can be fastened to the upper row of buckles 3159, allowing the auxiliary panel 315 to support the back of the infant's head. When the infant is facing away from the caregiver's chest, the buckle 3151 and the upper row of buckles 3159 are unfastened, and the auxiliary panel 315 is flipped outward and downward so that it overlaps the outer panel 311. The buckle 3151 is then fastened to the lower row of buckles 3158 to secure the auxiliary panel 315. The infant's head can now be exposed through the first top edge 3111, and the auxiliary panel 315 does not obstruct the infant's view.

Referring to Figure 45 , the second ends 332 of the two shoulder straps 330 are also shown joined to the outer panel 311. Specifically, the two shoulder straps 330 cross behind the caregiver and extend to either side of the outer panel 311. The second ends 332 of each shoulder strap 330 are connected to a first buckle 371. Connecting straps 3157 may be provided on either side of the outer panel 311, each of which may be provided with a second buckle 372. The second buckle 372 and the first buckle 371 are detachably engaged, thereby connecting the second ends 332 of the shoulder straps 330 to the outer panel 311. In some embodiments, an adjustment strap 360 may be connected to each side of the inner panel 312. A buckle (e.g., a "Japanese" buckle) 373 is provided on the second end 332 of each shoulder strap 330. The free end of the adjustment strap 360 passes through a first buckle 371 and the "Japanese" buckle 373, sequentially. In other words, each shoulder strap 330 is connected to the first buckle 371 via the "Japanese" buckle 373 and the adjustment strap 360. As shown in Figure 45, when the first buckle 371 and the second buckle 372 are engaged, a gap is formed between the connecting strap 3157 and the bottom of the carrier panel 310, allowing the infant's legs to extend. When the first and second buckles 371, 372 are separated, the second ends 332 of the shoulder straps 330 remain connected to the inner panel 312 via the adjustment straps 360, preventing the shoulder straps 330 from falling off the caregiver's shoulders. Of course, the connection method between the second ends 332 of each shoulder strap 330 and the outer panel 311 is not limited to the example above. Other connection methods can be found in related art and will not be elaborated here.

46 and 49 , the first joint 3113 and the second joint 3321 of the baby carrier 300 are separated. Under the action of gravity, the outer portion 311 of the carrier piece 310 and the two connecting straps 3112 are turned outward and drooped downward, exposing the height adjustment assembly 345. The height adjustment assembly 345 is used to change the height of the second top edge 3121 relative to the first top edge 3111. As can be understood from Figures 47 and 48 , when the first joint 3113 and the second joint 3321 are connected, the height of the first top edge 3111 is fixed. By changing the height of the second top edge 3121 relative to the first top edge 3111, the bottom 313 of the carrier piece 310 (i.e., the infant's riding height) can be raised or lowered to accommodate infants at different growth stages and improve the comfort of the caregiver.

Referring to Figures 46, 49, and 50, in this embodiment, the height adjustment assembly 345 may include a first connector 341 and a first lifting member 351. The first connector 341 is laterally connected between the two shoulder straps 330 and is located above the second top edge 3121. The first connector 341 may be a soft or hard strip. In some embodiments, the first connector 341 may be an integral strip with the adjustment strap 360. The adjustment strap 360 is sewn together with the two shoulder straps 330. The portion located between the two shoulder straps forms the first connector 341, and the portion located outside the two shoulder straps 330 is used to connect to the first buckle 371 and the Japanese buckle 373. As can be understood, the first connecting member 341 is located on the same side of the caregiver as the back bag panel 310 (the front side in the figure). More specifically, the first connecting member 341 is located below the second connecting member 3321. The first end 3511 of the first lifting member 351 is connected to the inner panel 312 and is located between the two shoulder straps 330. The second end 3512 of the first lifting member 351 is detachably connected to the first connecting member 341. The first lifting member 351 is, for example, a fabric strap.

44, 48 and 49, when the second end 3512 of the first lifting member 351 is connected to the first connecting member 341, when the baby sits in the seating space 340 of the backpack piece 310, the portion of each shoulder strap 330 between the first connecting member 341 and the second top edge 3121 is folded under the pulling action of the first lifting member 351. The second top edge 3121 is raised relative to the first top edge 3111, and the distance H2 between the first top edge 3111 and the bottom 313 is smaller. The bottom 313 is raised upward, and the infant's riding height is raised relative to the caregiver's. This allows the neck of a smaller infant to be positioned appropriately above the first top edge 3111, making the baby's ride suitable for smaller infants.

