Description

The present invention relates generally to adjustable child restraint systems comprising an adjustment system, and in particular to child restraint systems comprising a gripping and progressive adjustment system which allows simultaneous adjustment of both the length of the back support panel of the system and of its width, so that the correct ergonomic position of the child can be ensured

STATE OF THE ART

Several child-bearing systems comprising a number of partial adjustability solutions are known in the art. One of the known systems in the patent literature, filed in US8701949B1, allows adjustable seating in steps, with large distances between the possible arrangement positions of the system seat, so that in several stages of raising the child the seat of the system presented, when set in one of the positions presented in the literature of the said patent, it is either too small or too large for a certain age, it is not possible to adjust millimeter by millimeter as the child grows, ergonomics, determined by supporting the child sitting from behind a knee to the back the other knee, is not observed when this distance does not coincide with the predetermined set size of the child restraint system. That is why it is extremely important that the adjustment is not made in stages, in steps / steps, but to be achievable precisely for the size of each age.

In addition, the ergonomics of carrying the baby involves another equally important notion, namely, an ergonomic baby carrier should support the baby's spine and back to the level of the baby's neck, which highlights the importance of adjusting the height of the back panel.

The state-of-the-art systems do not allow the progressive adjustment of the width and length of the child support panel, but only in steps, which often do not coincide with the size and shape of the child at various stages of growth.

The prior art systems do not allow the simultaneous adjustment of both the length and the width of the back support panel.

Prior art systems do not allow the child to be positioned relative to the wearer without creating internal stresses in the dorsal support panel by forces exerted on the dorsal panel in the strap gripping area.

Technical problem

The object of the present invention is to provide a child-wearing system that allows the progressive and simultaneous adjustment of the width and height of the dorsal panel without creating internal tensions, which adapts to the progressive growth of any child ensuring the ergonomic position established in this field.

Disclosure of the invention

The child carrier system according to the invention solves the technical problem and eliminates the disadvantages presented above by the fact that it comprises:

- a dorsal support panel configured to hold and support a child;

- shoulder straps, at least one, attached to the upper side of the dorsal support panel, configured to position those straps on a user's shoulders;

- a waist belt, attached to the lower side of the back support panel, opposite the side on which the straps are fastened, configured to enclose the user's waist;

- a system for fastening the waist belt on the user's waist;

- some systems for fixing the length of the shoulder straps, configured to adjust and fix the length of the straps and to allow their closing without creating internal tensions in the dorsal support panel;

- a system for attaching and adjusting the back support panel, comprising:

• a progressive connecting element, which is attached to said waist belt, having a length equal to the back support panel and a width equal to the width of the waist belt;

• a plurality of complementary progressive connecting elements positioned on the dorsal support panel symmetrical to the vertical axis of the waist belt, so that:

The progressive fastening and adjustment system 5 comprises a progressive connection element 5.1 positioned on the waist belt 3 and some complementary progressive connection elements 5.2. positioned on the back support panel, which are positioned symmetrically with respect to the vertical axis of the waist belt.

The progressive connecting element 5.1 is permanently attached to the belt and can be made of a velcro / hedgehog / velvet material or other similar fastening material having similar functionality, which allows the adhesion of a complementary element, in a fixed position. and in successive positions facing each other with an accuracy of 0.001 mm.

The progressive connecting element 5.1 may have a square, rectangular or other derived shape, and is permanently attached positioned horizontally and centered on the surface of the belt.
