Abstract

高爾夫球桿頭Golf Club Head

本發明是有關於一種球具,特別是指一種透過結構設計而使反發值易於控制的高爾夫球桿頭。The present invention relates to a golf club, and more particularly to a golf club head whose rebound value is easily controlled through structural design.

反發值又稱為CT值(Charactoristic Time),其測量方式是以檢測機器透過鐵球碰撞高爾夫球桿頭的打擊面,並由鐵球與打擊面的接觸時間來量測出高爾夫球桿頭的彈性(單位為毫秒)。較高的反發值可以增加擊球後的球的初速,進而增加球的飛行距離,因此為消費者選購球桿時的重點之一。於此同時,高爾夫球比賽中也規範了高爾夫球桿頭的反發值(一般為257毫秒)以進行限制。在消費者的需求及規範限制的拉鋸下,如何調整及限制反發值,便成為高爾夫球桿製造商的重要課題。目前常見的設計,多是在打擊面及球頭本體間設有肋片、調整靠近打擊面的本體厚度,或是透過特殊的打擊面外型設計來達成。然而前述的設計會因結構限制之影響而使可調整性較低,較難在製造過程中透過簡單調整參數來精細地調整反發值。The kickback value is also called the CT value (Characteristic Time). The annular wall sections 223 are substantially parallel to the outer wall section 221 and spaced apart from each other along the striking direction A. The outer wall section 221, the attachment wall section 222, and the annular wall section 223 cooperate to define an annular groove 224 along the striking direction A and located between the ball head body 1 and the plate portion 21. The annular groove 224 surrounds the opening 121 when viewed along the striking direction A. The elastic bodies 3 are fixed on the undercut portion 22 and are located in the annular groove 224 .

The shape, volume and location of the elastic body 3 may be adjusted as required and are not limited to the embodiment shown in this example. It should be noted that when no elastic body 3 is provided in the annular groove 224, the striking panel 2 has the highest CT value, and accordingly, the required number of elastic bodies 3 may be further added as required (the number may also be 0 if necessary).