On the contrary, referring to FIG44, FIG46 and FIG47, when the second end 3512 of the first lifting member 351 is separated from the first connecting member 341, when the infant sits in the seating space 340 of the backpack piece 310, the portion of each shoulder strap 330 between the first connecting member 341 and the second top edge 3121 automatically unfolds, and the second top edge 3121 is opened. Edge 3121 is lowered relative to first top edge 3111, and the distance H1 between first top edge 3111 and bottom 313 is larger. As bottom 313 is lowered, the infant's riding height relative to the caregiver is lowered. This allows the neck of an older infant to be properly positioned above first top edge 3111, making the baby's ride suitable for older infants.

By providing the height adjustment assembly 345, this embodiment improves the adaptability of the baby carrier 300 to infants at different growth stages and helps reduce the burden on caregivers when purchasing the baby carrier.

Referring to Figures 46 and 50 , a first positioning member 3401 may be provided on the first connecting member 341, and a second positioning member 3402 may be provided on the second end 3512 of the first lifting member 351. The second positioning member 3402 is detachably coupled to the first positioning member 3401. The first positioning member 3401 and the second positioning member 3402 may be mating Velcro, magnetic elements, or snaps. Alternatively, one of the first positioning member 3401 and the second positioning member 3402 may be a buttonhole, and the other may be a button or hook that engages with the buttonhole. Of course, in some embodiments, for example, the first lifting member 351 may be directly fastened to the first connecting member 341 to adjust the height of the second top edge relative to the first top edge.

Referring to Figure 50 , the first connecting member 341 has an outer surface 341a and an inner surface 341b. The outer surface 341a faces away from the caregiver's body, while the inner surface 341b faces the caregiver's body. In this embodiment, the first positioning member 3401 may include a first Velcro 3411 disposed on the inner surface 341b of the first connecting member 341. The second positioning member 3402 may include a second Velcro 3422. To raise the second top edge 3121, the second end 3512 of the first lifting member 351 can be folded inward and downward around the upper edge of the first connecting member 341, so that the second Velcro 3422 is connected to the first Velcro 3411 facing each other. This arrangement of the first and second velcro members 3411 and 3422 prevents discomfort caused by direct contact between the individual velcro members and infants. In some embodiments, to strengthen the connection between the first lifting member 351 and the first connecting member 341, the first positioning member 3401 may further include a third velcro member 3413 disposed on the outer surface 341a of the first connecting member 341, and the second positioning member 3402 may further include a fourth velcro member 3424. When the first and second velcro members 3411 and 3422 are connected facing each other, the third and fourth velcro members 3413 and 3424 are also connected facing each other.

Figure 51 illustrates a variation of the first embodiment of the present invention, in which a plurality (two or more) of second positioning members 3402 are provided, spaced apart from the second end 3512 of the first lifting member 351 to its first end 3511. By connecting the first positioning member 3401 to different second positioning members 3402, the height of the second top edge 3121 relative to the first top edge 3111 can be adjusted, allowing the baby carrier 300 to provide a variety of seating heights, further expanding the applicability of the baby carrier 300.

Thirteenth Embodiment

Figures 52 and 53 illustrate a baby carrier 300 according to the thirteenth embodiment of the present invention. The primary difference between the baby carrier 300 in this embodiment and the twelfth embodiment is the implementation of the height adjustment assembly 345. The similarities or similarities between this embodiment and the twelfth embodiment will not be described in detail here.

Referring to Figure 52 , the height adjustment assembly 345 may include a second connector 342 and a second lifting member 352. The second connector 342 connects transversely between the two shoulder straps 330 and is located above the second top edge 3121. The second connector 342 may be a soft or rigid strap. In some embodiments, the second connector 342 may be integral with the adjustment strap 360. It will be appreciated that the second connector 342 is located on the same side of the caregiver as the back pack piece 310 (the front side in the figure). More specifically, the second connector 342 is located below the second joint 3321. The first end 3521 of the second lifting member 352 is connected to the inner panel 312 and is located between the two shoulder straps 330. A third positioning member 3403 and a fourth positioning member 3404 are disposed between the first end 3521 and the second end 3522 of the second lifting member 352. The second lifting member 352 can be, for example, a fabric belt.

