Abstract

A kitchen waste processor is used for processing food waste. The kitchen waste processor comprises an outer shell, a shredder device and a heat pump module. The outer shell has an inlet. The shredder device is arranged in the outer shell and used to shred the food waste. The heat pump module is arranged in the outer shell and used to heat the food waste and dry the food waste. The food waste processor of the present invention can grate the food waste by the grate device, and can heat the food waste and dry the food waste by the heat pump module, so as to remove moisture from the food waste, reduce weight and prevent the food waste from spoiling.

The present invention relates to a processing machine, in particular to a food waste processing machine for processing food waste.

In modern life, the generation of food waste (kitchen waste) is difficult to avoid. Generally, food waste is treated by refrigeration to suppress odor. However, this treatment method can only temporarily suppress the spoilage rate of food waste and cannot treat food waste more effectively.

Therefore, one of the purposes of the present invention is to provide a food waste processor that can improve at least one problem in the prior art.

Therefore, in some embodiments, the food waste processor of the present invention is suitable for processing food waste, and the food waste processor includes an outer shell, a grate device and a heat pump module. The outer shell has an inlet. The grate device is disposed in the outer shell and is used to grate the food waste. The heat pump module is disposed in the outer shell and is used to heat the food waste and dry the food waste.

Referring to Figures 1 to 3, an embodiment of the food waste processor of the present invention is suitable for processing food waste. The food waste processor includes an outer shell 1, a refrigerator module 2, a crushing device 3, a stirring module 4, a heat pump module 5, and an automatic cleaning system 6.

The outer shell 1 has an inlet 11 located at a relatively upper part and an outlet 12 located at a relatively lower part. The refrigerating chamber module 2 is arranged in the outer shell 1, and the refrigerating chamber module 2 is used to refrigerate the food waste. The shredder device 3 is arranged in the outer shell 1 and is used to shred the food waste. Specifically, the refrigerating chamber module 2 is located between the inlet 11 and the shredder device 3, and the refrigerating chamber module 2 is used to refrigerate the food waste before the food waste is shredded by the shredder device 3, thereby preventing the food waste from becoming rancid and smelly before being processed by the food waste processor.

The stirring module 4 is disposed in the outer shell 1 and below the crushing device 3. The stirring module 4 is used to stir and drain the food waste crushed by the crushing device 3. The stirring module 4 has a spiral roller 41 which is disposed horizontally and is used to stir and drain the food waste.

The heat pump module 5 is disposed in the outer shell 1 and is used to heat the food waste and dry the food waste. The heat pump module 5 is used to heat and dry the food waste stirred and drained by the stirring module 4. Specifically, the heat pump module 5 has an air inlet fan 51, a heat pump filter 52, a cooler 53, a heat radiator 54 and a centrifugal air outlet fan 55. The air inlet fan 51 sucks the humid air from the mixing module 4, heats and dries the humid air through the heat pump filter 52, the cooler 53 and the radiator 54 to become dry air, and blows the dry air toward the mixing module 4 through the centrifugal air outlet fan 55, so that the food waste stirred and drained by the mixing module 4 is heated and further dried.

Specifically, the housing 1 also has a kitchen waste trough 13 located next to the discharge port 12 and below the stirring module 4, and a drop channel 14 located between the stirring module 4 and the kitchen waste trough 13. The food waste stirred and drained by the stirring module 4 and heated and further dried by the heat pump module 5 falls into the kitchen waste trough 13 through the drop channel 14. At this time, the food waste is roughly in a dry powder form and can be discharged through the discharge port 12.

The automatic cleaning system 6 is disposed in the outer shell 1, and has an internal cleaning pipeline 61 disposed in the outer shell 1, and a water supply hole 62 and a water discharge hole 63 connected to the internal cleaning pipeline 61 and disposed in the outer shell 1. The internal cleaning pipeline 61 is connected to a first water pan 7 below the stirring module 4, and is connected to a second water pan 8 below the heat pump module 5. Specifically, a water filter 9 is also disposed between the stirring module 4 and the first water pan 7. The internal part of the food waste disposer can be cleaned by the automatic cleaning system 6.

In summary, the food waste processor of the present invention can grate the food waste through the grate device 3, and can heat the food waste and dry the food waste through the heat pump module 5, so as to remove moisture from the food waste, reduce weight and prevent the food waste from spoiling.

A kitchen waste processor is suitable for processing food waste, and the kitchen waste processor comprises: an outer shell having an inlet; a shredding device disposed in the outer shell and used for shredding the food waste; a heat pump module disposed in the outer shell and used for heating the food waste and drying the food waste, The heat pump module has an air inlet fan, a heat pump filter, a cooler, a heat radiator and a centrifugal air outlet fan. The food waste processor as described in claim 4, wherein the heat pump module is used to heat and dry the food waste stirred and drained by the stirring module. The food waste disposer as described in claim 1, wherein the food waste disposer further includes an automatic cleaning system disposed in the outer shell, and the automatic cleaning system has a water supply hole and a drainage hole disposed in the outer shell.
