in response to the acceptance response, assign the shipping task to the worker; and in response to the rejection response, provide the information about the shipping task to another worker, wherein the information about the shipping task is repeatedly provided to another worker until the service terminal receives the rejection response. The service server receives the acceptance response to the transport task, wherein when a number of the rejection responses exceeds a predetermined number, the transport fee is determined by adding a fourth fee to the transport fee, wherein the determination of the second fee information further includes: using a prediction model to predict whether the worker accepts the transport task; and if the worker is predicted to accept the transport task, setting the additional fee of the transport task to zero, and if the worker is predicted not to accept the transport task, setting the additional fee to zero. The method comprises the steps of: determining a shipping fee for the shipping task using the information and the second fee information, and providing the information about the shipping task including the determined shipping fee to a worker terminal; receiving an acceptance response or a rejection response to the shipping task from the worker terminal; assigning the shipping task to the worker in response to the acceptance response; and providing the information about the shipping task to another worker in response to the rejection response, wherein the providing of the information about the shipping task to another worker is repeated until the receiving worker receives the rejection response. The service server receives the acceptance response to the transport task, wherein when a number of the rejection responses exceeds a predetermined number, the transport fee is determined by adding a fourth fee to the transport fee, wherein the determination of the second fee information further includes: using a prediction model to predict whether the worker accepts the transport task; and if the worker is predicted to accept the transport task, setting the additional fee of the transport task to zero, and if the worker is predicted not to accept the transport task, setting the additional fee to zero. The prediction model is set to a third cost, wherein the prediction model outputs a probability of the worker's delivery acceptance and an expected value of the delivery cost calculated based on the probability of delivery acceptance, and the prediction model is trained based on the worker's data and the delivery task's data, wherein the worker's data includes information about a delivery career record, a preferred area, a working time, and an average income, and the delivery task's data includes information about a pickup distance, a delivery distance, and an estimated arrival time.