Referring to Figure 53 , when the height of the second top edge 3121 relative to the first top edge 3111 needs to be raised, the second end 3522 of the second lifting member 352 is looped over the second connecting member 342, removably engaging the fourth positioning member 3404 and the third positioning member 3403. The second lifting member 352 forms a loop 3520 that fits over the second connecting member 342. When a child sits in the seating space 340 of the carrier section 310, the lifting action of the second lifting member 352 causes the portion of each shoulder strap 330 between the second connecting member 342 and the second top edge 3121 to fold, raising the second top edge 3121 relative to the first top edge 3111 and increasing the child's seating height.

Conversely, referring to Figure 52 , when the height of the second top edge 3121 relative to the first top edge 3111 needs to be lowered, the third positioning member 3403 and the fourth positioning member 3404 are separated. When the infant sits in the seating space 340 of the carrier piece 310 , the portion of each shoulder strap 330 between the second connecting member 342 and the second top edge 3121 automatically unfolds, and the second top edge 3121 descends relative to the first top edge 3111, thereby lowering the infant's seating height.

Referring to Figures 52 and 53 , in this embodiment, multiple third positioning members 3403 are arranged longitudinally along the second lifting member 352. The fourth positioning member 3404, by connecting to different third positioning members 3403, can adjust the height of the second top edge 3121 relative to the first top edge 3111, thereby enabling the baby carrier 300 to provide a variety of seating heights and further expanding the applicability of the baby carrier 300. In other embodiments, multiple fourth positioning members 3404 can be arranged longitudinally along the second lifting member 352, and the third positioning member 3403 can also adjust the height of the second top edge 3121 by connecting to different fourth positioning members 3404. In some other embodiments, multiple third positioning members 3403 and fourth positioning members 3404 may be provided. This allows at least one pair of third positioning members 3403 and fourth positioning members 3404 to connect when the second top edge 3121 is adjusted to an appropriate height, helping to ensure the lifting reliability of the second lifting member 352.

The third and fourth positioning members 3403 and 3404 can be mating Velcro, magnetic elements, or snaps. Alternatively, one of the third and fourth positioning members 3403 and 3404 can be a buttonhole, and the other can be a button or hook that fits with the buttonhole.

Fourteenth embodiment

Figures 54 and 56 illustrate partial front views of a baby carrier 300 according to a fourteenth embodiment of the present invention. The main difference between the baby carrier 300 in this embodiment and the twelfth and thirteenth embodiments lies in the implementation of the height adjustment assembly 345. The similarities or similarities between this embodiment and the twelfth and thirteenth embodiments are not described in detail here.

Referring to Figure 54 , the height adjustment assembly 345 may include a fifth locator 3405 and a sixth locator 3406 disposed on each shoulder strap 330. The fifth locator 3405 and the sixth locator 3406 are positioned near the first end 331 of the shoulder strap 330 on which they are positioned. It will be appreciated that the fifth locator 3405 and the sixth locator 3406 are positioned on the same side of the caregiver (e.g., the front). More specifically, the fifth locator 3405 and the sixth locator 3406 are positioned below the second engagement member 3321 and spaced longitudinally apart. The fifth locator 3405 and the sixth locator 3406 are removably coupled to adjust the height of the second top edge 3121, thereby varying the infant's seating height.

Referring to Figures 55 and 56 , when the fifth positioning member 3405 is connected to the sixth positioning member 3406, the portion of each shoulder strap 330 located between the fifth positioning member 3405 and the sixth positioning member 3406 is folded, and the second top edge 3121 is raised relative to the first top edge 3111, thereby increasing the infant's riding height.

Conversely, referring to Figure 54 , when the fifth positioning member 3405 is separated from the sixth positioning member 3406, the portion of each shoulder strap 330 located between the fifth positioning member 3405 and the sixth positioning member 3406 unfolds, the second top edge 3121 descends relative to the first top edge 3111, and the infant's riding height decreases.

In some embodiments, at least one of the fifth and sixth positioning members 3405 and 3406 is arranged in a plurality at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction of the shoulder strap 330. By varying the connection arrangements between the fifth and sixth positioning members 3405 and 3406, the height of the second top edge 3121 relative to the first top edge 3111 can be adjusted, allowing the baby carrier 300 to provide a variety of seating heights, further expanding the applicability of the baby carrier 300.

54 and 56 , in this embodiment, the fifth positioning member 3405 is a button secured to the shoulder strap 330 via a securing strap 3451, and the sixth positioning member 3406 is a buttonhole. In some embodiments, for example, multiple sixth positioning members 3406 may be disposed longitudinally along the shoulder strap 330, with one fifth positioning member 3405 selectively connected to multiple sixth positioning members 3406 to facilitate adjustment of the height of the second top edge 3121. In some embodiments, for example, multiple fifth positioning members 3405 may be disposed longitudinally along the shoulder strap 330, with one sixth positioning member 3406 selectively connected to multiple fifth positioning members 3405 to facilitate adjustment of the height of the second top edge 3121. In other embodiments, multiple fifth locating members 3405 and multiple sixth locating members 3406 may be arranged longitudinally along the shoulder strap 330, and the multiple fifth locating members 3405 and the multiple sixth locating members 3406 may be selectively connected. In this way, when the second top edge 3121 is raised to different heights, at least one pair of the fifth locating members 3405 and the sixth locating members 3406 are ensured to be connected.

In other embodiments, the fifth and sixth retaining members 3405 and 3406 may be mating Velcro, magnetic elements, or snaps. Alternatively, one of the fifth and sixth retaining members 3405 and 3406 may be a buttonhole, and the other may be a hook that fits within the buttonhole.

345。 It should be noted that the height adjustment assembly 345 of this embodiment can be used simultaneously with the height adjustment assembly 345 described in the twelfth or thirteenth embodiments, or the fifteenth embodiment described below, in the same baby carrier 300. As shown in Figures 54 and 55 , the height adjustment assembly 345 of this embodiment can also include the aforementioned first connecting member 341 and first lifting member 351. Of course, in alternative embodiments, the height adjustment assembly 345 of the baby carrier 300 may include only the fifth positioning member 3405 and sixth positioning member 3406 described in this embodiment, without other height adjustment assemblies 345 such as the first connecting member 341 and the first lifting member 351.

Fifteenth Embodiment

FIG57 illustrates a front view of a baby carrier 300 according to a fifteenth embodiment of the present invention. The primary difference between the baby carrier 300 in this embodiment and the twelfth to fourteenth embodiments lies in the implementation of the height adjustment assembly 345. The similarities or similarities between this embodiment and the twelfth to fourteenth embodiments will not be described in detail here.

As shown in FIG57 , the height adjustment assembly 345 may include a third lifting member 353 and a plurality of third connecting members 343. Each third connecting member 343 is laterally connected between the two shoulder straps 330 and located above the second top edge 3121. The plurality of third connecting members 343 are spaced apart longitudinally. Each third connecting member 343 may be a soft or hard strip. It will be understood that each third connecting member 343 is located on the same side of the caregiver as the back bag piece 310 (the front side in the figure). More specifically, each third connecting member 343 is located below the second coupling member 3321. The first end 3531 of the third lifting member 353 is connected to the inner panel 312 and positioned between the two shoulder straps 330. The second end 3532 of the third lifting member 353 selectively and removably engages with the third connecting member 343. It is understood that by connecting the second end 3532 of the third lifting member 353 to different third connecting members 343, the height of the second top edge 3121 relative to the first top edge 3111 can be adjusted, allowing the baby carrier 300 to provide a variety of seating heights, further expanding the applicability of the baby carrier 300. The third lifting member 353 can be, for example, a fabric strap.

In some embodiments, at least one end (end 3431 or end 3432) of at least some of the third connectors 343 can be detachably coupled to a corresponding shoulder strap 330. In this way, for example, third connectors 343 not connected to the third lifting member 353 can be connected to one shoulder strap 330 at only one end, thereby eliminating any unnecessary restriction on the lateral distance between the two shoulder straps 330 caused by these third connectors 343 not connected to the third lifting member 353.

Alternatively, the connection method between the third connecting member 343 and the third lifting member 353 can be similar to that described in the thirteenth embodiment, where the second end 3532 of the third lifting member 353 is connected to the third connecting member 343 by forming a loop. In other embodiments, the third connecting member 343 and the third lifting member 353 can be connected by cooperating snaps, cooperating magnetic members, cooperating buttons and eyelets, or cooperating eyelets and hooks.

It should be noted that the height adjustment assemblies 345 described in the twelfth to fifteenth embodiments of the present invention can be used in combination as long as there is no conflict. For example, the same baby carrier 300 may include the height adjustment assemblies 345 described in one of the twelfth, thirteenth, and fifteenth embodiments, as well as the height adjustment assemblies 345 described in the fourteenth embodiment. Of course, the height adjustment assemblies 345 described in each embodiment can also be used individually in the baby carrier 300.
